Hi, I've been evaluating Tartarus for high-end gaming, but am finding a persistent thumbwheel direction-sticking issue. I've gone through a variety of the posts - here and on reddit (e.g. change enable turbo, rebinding thumbstick, etc...) - but the issue persists. This might be fine for casual and semi-hardcore gaming, but is this product used in high-end or professional esports? It seems this issue has not been resolved - it certainly persists for me. So, an interesting platform for casual - but unless i'm missing an update, patch, or fix - don't see how this is viable for high-end gaming. Are their e-sports teams using this? I'm also concerned about profiles periodically dropping - and it seems most updates to synapse require a reboot of the system - difficult to do when you are racing the clock. I do like the ergonomics and potential to improve performance with the compact form factor and macro-programming - but this is all moot with a non-starter of the thumbwheel periodically

Just today my wrist rest underglow started flickering randomly. Turns rainbow, turn off, just kinda does whatever it wants and eventually returns back to my lighting. I've tried reinstalling synapse, reinstalling firmware, reinstalling drivers although I'm not 100% sure I got the right ones, unplugging/plugging it back in, restarting my computer, and updating windows, still isn't working correctly. Any thoughts on how I could fix this? Thanks!

Anyone have any luck finding the BWV3 Pro with the yellow switches in stock anywhere in the USA? I can find the green switch version in stocck a few places (not on razer.com though) but the yellow switch is OOS everywhere. I cant even find a dedicated page to it on the razer website. The green switch version has a page that says you can pre order it for feb 27th shipping, but nothing with the yellow switches. I really hope they didnt discontinue it.

I have tried every possible solution I could think of and none of them seem to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3, disconnected the keyboard multiple times and tried different USB ports, but the issue persists. It's frustrating that the keyboard was working perfectly fine before the update and now I can't seem to get it to work. The fact that all my other devices are functioning normally makes me think that the problem lies specifically with the keyboard and not the system. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this issue as I rely heavily on my keyboard for my daily work and it's causing me a lot of inconvenience. I would also like to know if anyone else is facing similar issues after the Synapse 3 update so that I can see if it's a widespread problem or just limited to my device.

I am looking for a solution to this problem as I really like the features of this keyboard and don't want to have to return it. The spring sound is quite noticeable and distracting, and I would like to find a way to eliminate it. I have considered reaching out to Razer support again, but I am not confident that they will be able to provide a solution. I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions from those who have experienced a similar issue. Perhaps someone has found a way to eliminate the spring sound, or has a suggestion for a different keyboard that is similar in features but without this issue. I value the input and expertise of the community and hope to find a resolution to this problem.

I wants Razer to make a wireless low profile mechanical keyboard for a very long time. I spent many years on a gaming laptop, and im struggling with how huge the blackwidow v3. But I also dont want to go to logitech for a keyboard...

Guys, for the love of god, i have been searching for a long time for my lost cable and can't find it, not in my home and online as well, it is nowhere to be found, any suggeestions on where to look? Would mean the world to me

Razer Ornata V2 ripple and reactive function not working on razer synapse

Can the Ornata v2 lighting be programmed outside of Synapse? I was given this keyboard as a brand new Birthday gift like 2 years ago and it just sat on my desk until tonight. I tried to use it on my Windows 7 16 bit machine and it seems to function just fine. The only issue of course is that I cannot install the Synapse application onto it to program and modify the lighting effects etc. Is there an alternative to doing this, maybe even 3rd party software, since Razor is too lazy to make these devices compatible with a 16 bit system for us old timers that want to continue using a 15 year old system that works just fine? Hello everyone, I've search on the topic, but don't see something related with the search, sorry if it's a duplicate thread. Actually, since 3 month, i got an issue regarding the key of the keyboard. Sometimes, i need to spam a key ( A for exemple) to let the letter work. 5min after, it can be another key who made this issue, and the A work correctly. It happens all the times, and randomly. I've try to reset the keyboard, clean it, change USB, change profile.. etc.. I don't see any difference after it. Did someone know how can i fix it ? Thanks for reading !

Hello, I'm a big fan of razer products. 2 years ago i've started using Razer tartarus PRO for mmo World of Warcraft. Every button was optical and that's ok. In this month i've felt like my old keypad is giving me some problems so i've bought a new one, for my surprise the 8-way pad of the new one is mechanic, i've made a refund thinking is a mistake or the product is defective. Ordered a new one and the same, 8-way pad is mechanic. That's disgusting cause with the optical keys you can adjust the insentity of the keypress and you dont have to do all the way of the key (and also that sick sound clickclickclick) after 1 hour of using the new one i feel pain in my thumb like i'm pressing too much. Started a Customer discussion with Razer and they cant even answer me so... ended here. Guys, Razer is making 8-way pad mechanical at the same price? It is possible to buy the old version? I can't play without the Tartarus Pro and with those new models it is impossible to feel confortable. T

Almost a year ago I have bought a razer blackwidow v3 from a local store. After downloading synapse 3 and setting up a chroma profile, my keyboard's lights stopped working. I have found out that it's enough to unplug and reconnect the usb to the computer after the start-up. However I wanted to know if there is a way to fix this problem, or if this also happened to someone else.

I wonder if I am the only one having this problem, because it goes as default, I didn't make any changes. And its crucial. Whenever I press the specific action button in game (For example - Holding W + Shift to sprint and pressing R to reload) - it will never start reloading action on pressing "R", only when I release it. Also I can add that this delay between pressing and releasing should be very short, either way it won't do reloading at all. But some buttons/actions have no issues with that. For example - pressing "Shift" immediately activates sprinting, or "Space Bar" immediately makes character jump. What is cosing this and how to fix that? Please help.

Will Razer launch a WHITE version of the Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro?

Heya! I'm on a market for a new Razer Keyboard. I started out with Lycosa, upgraded to the original Blackwidow (metal version) which served me super well until it started acting out a few months ago so I switched back to Lycosa https://omegle.onl/. At the moment im clueless as to what keyboard to get because there's so many keyboards and from the videos/research i did they all got downsides for the money. All i know is i want the Tenkeys and not as loud as the original Blackwidow (green switches i think i had). The budget I would go for is over 110€ (not interested in Cynosa and Ornata V2), so either blackwidow, Huntsman or Deathstalker. Any recomendations?

I have been very happy with my razer keyboard but a couple of days ago I spilled a bit of water on my keyboard and now I've lost the z key, left control, left alt key, and the windows key. What should I do. Everything else works perfect shagle voojio and I'm really sad about it but I have had it for 3 years so maybe it's time

Hello, I just bought an ornata V3, I downloaded razer synapse 3 without any problem, The next day the reactive parameter (for lightning) didn't work anymore (only working with the key "fn") Do you all have any idea about what i could do ? Also, is it a know problem that i can't use more than 2 keys at the same time while playing vidéo game? I have a dual boot window/ubuntu PC and was wondering if I pair the dongle to a Blackwidow V3 Pro using Windows, will it work when I boot into Linux? Does the dongle need a device driver, or is it a HID compliant device? Will my keyboard allow me to use my boot menu before it runs the OS?

Hi Everyone, I recently broke one of the "hooks" of my spacebar - I had to take the spacebar out and it broke on the right side. I can still type, but it feels weird when I hit the space bar. My item is out of warranty (purchased way back). Is there anything I can do? Can I re-purchase space bar or? Thanks in advance

I just purchased a BlackWidow V3 mini and was wanting to use it via Bluetooth on my Oculus Quest 2. It seemed to pair successfully but it would not allow me to type anywhere. Has anyone else had this issue with this or any other Razer keyboard?

Hi, I've had my blackwidow chroma for many years, one of my absolute favorite keyboards. I've recently had a massive issue where 90% of the keys aren't working properly. "W" for example works fine but "4" has to be pressed 5-10 times for it to work, some keys stopped working altogether, the issue is happening with every key, i tried putting it in demo mode and back in normal mode, tried uninstalling synapse 3, uninstalled drivers as well but still the same issue, any ideas? the issue started about a year ago and i just put the keyboard in storage and used another keyboard but I'm trying to fix it now, please help :) thanks

My razer deathstalker suddenly stopped working. It goes green then black then rainbow wave and then when I try to type on it the color turns into black then green again and I can't type. What should I do to get this fixed because this happened to me before and I gave it to fix and then they gave me a new one and now they won't fix for me anymore.
