    Hey peeps, I want everyone to know what’s going on because it is a safety hazard and razer is not taking it seriously. I purchased a razerblade pro 17” model back in 2018, (it was the 2017 pro model). And a few weeks ago the power adapter caught on fire, my laptop shutdown immediately and it burnt a hole in my living room carpet. I’ve got everything documented and reported and the best they are offering is a replacement of the dangerous batteies. I’ve read many accounts of this same model battery catching on fire. Crazy thing was, my computer should t have even been pulling a heavy load. I was browsing on chrome.
    I’ve got an ongoing case with razer that has stalled out, they are completely ignoring my Capet damage and my request of a replacement laptop that uses a different battery. i don’t want a replacement battery, my children use this computer for schooling purposes and I’m not taking chances with risk of fire or catastrophic failures. I have plenty of pictures and evidenc, I just need some help getting razer to help make this right and want to help and warn anyone else that has noticed their 2017 model adapters getting way too hot.

    do you have battery replacements? my razer blade has died due to bloated battery? i really cant send it right now for repair, bcoz this is the only computer im able to use, I assume it will take months again (previously had a motherboard problem). Thank you!

    I want to know if I Can buy the dock for the Basilisk Ultimate separately? The mouse + dock option it out of stock. I am about to buy Huntsman Elite, Basilisk Ultimate + RGB Dock, Firefly v2 and Nari Ultimate and RGB Headphone stand a total of over $700. The RGB charging dock is holding up the purchase unless it can be bought separately. The mouse is the main reason I'm shopping for new stuff and I want everything with RBG. I'm in need of a new mouse asap. I can't wait a month until the dock is back in stock. That being said I don't want to buy the mouse w/o the dock if I can't get it later and w/o the mouse it's pointless to me to buy the rest. This would be an investment for me and would make me a Razer customer for life.

    Hey Razer.

    I opened up a case with Razer - (Omitted for security reasons) - but so far no reply. I purchased a 13 Stealth Laptop from you guys back in late 2018. The screen collapsed and came completely apart from the housing. This caused the bottom of the screen to crack as well. The computer has never been dropped and has always been meticulously kept and has otherwise exceeded my expectations.

    I was able to open up a claim with American Express and they are requiring that I obtain a repair quote from an authorized repair center, which is I believe Razer only does internally. Considering the entire screen would need to be replaced and attached to the housing, is it possible to get a written estimate directly from Razer without having to send the laptop in. I am happy to provide photographs and the claim form from AMEX.

    Razer's support will be greatly appreciated as I use this laptop on a daily basis for work and play. Getting my claim paid will allow me to buy another Razer sooner rather than later.

  9. HANDS DOWN the worst shopping experience I have ever had (4o years old) across the web. AND I HAVE SHOPPED ON EBAY LOL!

    Ignored tickets, ignored calls, ignored emails, even when I connected to support they refused to help. I will never shop with Razer again and will actively work to educate those in my community, and other business owners, to actively avoid your site and therein products.

    If you cant operate during COVID you should close. My business shuttered and then reopened. We didn’t launch new products knowing that we would not offer support of any kind and absolutely ignore the experience on behalf of clients...
     
  10. Dont hold you breath. I purchased a product that they had not labeled correctly. The hour they launched the KISHI controller, i purchased one. They had not listed ANDROID vs IOS yet. The button that is now on there site WAS NOT THERE. I receive an email informing me that they had sold me an android only device. I emailed to cancel, called, communicated to social, emailed, opened a chat on their support, and even opened a case to CANCEL the order. I was ignored...and have screen shots + recordings of these engagements. They sent the device 4 days later (despite me contacting them every single day to cancel and was ignored or ONCE told NO...simply NO you cant cancel, return it once it arrives, told to me once it was sent)

    It arrived and I began the BS process of pretending to contact this shell of a company. In the end, no human will assist. Their automated system is forcing me to purchase a label for $15 (cost $6 to mail according to UPS). So now my only recourse is to mail it back to them and allow them to rob me of $15 because they dont know not to launch new or incomplete product offerings while shutting down all customer support avenues.

    Hello,
    Any chance to get cheaper shipping to Romania? I wanted to replace my wrist rest for my Razer keyboard but the shipping costs more than the item itself. I see you have free shipping to Slovakia for example for orders over 99 euros. Maybe you can do the same for Romania.
