Hello dear Community members. I have purchased Razer BlackWidow V4 pro 100% keyboard with green switches. In Razer store i found that there are orange switches. i want to change from green to Razer orange switches. Is it possible to do it in my keyboard? i do not know if they are hot swappable

I got the keyboard a while ago. But I discovered that the keystrokes were not fully utilized and I was already at full capacity after half a keystroke. At first I thought it was a Windows or controller setup problem. But now that I've been able to test the keyboard on another system and the same problem occurs there, it's probably the keyboard. Did someone had the same issue or a probely a fix, i would really thankfull.  

Looking on how to save my current firmware version so when i update it and come into any issues with a newer update i can revert back to it if needed. please let me know if this is possible or not.

i use razer blackwidow v3 everything work fine until i hear the sound on computer like when you unplug and plug it back in the usb. at that time the light from the keyboard still on but the keys didnt work. so i unplugged the usb and now the keyboard cant be reconized on all the usb ports that i have, but my razer mouse work fine on all the usb ports. what should i do? it seems like its not damaged, it seems impossible because a moment befor it was still fine?

So I used to be able to use the FN keys in reverse, for example: I could press FN + W to increase the volume OR W + FN and it would still increase the volume. I liked this because it would act as a “glitch” of some sorts in game  to be able to auto run. Now all of a sudden it doesn’t work in reverse and I’m not sure how to fix it? Was this due to a synapse update and is there anything I can do? Thanks!

Hi, I am new to the Razer/Synapse ecosystem, having bought a Basilisk v3 mouse last month. I would like to now pair it with a new keyboard, likely an Cynosa v2, or if I decide to splash out, a Huntsman v2. I use the calculator button on my current Microsoft media keyboard a lot, and would like same functionality going forwrads. So my question is whether Synapse would allow me to task a single key e.g. one of the F1-12 keys to automatically launch the calculator in Windows 11?

My orbweaver is having very laggy keys since a few weeks. I have been using the orbweaver since a few years and i never had any issues. I’m mostly using it for world of warcraft retail and classic. On both the versions i’m having the problem.  The synapse version i have is 2.21. I recently removed synapse from my windows 11 pc, disconnected the orbweaver. Reboot the pc. Installed synapse again and connected the orbweaver. The problem was solved for a couple of days. I tested the input on my notepad in windows and see the same input lag from the keys. So its not a world of warcraft problem.Perhaps going to an older version of synapse can fix the problem?!

So, I recently started using my blackwidow chroma again, everything was working fine until i installed synapse. Suddenly several keys would not work. So I closed synapse in the task bar and task manager and suddenly the keys work again. I was the 2 and the S key.So is there a setting I am missing, or is synapse just bugging out.If synapse is the problem, is there any alternative method to control the lighting on the keyboard? Like a 3rd party program.I mostly use my keyboard for FL Studio Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi! I was wondering what could be the possible fix for the battery percentage stuck at 1 percent? This actually happened to me before and I simply ran the firmware update which fixed the issue and I tried running it again but it wouldn’t fix the issue again since my firmware is already updated. I tried reinstalling Synapse but to no avail the issue still persists together with doing the hard reset.Currently I can only use the keyboard when it is directly connected through the cable and it wouldn’t let me connect via Bluetooth of 2.4.  

Hi everyone, I was here wondering if any of you also got confused about the Razer Keyboards super extensive Switches offering.To give you some context, my first Razer Keyboard was a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate bought in 2013,subsequently, in 2016, my brother started gaming and I bought the newest model of the Razer BlackWidow Ultimate to gift the old one to him (I have not idea what kind of switches those keyboards had, but i liked both).In 2021, I bought a Razer Huntsman Elite during a trip to the United Kingdom (which I just checked and it is equipped with Purple Switches). I was a fool not to think and check that it came equipped with an UK Layout rather than an US Layout - which became a problem for me.Because of the fact that when I first purchased my first Razer BlackWidow (gaming keyboard) I was previously gaming on my old Macbook Pro keyboard, the wow effect was very intense, I went from hell to heaven and played for years with this keyboard. Hi ervery one, hope someone can fix my issue. I bought the keyboard Razer ornata v3, and i don’t know why, when im in game, my shift Key got a shortcut to windows, it do the same of windows key.I checked on the software Razer Synapse, but no shortcut assigned.Has anyone had the same problem? Thanks a lot.

Everything works somewhat fine except this single Wheel.I can Increase/Decrease the Volume but cannot Mute/Unnmute. ​​​​​​​When using the wheel to In- and decrease the volume its really unsmooth and doesn’t do it properly

Is there any way to set actuation and rapid trigger for Page-up/down keys ?

I have the following issue when trying to use the above shortcut in my Razer Huntsman V2 Analog.Specifically the issue happens when trying to use the shortcut to cycle through any apps that have more than two windows open. So say I have to Chrome windows open on the first spot in my taskbar, the moment I try to hit Win+1 a second time I am not able to go to the 2nd window of Chrome and instead the short just brings me to the first Chrome window I have, seems like it registers as if the windows key is being constantly pressed and released as I’m sometimes able to cycle through the windows if I mash the button quickly enough.I’ve noticed this seems to be an issue caused by Synapse as when I exit the app this behaviour disappears. So far I’ve attempted resetting my keyboard profile in Synapse, however this did not fix the issue. I’ve currently got this version of  Razer Synapse: 20240311Has anyone else encountered this issue?Thanks.

Hello, some time ago I purchased Tarturs Pro. However, I am facing a problem that I only realized later. The device is working perfectly, but it is recognized by the PC as a controller instead of a keyboard. This is causing problems when playing some games, such as Skyrim and Mount and Blade 2. Although these games recognize the device as a controller, when clicking the keyboard, it either does not respond correctly or rapidly switches between the keyboard and the controller, which causes results in a bug in the game. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me configure the device so that the PC recognizes it as a keyboard. I apologize for my English, I used a translator.

For a few weeks now, when my wrist rest is connected to my Huntsman Elite key board, it’s causing the perimeter lights on the unit to flicker. In Razer Studio it’s showing as all of my devices flickering and it won’t let me make any changes to effects, modify layers, etc. How can I remedy this without replacing the keyboard?

Hello!So I recently stumbled upon a problem with my keyboard. Since I downloaded Razer Synapse, my escape key started acting strange. Before I had Synapse installed, the keyboard worked as it should, but now the escape key wont work unless i start Synapse (or press fn key). The only thing I’ve done in Synapse since the download is to play around with the color settings, nothing else. And I have tried the escape+caps key fix, but it still wont solve the problem. Has anyone had this problem and do someone have a solution?

I got a Razer black widow tournament edition stealth and when I plug in the cable it doesn’t work any solution?

Using naga trinity and huntsman v2 tkl. Looking for a kvm to fully function between my working pc and my gaming computer. The problem with the current kvm i own is that the keyboard, doesn’t work when it’s plugged on it. Any other users that use huntsman on a kvm usb switch?

Since the latest Razer Synapse update, my Cynosa V2 keyboard doesn’t light until after I log into Windows. (Neither does my Mamba Elite mouse, but that’s less important.) The keys are difficult to read when they’re not lit, so this makes entering my Windows password more difficult than before; the keyboard used to light as soon as I woke it up. Any help?

Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two Ornata v3 keyboards is? And more importantly, why there’s no driver on the support page for the 0447?  Will the 0446 driver work?

Hi, The esc, 4, 5 and o illuminate differently to all the other LED’s.  I’ve uninstalled Synapse, reinstalled to latest version, created a new device profile, reset bindings and reset profile in the systems tab thought the issue remains.   I don’t want to configure Visualiser to always off.  I’m stuck where to alter settings so that the four keys above use the same settings as the remainder of the keyboard.  Any ideas? With thanks,

So my razer keyboard (blackwidow v.3) doesnt have a backquote key (this `) but instead theres a vertical line (this |) I have tried everything and this is my last resort.
