Hey,Just a question please, just bought one razer blade 15 base 2019 and the keyboard doesn’t work.(kmu.,.) just this keys work.Is this a driver problem or what should i do?Reinstalled windows and everything else, didn’t help.How much is a replacement?RGB WORKS.Thanks!

Hi there, Just looking to get a keyboard for my nephew for Christmas. He has a good PC but plays league of legends alot. Just wondering if someone could point me in direction of a good keyboard for about £100. I did look but don't understand the difference between red switch/purple switch etc.Please excuse my ignorance on this, but I did contact razer. Customer service but didn't get a reply 

I just got my Razer Huntmans v3 pro. I have setup synapse to turn off the keyboard light when monitor goes off and when Idle for 3 minutes. However that never happens, everything else works fine and the previous huntsman elite and v2 analog lights go off as per setting. Does anyone know if this is a bug or have any solution for this?

Hello I am German and I Recently bought the Razer huntsman mini with red switches in an German electronic market called Saturn. I wanted a new model but everything was empty so I said I want to buy it via the Saturn Website and after three days they send it to me. I am now using it for like 20 days and it doesn’t sound like exhibit at the Store  at all. I can hear the switched rubbing on the side of the shaft. Is it because the modded it or do I have to use it more often so the sound gets better? I am frustrated please answer me!

I cant change any of the M1-M6 Keys through razer synapse. My mouse key binds changed jut fine.  Every time I try to do one of my keyboard key binds and click save I see just this spinning circle.Keyboard is Razer Blackwidow V4 X

Hello, im looking into getting a new keyboard, but cant figure out wich suit is best for me.I like clicky and noisy keyboards, but still i want fast and smooth feedback and response time.What do you think?

I've been using Huntsman analog keyboards for a long time.I also bought Huntsman v3 and am using itAnalog switch specific bugs in synapse3 For example, when you press and hold the key, there is a delay between the first and second inputsFirst press input upstroke delay when applying rapid trigger (same as v2 and v3)When you press many keys at once quickly and several times, there is a delay in key input, and the previous ones are entered after a whileThere are bugs related to delays, such as delays at specific input values.Most of these bugs disappear when synapse3 are terminated.So you can say that you can use it by terminating synapsesThere is a problem that synapse-related functions such as macros or chroma and etc... cannot be usedThese bugs are occurring only for keyboards that use analog switches, making it inconvenient to use.I know that a lot of people, not just me, are inquiring about these issues, but it's one of the problems that hasn't been fixed yet.I thought Huntsman v3 w

My Huntsman got sticky keys too.I found out it is Synapse issue that is at least 3 years old. Also Synapse is the worst software I experienced so far. Even Logitech software in its worst days was better than this.

You know how there's trigger stops for controllers? Im wondering if it would be possible for keyboard as well.I have a SteelSeries apex pro with 0.1 actuation point it would be so nice if a company would develop a keyboardthat fixes bottoming out.

Hello, as in tittle, i got Razer H v1 . After some days some keys light in the other color than other ones i choose in razer synapse. And one key ( in my case key “y”) doesnt work correctly. Sometimes it doesnt work at all, sometimes it works 8 time when i press it about 10 times, sometimes it type double or triple“y” with one press, only this button works like that, everything is okey with other ones. I couldt find this topic in any forums so i came here. 

Hey,Few weeks ago I bought a Blackwidow V3 pro but with US switches. I just wanna know if I can buy the french keys to replace the ones I have rn. I saw on Razer shop an article which is : https://www.razer.com/fr-fr/gaming-keyboards-accessories/Razer-Phantom-Keycap-Upgrade-Set/RC21-01740100-R3M1 but it seems to be US config. I don’t care which type of keys it is while it’s french.Thanks for your aswers.

I suppose it’s useful to many but as a gamer I find that my screen going nuts because I bump the command dial in the middle of a fight is completely unacceptable. I just want it off.

The reason for the question is, I am experiencing the so-called double-typing.  Not all the time, and from certain keys as well.  So, if I can replace the keys, would that fix the double-typing?

I have problems with my keyboard, every time I press a key it registers too many times and very quickly, so that when I try to write this text, even if I press the key normally, the key registers more than 1 time (when that It didn't happen before) and I also have an error because it happens to me that the number 8 on my keyboard has red lighting (although I don't have it configured that way, I don't know if it is telling me that something is wrong with the keyboard or it is simply a lighting error, if you could help me correct this, I would appreciate it.

Hello, I wanted to go looking for keycaps to customize my Razer Blackwidow V3 keyboard and was wondering what the size and the profile of the space keycap would be. When I press the ctrl button it does a u letter, I don't know what I have done. How can I fix this?

If you ever struggled with annoying extra buttons layout in this model preventing you from using Hypershift switch in your Razer mouse of choice - welcome.Here is the solution, not ideal but is enough for me:Install AutoHotKey Launch its dashboard app and create a new script Put the script below into your file Make sure the script is configured to autostart (the easiest - create a link in the Windows startup folder Win + R -→ type shell:startup → hit Enter) Use Ctrl + Alt + M to run and stop Synapse app and service quick. At least my love to my both devices has been advocated. Would love to have cleaner solution.The developers’ idea appears to be simple. If Razer Synapse Service.exe runs then both hypershifts are synchronized between your devices. If not - they will work independently. So that way you can use hypershift on your mouse for an extra buttons layout while not screwing use of W by dummy Volume Up. Works like a charm. I have the original razer blackwidow keyboard and i am looking to get a custom keycap for the spacebar. the website is asking for the size and profile but i can not find this information anywhere. does anyone know the answer?

I’m here to share great news: today my Blackwidow Ultimate turned 10 years old.Even though I use it almost every day, the keyboard still works fine and provides an awesome experience. Hope my device will be OK for another 10 years :)I just want to thank the Razer team and enlighten you about the durability of the products made by the company.

I recently discovered a percentage problem with my keyboard. Idk when it started, but the keyboard’s percentage seemed to be stuck and after a while it lost 1%. It was stuck at 87%, now it’s 85% (it’s still charging). I tried to use it wirelessly for a while (when it was at 86%), the percentage dropped at 84%, but after I plugged it in, the keyboard charged until 86%. This shows that the cable is working and charging. I reinstalled all the drivers and softwares, even updated my keyboard, but to no avail. Now it’s stuck at 85%. Oh, I also put the cable in another usb port. Is the battery faulty or is it a hardware problem? Quite ironic, having a cable, but not being able to do much, but to prolong the keyboard’s life…. I’ve been using this keyboard for no more than half a year. Maybe 7 months, but no more…. Does anyone have any idea what may produce such a “phenomenon”?

HiDoes anyone know if there’s an option to replace the top row of my BlackWidow Elite with some alternative keys where the numbers are lighted?The issue being that the secondary functions are lit up but not the numbers. is there anyway i can map this key so it acts as a mute button for my siren mini 

i dont want to bring it back because i like it alot but when i press the k key it types random letters so now if i want to press the k key i have to get on my laptop and do it.
