Hello everyone, a few days ago I purchased a BlackWidow V3 keyboard and I have a problem that I can't solve: With the Synapse3 software the keyboard lights do not turn on when I restart the computer. If I stop Synapse they come on. Curiously if I remove the USB and reconnect it again Synapse works. I am using Windows 10 on a desktop PC. I have tried everything I have seen on the support page: - Reinstall. - Delete the Razer account. - Deleting the installation. - Operating system checks. - USB power manager. I've lost the dongle for my blackwidow v3 pro, so I have visited Razer online store. However, I can only see dongles for Naga, Deathadder, etc Is there any way to buy thr dongle for v3 pro?

Hello, im getting this weird input lag, where when i press a bunch of keys in a short time period, some of them get digitally stuck down longer than they should be stuck down.

Ive had this keyboard since Christmas. and 3 days ago after my keyboard randomly stopped responding and I restarted my pc and since then my T key has been totally non functional

Okey so I have this problem in most of my games where I cant Crouch and move to the left. So "CRTL+A" wont work. I'm just standing in place when I press those two buttons at the same time. IDK why this happens and how to fic this problem cuz it's starting to annoy the heck out of me. "CTRL+S/D/W" works fine, I can move without a problem while holding down CRTL but with "CRTL+A" just wont work... Any Help ?

The kickstands on the back of my Blackwidow V3 recently snapped off, is there anywhere I can find/order replacements? If so, what are the specifications I should be looking for?

I use the joystick of the RAZER Tartarus V2 to move. I assigned wasd to the buttons. It works most of the time, but sometimes, about once every 15 minutes I keep moving, although I released the bottons. E.g: When I use the front button of the joystick (which I assigned w to) and stop pressing it, it then lets my char further going on infinitely, untill I press the button again. I have the same problem with the left and right buttons of the joystick. (I assume also with the back button, but it hasn't occured so far, since I use it not often). Is there anything I could do to fix this, or any log I could provide (if you tell me how)? It is a very annoying bug which kills my char from time to time. To complete the info: I play WoW.

Is it possible to get a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro - Yellow Switches (UK Layout) in this config ? It doesnt appear on the website as an option, only US and NO layouts ? Many Thanks

Hello, I recently bought this keyboard, when I turn on the windows the taskbar crashes, I take out the keyboard works, I looked for firmware update but I didn't find it.

So i have been looking into a razer tartarus pro. Has anyone used this item before or who has it and would you recommend it? I would love a razer keyboard but i am really happy with the keyboard that i have at the moment but was looking at the tartarus for comfort and convenience. Would love any feedback and your thoughts on the product

Hello, I connected my mouse with my computer and my PS4. The button at the bottom of the mouse allows me to switch between the ps4 (connected with dongle) and my computer (connected with bluetooth). Now i´m searching for a wireless gaming keyboard wich i can use like i do it with my "Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed" mouse. Thank´s 4 the help!

Hello. I have a problem with the razer blackwidow 2019 keyboard and the Synapse 3 program. Namely, the keyboard is on and generally works, but when I try to change the lighting in the keyboard, synapse does not respond, for example, trying to turn off the lighting in the synapse program, the status changes to off but the keyboard is still on. I also noticed that when connecting the keyboard to the USB, the keyboard connects without any problems, but after a few seconds the USB disconnection sound is heard but the keyboard is still working. I would also like to add that I have the razer deathadder v2 mouse and everything works as it should.

I have some red dragon mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse someone bought me 2 years ago and Im ready to upgrade. I see a lot of suggestions for the g600 but I was wondering do most people bind their abilities to that mouse? Seems like it would be difficult for movement plus abilities. Any suggestions would be great and I was also wondering if anyone has noticed if wireless makes a noticeable echatspin azar difference?

I put mine in the closet a while back because it was not useable because of key sticking in the software. I thought I'd check to see if it's been fixed. While you were driving any game in a vehicle, it would continue to turn even after you released the key. I thought I'd try to use it again.

Hey Guys, i have a problem with my razer keyboard, if i press fn + f9 i see green buttens light up, they seem to be spamming. The problem is that on synaps there is no makro?… is my keyboard broken? Thx. I will upload some pictures of it. i dont know why, but if i stay on the button right to fn, the spamming stops, but if i take my finger down, it starts once again…

because i can't get any of third party cables to work... it's because the 8k thing? because even i don't use it (in the software) still remain a problem throught windows.

The Tartarus Pro can set two actions for one button depending on how deep the button is pressed. Great feature, but I want the first action to stop as soon as the second one is activated. For example, I currently have it set up that pressing the button halfway corresponds to S and fully depressed to X. I want it to stop activating S as soon as X is activated. Is that possible?

I have been using an older blackwidow keyboard and I love the way it responds. I can type very fast with few errors on it. Today I received my new Huntsman v2 with linear optical switches. I find I'm typing very slowly and not able to get near the accuracy at speed I could. I presume there are some settings that would make the response more like what I'm used to with the Blackwidow? Suggestions?

I can't seem to understand how i could the keys are compatible. Is there anything Im doing wrong during attempts at installing the PK on the Ornata V2?

Maybe I'm asking too much, and I really like Razer but is my need so very specific that they just don't bother to make it? I want a white keyboard, yellow switches, with Chroma. Seems like something Razer would have and sell TONS of. I'd put my phantom keycaps on it and it would be GLORY. Story Time! I went looking for replacement keycaps for my Ornata Chroma because the current ones have rubbed off in the expected places for an avid gamer and writer who also happens to have adorable nails that destroy keycaps. Two otherwise very helpful workers in the Seattle Razer store assured me that the Phantom keycaps would work for the Ornata. I felt this was suspect, but it didn't hurt to try. As I thought, they are not compatible, but the store is new and I guess they don't know all the items yet? I was a little annoyed, but mistakes happen. It's cool. It appears as though I can only find the 'Clicky' version of the Hunstman Elite in UK layout... is it or will it be available for tactile/linear keys does anyone know?

Hi guys My old Orbweaver keypad Alt button has given up (The one on top of the round gear) and I wonder about the differences with Tartarus. 1- Can I use the scrolling gear in Tart. as a hot key? I ask this because we're loosing a key from Orbweaver (19 on the fingers pad in Tart. vs 20 in Orbw,). 2- It seems that the Alt button of Orbweaver (the top thumb button) serves now in Tart. a Keymap switch mode, or can I still customize it to be an Alt button? 3- I'm not sure what are the 32 customizable key strokes. In Orbweaver I have 20 Keys for the left hand on the box keypad area, and then I have 6 keys on the thumb side (1 Alt button on top of the gear, 4 buttons on the gear and 1 Space bar key). What are Tartarus Thumb keys?

I am wondering how to use the M1 - M4 keys on the keyboard and also how to bind macros to those keys, I can not seem to find any information on the exact keys. I understand how to bind to other keys and what not, just need a little guidance. Thanks!

I only been using Razer stuff for just under a year. I have BW Elite, Razer Basilisk v,2 (I had the Basilisk HyperSpeed but it kept crashing the BT and USB ports.), and Tartarus Pro. The first two devices can storage profiles but the Tartarus Pro can't. At the time it wasn't an issue but Star Trek Online keeps crashing and sometimes the system also crashes. The game supports stated that the razer synapse may be what is causing this. Since I can't save profiles to the Tartarus Pro I have no realistic way to test this. This is a known issue and is there a fix for it? Thanks System: Win 10 Pro fully patch, All drivers and UEFI BIOS current, AMD Ryzen 2400 16GB Ram Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO WIFI Nvidia GTX 750 HDD GUID TPM disable. I disable it with the hope it would stop the crashes.
