So I see that version 1.1.7 was released, but on the chroma apps store, it only has version 1.1.6. Is there a way to get the 1.1.7 through there, because it added support for the blade 14 on the 1.1.7 version.

I see it working on my mouse, but the keyboard is just black, won't even display background colors. I have one of the special edition sets for mouse and keyboard, would that have anything to do with it?

Looks great, and seems a great idea, but is not working for me so far.

EDIT: Works perfect after turning amplitude to 1000%
    AWESOME!!!

Hey guys, I was just wondering if this will word on the Razer Blackwidow X TE. I'm looking to get either a Blackwidow TE or X TE, and this will be one of the deciding factors.

Will there ever be a version that will work with a razer blade stealth keyboard?

I believe it does, because it works on Blackwidow TE.

  13. Has anyone had any success with this on a Blade Stealth (2016 with the 7th gen i7). I have tried the troubleshooting steps on this thread and others and have had no luck. I have also read conflicting things about this being compatible with the new Stealth.

What happens: When I turn on the visualizer my keyboard freezes (assuming I have a dynamic keyboard backlight setting on at the time. For example, the FN keys lighting separately when FN is held freeze on, with the other keys off) I am also not able to switch backlight mode using the keyboard shortcuts. Closing the visualizer returns things to normal. So something happens.

The VS redist also won't install, cause I have a slightly newer version installed already for something else (not sure what). Could this be the problem? I'd imagine that if it was the problem the visualizer would not respond at all.

    Yes, it'll work.

Any apps mentioned for the Blackwidow Chroma should work on the X version as well.
You can see more apps here.

  17. For anyone trying to get the Visualizer to work on their Razer Blade 14 2016, Restart your laptop, run the audio visualizer before you open synapse. Its some sort of bug with synapse that stops it from working properly, so I found the work around of just restarting my Blade, then starting the visualizer before synapse is opened. If you are having problems still, make sure you go into Task Manager, open the Start Up tab and disable Synapse, then reboot and open the visualizer first. Hope it helps!

I've got mine to work, but it's synced the the Bass of music and is going from Left to Right, instead of Audio Bars, like in the video... any ideas?

    You can!
    > Right click the .exe or shortcut
    > Properties
    > On the "target" field add the parameters you want to set and its value

    For example, mine is
    "D:\Razer Chroma - Audio Visualizer 1.17\Chroma Visualizer.exe" amplitude=100 bkgd_bright=3 delay=30 nrml_ofst=0.09 nrml_scl=2 bkgd_mode=9 frgd_mode=4 single_color_mode=1 startminimized
