Hello, I was wondering if the Razer PBT keycaps would fit a Tartarus Pro? (analog) The upper and lower rows look like special keycaps so a set made specifically for the Tartarus might be needed. I know the metallic keycaps say BlackWidow Mechanical Keyboards and Razer Huntsman Opto-Mechanical Keyboards only, but the PBT keycaps just says fits most popular layouts. Either way, a custom set would be nice for those who mostly use a standard layout across multiple games

Hi, is it possible to create new lightning effects to my Tartarus. My intention is to use it as a button box for my racing sim and I'd like to mimic on/off behaviors (when button pushed once LED goes on, when pushed the 2nd time it goes off), or even have 3 way switches (e.g. for wipers) - is that possible to achieve with chroma studio? Thx!

My F1 & F2 is not working ( standard ) specially in games... just randomly started. if i press FN first then it works but it is just volume up or down. the standard button does nothing and nothing reads it. tested with discord and other games to set it as a keybind and nothing. but in the synapse it reads it just fine. it is only those two keys that are doing it..

I've noticed my razer Blackwidow v3 doesn't have an alt gr key so when your in synapse can you add an alt gr key to bind when edditing your keyboard keys.

Does the Huntsman TE come with the gen 2 optical switches that are present on the Huntsman mini yet? If not, anyone know if/when they will be available? If so, how can I check if a Huntsman TE has gen 1 or gen 2 switches? Thanks.

Hey guys! I'm new to this forum and english is not my first language, so please bear with me when I'm doing mistakes. I'm just curious, are there any Razer Keyboards available at the moment with the new Razer optical switches in red and with a German layout? I saw the video made by Hardware Canucks in late January and these switches sound so incredibly good that I really want to get one of these Keyboards, but for my profession it's necessary that the layout has to be in German. Is there any hope for us Germans to get Keyboards with these switches, or do we have to stick with the purple ones?

Hi there, I have HyperX Pudding Keycaps PBT that I haven't opened, and I was wondering if they would fit completely on the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog, as I'm probably going to upgrade from my Huntsman Elite. Thanks!

After installing Synapse 3 and testing out some configurations, I decided to browse the workshop for apps and games I may enjoy. I installed Snake for Chroma and made sure it was getting detected in Synapse. But when I try to run the game, the keyboard seems to do a quick light flash and then nothing else happens. The app does not open and the keyboard remains with the same lighting as before. I've tried restarting, opening the game as administrator and reinstalling, but nothing seems to make it work. On the official Youtube video for this game, lots of other people have been having this issue. Can someone help?

I've had this computer for over a year, almost 2 years. But recently, I've had the issue of my function keys getting stuck as Media Keys. As I am playing games, it is very frustrating to try to ready up with say, F4, then I end up in selecting what Screen set-up I want. I have tried checking my Synapse, and nothing has been custom bound, and primacy has been given to function keys, rather than Media Keys. To Make things more frustrating, it seems to bounce back and forth as to whether they function keys or media keys seemingly on a whim. Thanks for any Help!

For a while now I've been struggling to convince myself to take the leap of moving from a membrane Keyboard to a Mechanical. So Last week I opened an ad from an online retailer to find the Blackwidow marked down to a price that I can kinda could live with and ended up buying it. The next day, after I ordered, I found the same retailer had the Blackwidow Elite on promotion for slightly more than I paid. I struggled for almost a day trying to decide if the buy would be worth it. Eventually I settled and took the plunge. Well outside my budget and whilst waiting for delivery, constantly thinking I made a mistake. And boy am I glad I did order it - as I could never go back now from this. What a game changer the Blackwidow Elite is. The keys are so responsive compared to a Membrane, I love the multimedia buttons. I recently got a tartarus pro and the analog function is good but needs software improvement. So take WSAD for example. You can't map WSAD with an analog option but you can use Left stick Up/Down/Left/Right to get analog functions, ok great. So take a game like GTA that has on foot, ground vehicle, flight controls then you need to make multiple profiles/keymaps to swap threw because vehicles need RT/LT for throttle/brake, LS R/L to steer, and aircraft need LS UP/Down/Left/Right, RT/LT for throttle/brake. What I'm getting at is, that it can only emulate a controller and is not a true analog keyboard. If you press W half way it will still register as a digital On/Off signal. Not sure if they can improve the software but it really is more frustrating then practical when you need to mix match Xbox and keyboard inputs across multiple keymaps just to be able to control basic movement in a game... I was playing a game and randomly my razer huntsman keyboard just disconnect. I can hear the windows sound effect for disconnecting so I try multiple USB ports. I restarted my pc thinking maybe the game somehow did that but my keyboard still doesn’t connect. I don’t have an extra one and I can’t get the keyboard to work. I can’t login to my account. I think it’s a fault usb cable. Other razer and non razer devices are working. Any advice.

I need to sync keymap profile and chroma light. Example : I change someone keymap profile light show on assign key, And switch to other keymap profile the light change to more assign key. Can I do this?

So I have had my Razer Huntsman Elite for 1 year and 3 month's now. Its great , however by now the wrist rest has become deflated so much that I am just feeling the meatal through the leather. So I was trying to look for more but I instead have some questions. 1. is the magnetic plush leatherette wrist rest for the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog conbatibal with the Huntsman Elite 2 will the Razer Ergonomic Wrist Rest Pro For Full-sized Keyboards fit my keyboard And 3 where could I find replacement wrist rests?

From day 1 on both my Hunstman Elite (Work and Home) the volume button is not accurate. I can try to move it up or down. Sometimes it moves 2 or 4 other times it just jumps up 30 points. Sometimes as well if I'm in a game or just browsing around the internet the volume window in the upper left corner comes up and will start moving up and down. Sometimes it's a couple points, or just one time. Other times it will stay moving up or down till the volume is maxed or muted. On both keyboards this is happening out of the box. I've updated Windows, and Synapse. I've reinstalled Synapse multiple times for other issues that have come up and it still does it as soon as I start using the volume knob again. I did search around the site and found a couple other posts about this and it seems to be affecting multiple models and builds. Also all the posts I could find were closed which is why I'm starting another thread.

Why once synapse needs to update all my keybinding just stop working till I update it? The ornata chroma won't light up unless I have it's options open in snyapse? The ornata also won't remember my macros without synapse open to it's options? Is this all normal? Because if it is I will definitely be buying Corsair or any other brand at this point. Because at this point in time I feel like I've spent alittle over 200$.

Is there a way for synapse to work if I’m using h to e Hunstman Mini keyboard on an Xbox series X? Will the synapse on the computer transfer to the keyboard when it’s hooked up to my Xbox? Is there a way to get synapse on Xbox if not

Hi all newbie here with a problem, I have a 2015 Mac computer and just got the Razer Blackwidow chroma V2 tournament edition. Since I turned on and plugged the keyboard, the fn locked was on and I can't change it. Anyone can help me with this? I installed the Synapse program and still I can't change the function key.
