By mistake I changed the lights of my huntsmann mini keyboard, before to change one mode to another I had to press fn+1/2/3/4/5/6 now doesn’t work 

This might be a hot take, but the scroll wheel on my Tartarus kinda sucks. I had the Orbweaver before and loved it. The standard keypad button was far more useful. It was basically perfect. But sadly my Tartarus has a scroll wheel instead, which I never use. My mouse already has a scroll wheel so I don’t see the point. And yeah, I can use it a regular button...sort of. But it’s just not the same The only reason I stopped using the Orbweaver was because of the software fiasco. I wish they had a version of the Tartarus with a regular button instead of the wheel. I’d buy it in a second. Anyone else feel the same way?

Is there a possibility that I can order a Croatian keyboard layout or is there other type that is the same the Croatian one?

Hello Community, I want to take a quick dive into telemetry-ideas for analyses of your battery-health f.e. - there’s much more to explore this way, but I will try to keep this basic. I got the DeathStalker V2 Pro and currently I’m on the Battery-Training, to gain the most possible capacity.There was the idea born, to have some sort of telemetry by Synapse 3 implemented, which is able to show f.e. recharge cycles in hrs as well as “since last recharge, you made 10.000 key-hits” for example.You can inspect the health of the battery this way, if you can see the decreasement of lifetime, from cycle to cycle.Currently, because I’m training the battery, I have to do this by my own, but not at accurate as possible, because I use my smart-phone with a stopwatch for it and write down how long the battery lasts. I think that it would be great to have this implemented into the software directly. Recharge-Times,Usage-Times,Inactivity-Times,Inactivity-Counter,Recharge-Counter,Usage-Counter, Maybe i

If I use Keychron optical switches, will synapse still work? Can I remap keys, set macros, etc?

Hello Friends,First Post here even tho i am a Razer Product Veteran… :DSo i am a pretty successfull MMO player , and that because of the Razer Tartarus Series .I started with the first Tartarus that had almost a lifespan of 4 years! (pretty OK if u ask me)then it had issues with the spacebar button and the D-Pad stopped working (mechanical problems)..So i bought the Tartarus v2 after that because the first Tartarus was dicontinued :(That one had a lifespan of 8…. Months , spacebar button was way better on the v2!BUT the D-Pad stopped working (mechanical problem) here too..Then i got a v2 again , that one had a lifespan of 1,5 years, and yeah you guessed right , the D-Pad was faulty again ( mechanical problem )And because its so funny i got another v2,…. yeah i cant play without it anymore..that one had a lifespan of almost 2 full years and well well well, it was the D-Pad again (mechanical problem)….that v2 had its last day today..out of the blue just stopped working..PLEASE RAZER give

Have got a trouble with my deathadder v2 pro. it’s like it’s block. I don’t know how to fix it. It turn on but doesn’t work even by cable my pc doesn’t find the mouse is like anything is plug. I was just playing and sometimes it turns off and on continually and when I tried to fix it by press profile + scroll clic + righ and left click, it’s start doesn’t workPlease can I have help 

Hello-I've had the keyboard for 3 months, but it's already started to give double typing, there are already many keys that happen to it, I already updated the firmware and cleaned it but it's still the same :(

I know there are some threads about it already. Nevertheless I want to ask developers to provide Tartarus Pro with onboard memory. Such brilliant piece of hardware and it only can be used online. I would pay three times as much to get it. I am really hoping there will be a next gen with onboard memory. In combination with Naga it's fantastic. Sadly it's often not allowed to install any software especially not a cloud one.

Hello everyone, Can anyone with a US QWERTY huntsman v2 analog could share the default key layout (I mean stock layout) profile please?I’m kinda lazy to create the whole layout myself, and Razer synapse doesn’t seem to provide default layouts other than the expected one. I’m a french layout keyboard user, yet I like to have the us qwerty variant as I’m accustomed to it since I’m a kid, and it’s way easier to switch to a qwerty layout in games rather than configuring every game. Thanks,SMFSW PS: If anyone is interested with the french default layout, I’d be happy to share it in return!

As in the title I’ve asked im looking for Razer Blackwidow Lite Mercury, orange switch replacement 

Why isn’t there replacement wrist rests for the black widow elite? What is razer doing?Ive had this keyboard for 3 years and yet I STILL can’t find a replace for the wrist rest? I ordered the cooling gel version today, since, leatherette is obviously trash.But correct me if im wrong, you cant ordered a slanted and magnetic wrist rest? How does that make any sense? Who do I need to write to complain about this stupid decision? Why would they not sell exact replacements to their OWN PRODUCTS? Pull one off the keyboards and sell it or replace at no extra cost since its RAZERS TERRIBLE PRDOCUTION that causes these to flake off. Shoutout to your S/N being unusable since you swapped 0’s and O’s around. Anyone trying getting a replacement via warranty? OR their  silly paid program?  

I’m using the Insider Preview (Dev channel) and the latest Synapse update broke some keyboard shortcuts. For example, Snipping tool key combos don’t work, nor does the Windows key. Closing Synapse allows it to work. Anyone found a solution/workaround besides closing Synapse? I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro.

When starting RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.15.0.504.exe I get the message-----------------Server access not availablePlease check your network connection.---------------What should I do? It is a Razer server. My computer is fine.Case 240117-003467  but Icant wait 3 day (when possible!) for answer.Danke from Walter

Title says it all, no matter what i do, on synapse, via the keyboards on-board colors i cannot change the color. I checked for profiles, repaired the synapse app and its still like that. When synapse isnt running it has the default Spectrum Cycling effect.  

 I got a razer huntsman Mini with purple switches and the actuation Point of 1.5mm is for me to much. So i Wonder if it is possible to buy some Black analog optical switches for my Razer huntsman mini and have a lower actuation point. (The red ones of razer would be Fine to). Is it possible to Reduze the actuation Point on my Keyboard?
