Hi, I wonder what the purpose is of the “on-device profiles”. My expectation is that I’m able to store the configuration (key mappings / lighting configuration) on my keyboard so that I can plugin my keyboard in another computer and be able to use and make changes to these stored profiles.Instead what happens is that I only see the labels of the profiles on another computer but all configuration (in Synapse) is gone. When I connect my keyboard to the previous computer the configuration is back.Does this possibly only work with Cloud Storage? Are the “on-device profiles” only a fancy label?Or am I doing something wrong?

Hello,I am still using a razer blackwidow stealth from 2013 and in the market for a new keyboard.A thing I had no idea existed was the existence of clicky/tactile/linear keys.I am trying to figure out what the key type is for my keyboard as I would like to retain the same feel when I buy a new one.The manual for the blackwidow states “A full mechanical key infrastructure delivers distinctive tactile feedback” but I’m not sure if it’s just wording or is the keyboard actually tactile

Hello Razer. I know you hear Gamers and make the best efforts to give us the best of the best, so, can you please make your best gaming keyboard (Razer Blackwidow V4 Pro) with Portuguese Layout (PT-PT), or, at least the keycaps so we can buy and replace? Please please, say "Yes We Can!!" :)

I was wondering if I can use the Razer synapse software to configure a button on my keyboards, where if I press and hold this button, a keyboard profile is activated until I release that button, and I can configure this "secondary" profile.The reason I am looking into this is that I am looking for a 60% keyboard and I was to bring all the buttons closer to my hand, so I will probably need a secondary profile near my hand. I couldn't find anything online other than simple hey rebinds.

Just bought the new blackwidow v4 pro but the cable is not long enough to reach my pc.  So I use a USB extension cable.  The keyboard is not recognized in razer synapse with the usb extension.  Is there a longer cable razer sells or a specific brand I can get that will work?   Dont really want to find a new spot for the pc and this worked fine with my older razer keyboard.

I have an issue with my keyboard anansi and ouroboros mouse. they are not responsive to the right keys and clicks. I did change usb port and restart and uninstall the razer app also I did a format to my pc but this problem is still there. Also this doesn’t happen all the time sometimes does sometimes doesn’t.

Hallo zusammen, Ich habe gestern ein neues Mainboard verbaut ein Gigabyte Aorus Master B760 DDR4. Als ich meinen Pc eingeschaltet habe und mein Synapse sich öffnete zeigte es mir meine Razer Huntsman Elite Tastatur nicht mehr an. Meine Maus Razer Basilik V3 aber schon.Die Tastatur ist mit beiden USB Steckern in USB 3.2 angeschlossenIch habe alle meine USB Steckplätze ausprobiert. ,In einem anderen Pc probiert, da funktioniert sie.Software mehrmals deinstalliert und neu installiert.Treiber alle aktualisiert.Firmware durchgecheckt.Ich sitze seit Stunden und weiß nicht mehr weiter.Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Vielen Dank.

As the title asks, what keys are actually analog? I am one of “those” people who use the keyboard in their right hand and I tend to favour the arrows+numpad options. I am interested in the analog features and recently purchased a SteelSeries Apex with a similar feature only to discover the keys I use are not supported by actuation and now I am interested in the Huntsman V2 but before i buy I would love to know what keys are using the Analog Switches?  Just QWERTY (standard keys) or the full board including arrows and numpad?

I am trying to use this keyboard at work which doesn’t allow any outside software to be installed on my desktop. The function keys available on the mini aren’t compatible with the Cyntos Chroma. Does anyone know if there are function keys available for the keyboard or a workaround to change the lighting without synapse software downloaded?

FPS Keyboard alternative2 years ago I injured my hand playing on an analog controller. Excessive, repetitive pressure resulted in trigger-finger. No jokes. I ended up building this but need the minds and skills of experts to get it working properly. I know it has potential for a lot of gamers. Check it out! With this and a decent Razer mouse you’d be killing it!

How do I enable/disable scroll lock on my laptop keyboard?  On my full size external keyboard there’s a dedicated “scr lk” button.  On my laptop keyboard can figure it out.   Thanks.L

when i turned my pc on i noticed that the numbers of my keybord are not working maybe i just click on something to desativate them but i dont know how to make them work again

Razer just released the brand new Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro in 2023, coming in with their classic Green and Yellow switches, we get clicky and linear options.I think this Sound Test does good job at clearly showing the sound differences:https://youtu.be/n7B2o_TOVb8Which switch sounds nicer to you?

Is that the razer product sold by amazon.com does not come with the razer warranty?

Currently, I'm attempting to configure my Razer keyboard on my MacBook. Thus far, everything appears to be functioning well, except I desire to remap the "Menu" Windows key to the "Command" key on my Mac. Could someone assist me with this?I've downloaded Karabiner-Elements, but thus far, I haven't discovered a viable key combination.

Everytime I plug my Huntsman Mini into my computer it goes to “HID” and not Keyboards, not allowing me to type or do anything. Any fixes? (Currently using a second keyboard to type)

Hi, I've been evaluating Tartarus for high-end gaming, but am finding a persistent thumbwheel direction-sticking issue. I've gone through a variety of the posts - here and on reddit (e.g. change enable turbo, rebinding thumbstick, etc...) - but the issue persists. This might be fine for casual and semi-hardcore gaming, but is this product used in high-end or professional esports? It seems this issue has not been resolved - it certainly persists for me. So, an interesting platform for casual - but unless i'm missing an update, patch, or fix - don't see how this is viable for high-end gaming. Are their e-sports teams using this? I'm also concerned about profiles periodically dropping - and it seems most updates to synapse require a reboot of the system - difficult to do when you are racing the clock. I do like the ergonomics and potential to improve performance with the compact form factor and macro-programming - but this is all moot with a non-starter of the thumbwheel periodically

Just today my wrist rest underglow started flickering randomly. Turns rainbow, turn off, just kinda does whatever it wants and eventually returns back to my lighting. I've tried reinstalling synapse, reinstalling firmware, reinstalling drivers although I'm not 100% sure I got the right ones, unplugging/plugging it back in, restarting my computer, and updating windows, still isn't working correctly. Any thoughts on how I could fix this? Thanks!

Anyone have any luck finding the BWV3 Pro with the yellow switches in stock anywhere in the USA? I can find the green switch version in stocck a few places (not on razer.com though) but the yellow switch is OOS everywhere. I cant even find a dedicated page to it on the razer website. The green switch version has a page that says you can pre order it for feb 27th shipping, but nothing with the yellow switches. I really hope they didnt discontinue it.

I have tried every possible solution I could think of and none of them seem to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3, disconnected the keyboard multiple times and tried different USB ports, but the issue persists. It's frustrating that the keyboard was working perfectly fine before the update and now I can't seem to get it to work. The fact that all my other devices are functioning normally makes me think that the problem lies specifically with the keyboard and not the system. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this issue as I rely heavily on my keyboard for my daily work and it's causing me a lot of inconvenience. I would also like to know if anyone else is facing similar issues after the Synapse 3 update so that I can see if it's a widespread problem or just limited to my device.

I am looking for a solution to this problem as I really like the features of this keyboard and don't want to have to return it. The spring sound is quite noticeable and distracting, and I would like to find a way to eliminate it. I have considered reaching out to Razer support again, but I am not confident that they will be able to provide a solution. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions from those who have experienced a similar issue. Perhaps someone has found a way to eliminate the spring sound, or has a suggestion for a different keyboard that is similar in features but without this issue. I value the input and expertise of the community and hope to find a resolution to this problem.

I wants Razer to make a wireless low profile mechanical keyboard for a very long time. I spent many years on a gaming laptop, and im struggling with how huge the blackwidow v3. But I also dont want to go to logitech for a keyboard...

Guys, for the love of god, i have been searching for a long time for my lost cable and can't find it, not in my home and online as well, it is nowhere to be found, any suggeestions on where to look? Would mean the world to me
