Hi there,I’ve been using my Razer Huntsman keyboard for almost 3 years and recently it started to have an issue. My L key suddenly stopped working so I tried to fix it or at least identify the issue but it seems to be all in the PCB. I’ve tried these things:hard resseting the keyboard - did not help interchanging the mechanical parts of switches - did not help, the part is definitely working  cleaning the sensor with compressed air and with an solution for cleaning internal components and motherboards - did not help By this I figured it is probably the sensor on the PCB since the switches are linear optical. Did anyone else encounter this issue? Ive seen a few reports here about L key specifically not working but noone provided a solution. I am using a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro connected via dongle (also bluetooth on my work device) and Razer instructions state to use FN + C to toggle onboard lighting profiles, which I have set via Synapse. This. Does. Nothing.  I don’t have Synapse running in the background per Razer instructions, and this does not work via dongle or bluetooth. It literally does nothing. Only options I have are to fn + ctr + 1-7 to cycle between default lighting profiles.  Does anyone have any advice here?

One of the media keys on my Ornata v2 keyboard stopped working. It’s the previous track key, it just stopped responding to anything. The other media keys work just fine. I’ve tried resetting the keyboard, going into demo mode and reinstalling synapse but nothing seems to work. Does anybody have the same problem and know how to fix it?

How can I make the keyboard stay one color

I've had this keyboard from Razer for a while, and it's been working fine for a while, however when I picked it up to clean, my computer no longer recognizes it as a keyboard, it identifies the keyboard as "Razer Bootloader", and after looking for solutions I found the solution to download the keyboard firmware, but I didn't find a firmware available for my keyboard model, because it is an old model. And after trying to contact razer it said that I would have to pay for support, in a case that the solution is theoretically simple. So that's why I'm asking for support here... Does anyone know how to help me?

After installing the latest 1.05 firmware this “new feature” has stopped working:The keyboard can now be used on 2.4 GHz or Bluetooth wireless modes while it is being charged via Type C cableIt was working just fine with 1.04, but not anymore. Is there a way to revert back to 1.04 or fix the problem?

My huntsman mini isn’t working at all it was fine but i pressed i think it’s ( FN ) and it shows some rgb lights on some letters then it turned off and i pressed the same button again but nothing happened the keyboard isn’t working at all the rgb isn’t working nor the keyboard itself i tried to re-plug it but it didn’t help and i can’t open my pc because it requires password but i don’t have a keyboard to open it ! I tried to search in the internet for a fix but no one has like my problem many people have at least rgb lights but the can’t type I DONT EVEN HAVE THE RGB LIGHTS !

I have a Dealthstalker v2 wired keyboard. I want to create 3 different numpad lighting macros. Specifically when the Shift key is pressed and held (only when held), I want the numpad to be a specific color. When the control button is pressed and held (only when held) I want the numpad to be a different color. And finally, when numlock is on, I want the numpad to be yet a different color than when it is off. So I would like a baseline color and then change to each of these 3 colors in these 3 circumstances. I found how to make lighting macros, but it seems that I am not able to make lighting macros for these specific keys, in this specific way. Is there a way to do it? Thank you.

Just bought the Razer Huntsman V2 analog keyboard. The 2 keys are not working: number lock one and the no ‘1’ key on the number pad. Have tried the caps, esc and space bar press mechanism and it hasnt helped. The key board is brand new. I am on Mac Air. Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thank you. 

Greetings, I bought a razer ornata v3 keyboard today, it works fine, but the sound does not work with keys such as the number keys, although the alt and alt gr keys are not broken, for example, alt + 7 does not make "{".

i have a problem with my razer chroma where it spams lettrs randomly and spams letterss after being pushed. i cant contact razer support, as every time i try to contact razer chat / email it redirects me to somewhere else.i dont think i will be buying razer products again, as it is a majour inconvinience for me.if someone in razer sees this, please contact me!

Hello all, I have a Razer blackwidow elite and razor synapse, i am able to program macros to my keyboard but i cannot find a way to have the macro i created keybinded to two keys (i.e CONTROL & Q). I am wondering if this is something i may be able to do? Any help would be wonderful thank you. 

Hi! I have a Razer Blackwidow Mini Hyperspeedand and I notice that it only connects to synapse when it is plugged in.  I am trying top have my custom RGB settings on my keyboard in wireless 2.4 mode. Is it somehow possible to connect the keyboard to synapse wirelessly much like how it works for some of the mice?Thank you!

Razer Huntsman [RZ03-0252] opto-mechanical keyboard. I have been using this keyboard for the past 4.5 years.The keyboard is not getting detected on my PC but is getting detected on other systems which includes other laptops & desktops.Checked on both, a system with Razer driver ‘Synapse’ pre-installed & on multiple systems without any pre-installed drivers. Device was detected & worked normally in both cases. Tried plugging the keyboard in different USB ports on the motherboard & the front USB port - did not work in either case. The device is not working even in BIOS, which is before the OS is loaded, so that would mean that Windows is not causing the issue. Also tested in a secondary OS by installing Ubuntu, did not work even there. The keyboard is rated 5V-500mA. I have a Samsung portable SSD which is rated 5V-900mA. The SSD is working fine with the motherboard. So, it means that there shouldn’t be any issues with the power draw. Other keyboards - a basic membrane key

I woke up and the keyboard wouldn’t function properly at all. Everything is okay now except for the RGB. Several keys (about 10 of them) are stuck on a single color and won’t change. Even when I turn the brightness all the way down on the lighting they stay on. They will change colors sometimes during a reactive profile, but always to the wrong color. I’ve reset everything to factory and still nothing. It does the same thing on different PCs. 

Does the cynosa chroma pro have removable key caps, if so what’s the best way to remove them for cleaning 

The A key on my razer huntsman feels like its full of soda. If i press on the top of the key its goes aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. It uses like 2 seconds to come back up. The keyboard is almost brand new. I got it from my brother who only used it for an hour. I have removed the cap and there is no spill at all.

When idle, the lights on the kb should turn off but that doesn`t really work as it is supposed to.Idle kb is meant to be idle for kb only, if I move my mouse (Corsair M65 ULTRA), the idle timer countdown on DS V2 PRO  will not begin until I stop using the mouse. This leads me to believe that the meaning of idle according to SYNAPSE means, every other device connected to the same PC needs to be idle also for the same period of time.If I stop moving the mouse and the kb lights turn off. The lights reactivate with mouse movement even though I am not using the kb , this is a waste of battery life and is unnecessary until I am ready to use the kb.Also with 15min being the lowest time period for power inactivity, this means that any movement from any other device connected to PC, whether that is 2.4 mouse or BT mouse or BT kb, will cause the DS V2 PRO to reactivate the RGB, resetting the 15min inactivity timer to start its countdown all over againIf it were possible to allow the user to choo

Just bought an Ornata V3 keyboard and I’m having quite a specific issue was wondering if someone could test on their own one. Problem is consistent in or out of game but it’s only a problem for me specifically in counter strike where I use caps lock to slow walk, details below. If I’m holding both caps lock and W down at the same time then all adjacent keys to W don’t register, so Q,E,A,S,D,1,2 and 3 all won’t register an input.The inverse is also the same so if I hold caps lock and Q,E,A,S,D,1,2 or 3 then W is the only key that fails to register.  You can test quite easily by typing in browser and holding both caps lock and W, then pressing Q,E,A,S,D,1,2 or 3. These keys will fail to interrupt the stream of Ws and same will go for the inverse if you hold caps lock and Q down together, only W will fail to stop the stream of Qs. If it's not clear what I mean when I say 'stream of Ws' above, what I mean is if I hold down caps lock and W in a search bar for instance it will input WWWWWWWW

In Razer Huntsman Mini, can I change the arrow functions from Fn+j, Fn+k, etc. to Ctrl+j, Ctrl+k, etc.? Thanks.

Hi, would it be possible to introduce an API (to be able to implement this myself) or a feature inside Synapsewhich would show you the current keybindings overlayed on top of the keypad/keyboard?It would be very helpful when trying to memorize a new layout and not having to mash multiple buttons to find out which one it was or alt-tabbing from the gameA mockup of how this feature could look like:
