Hello, I wanted to go looking for keycaps to customize my Razer Blackwidow V3 keyboard and was wondering what the size and the profile of the space keycap would be. (It is wired btw)I saw there were different profiles and sizes when I looked online for keycaps and couldn’t find any answers. Can I have some assistance please? Thank You, BlueAura279

When I press the ctrl button it does a u letter, I don't know what I have done. How can I fix this?

If you ever struggled with annoying extra buttons layout in this model preventing you from using Hypershift switch in your Razer mouse of choice - welcome.Here is the solution, not ideal but is enough for me:Install AutoHotKey Launch its dashboard app and create a new script Put the script below into your file Make sure the script is configured to autostart (the easiest - create a link in the Windows startup folder Win + R -→ type shell:startup → hit Enter) Use Ctrl + Alt + M to run and stop Synapse app and service quick. At least my love to my both devices has been advocated. Would love to have cleaner solution.The developers’ idea appears to be simple. If Razer Synapse Service.exe runs then both hypershifts are synchronized between your devices. If not - they will work independently. So that way you can use hypershift on your mouse for an extra buttons layout while not screwing use of W by dummy Volume Up. Works like a charm. I have the original razer blackwidow keyboard and i am looking to get a custom keycap for the spacebar. the website is asking for the size and profile but i can not find this information anywhere. does anyone know the answer?

I’m here to share great news: today my Blackwidow Ultimate turned 10 years old.Even though I use it almost every day, the keyboard still works fine and provides an awesome experience. Hope my device will be OK for another 10 years :)I just want to thank the Razer team and enlighten you about the durability of the products made by the company.

I recently discovered a percentage problem with my keyboard. Idk when it started, but the keyboard’s percentage seemed to be stuck and after a while it lost 1%. It was stuck at 87%, now it’s 85% (it’s still charging). I tried to use it wirelessly for a while (when it was at 86%), the percentage dropped at 84%, but after I plugged it in, the keyboard charged until 86%. This shows that the cable is working and charging. I reinstalled all the drivers and softwares, even updated my keyboard, but to no avail. Now it’s stuck at 85%. Oh, I also put the cable in another usb port. Is the battery faulty or is it a hardware problem? Quite ironic, having a cable, but not being able to do much, but to prolong the keyboard’s life…. I’ve been using this keyboard for no more than half a year. Maybe 7 months, but no more…. Does anyone have any idea what may produce such a “phenomenon”?

HiDoes anyone know if there’s an option to replace the top row of my BlackWidow Elite with some alternative keys where the numbers are lighted?The issue being that the secondary functions are lit up but not the numbers. is there anyway i can map this key so it acts as a mute button for my siren mini 

i dont want to bring it back because i like it alot but when i press the k key it types random letters so now if i want to press the k key i have to get on my laptop and do it.

I’ve had my Blackwidow V4 Pro for a little over a month now, and recently it’s been bugging out with the fn + pause key to put my laptop to sleep.What’s curious is that if I quit Synapse, the fn + pause key does put my laptop to sleep correctly, and it’s only when Synapse is running that it doesn’t work. I’ve tried reinstalling Synapse to no avail. Ok, so as normal I was playing on my computer when I noticed SHIFT key was not working. I started to research on Internet trying to find a solution, but I noticed that also Z, X, B, N, M, Coma, . , /, UP, and on the numpad 1, 2, 3 and enter were not working. I changed Z hey switch with C key switch (which was working right) and it did not work, then I put the switch again on its place and it worked right, so I discarded that the switch was broken. I opened the keyboard and everything seems to be fine, so I think that is maybe the PCB the problem, or the leds that pass through the switched to activate the key. I would really appreciate any help.

Is there a Razer keybaord that's wireless ? I'm honestly interested in it just for my college work. I can't seem to find a wireless one. I'm attracted to razers colors and designs. Id like the size of the huntsman special edition 60% ... ?? 

The problem is that I am using it connected to 2.4ghz. When I want to play any game, the keyboard disconnects and comes back instantly. When I turn off Synaps 3 running, this problem goes away. I haven't been able to use the keyboard I bought properly for 3 months. Because of this problem, I sent it to warranty, they sent me a new keyboard and the problem is the same. What a disgrace! Can authorized friends please help me understand this situation?

You may know that the Blackwidow v4 is not wireless, and this has cause some not to buy it. I have an idea that Razer makes a adapter for the Blackwidow V4 to make it wireless. I do not know how they would do this BUT it would make them more money.

Hello I purchased a Razer huntsman 60% keyboard at Walmart in a different town than my home town as I was getting my surface pro for repaired. I got the item and came home excited to use it. Nothing. On the keyboard works.  I went to the local Walmart as it was within return period and the manager in the electronics said because it didn't come from the Wilkesboro, NC store it came from the Hickory, NC store that it was at their discretion here if they honored the return and she wouldnt allow the item to be returned. I've called and tried speaking with different people. I went to the store and they scanned my receipt and it seems like because it was on sale in hickory  they didn't want to do it because they would lose money from it honoring the sale price.  I check my Walmart app and they have it now listed as returned.  So that means that their system shows it as returned but no one has ever let me. Bought a Black Widow Elite keyboard a couple years ago for my dad and I, both came with the orange switches. I had the 2016 version with green switches and liked the clickiness even though my lady despised it. Wasn't crazy about the orange switches from the start but stuck with them because of the deal I got and I didn't want to have to go through the return process. I really dislike these though, feels like the keys drag on something when they are being pressed, very unpleasing to type on compared to other switches and keys. Does anyone here actually like these? According to other threads and comments people were bummed that these got discontinued but can't see why, lol. Is there anything I can do to make this keyboard better? The volume knob had the flicky issue out of the box and I never got around to fixing. From what I understand I can't lube them because they aren't swappable switches and there is no way I'm going to unsolder and resolder each individual switch. Should I just thr

Hi, I have bought the razer huntsman mini analog cause all the v3 ones are out of stock. Apparently the one I ordered has gen1. What is the difference between gen1 and 2 please and is it worth a upgrade?

Hello there!I’ve got an issue with my Huntsman Elite keyboard. It’s a while now since it started I don’t remember exactly when. I decided to do something with this today. I can’t make RMA request because I bought it in 2018 so the warranty is over. I did everything on that list:Cleaned keyboard Connected to different USB Reinstall Synapse 3 Updated firmware (which made my issue much worse) Tested with closed Synapse 3 Checked on other PC (laptop on Windows)After installing firmware v1.22.00_r1 (before it was something like 1.02 don’t remember exactly) made my issue worse which is spaming key >95% of the time. Before that is was much better with sometimes it doesn’t work, sometimes spam like 2-4 ‘three’ at the time and sometime normal. I recently bought a Blackwidow V3 keyboard and I am having a problem with the dial button. The dial will not control the volume. All the other multimedia buttons/controls work fine. Synapse is installed and I have tried other USB ports with no luck.That is when I have the Synapse installed. If I uninstall it, the dial works as expected. I've tried searching for a solution in here and on the support site but I can't seem to find one or find another user with the same problem as me.

If the rapid trigger is disabled, even if the actuation point is set to 0.1mm, it will respond at about 0.5mm. However, when the rapid trigger is enabled, it responds at 0.1mm as set. Have you seen this symptom? Am I the only one?
