Hello guys, so I just got my first ever Razer keyboard and I want to use it paired with my Xbox One, I was wondering how can I acces Razer Synapse. If i get to pair it to my laptop and configure it there, will the settings remain when i plug it into my Xbox? I am asking this because on Xbox Store the Synapse app works for Wolverine Controller, not for keyboards. Thanks

Hi everyone! I have the Razer Ornata Chroma and a MacOS, It types just fine and all that but I can't use any functions on the keyboard like CRTL + C, CRTL + V, CRTL + F, and what not. I know that apple uses COMMAND + etc. but is there a way to get it to work on my Razer keyboard? Any help is appreciated! Thanks guys!(:

my razer blade stealth laptop doesnt want to customize the colors on specific keys. I tried to use the pen in the options found at the top in razer synapse, it doesn't want to draw . even when I click on a specific key it doesn't choose it.

Hi, I have install the Synapse App on my Mac , the first time the mc didn't boot , I had to boot from external Mac OS and delete synapse files on a second Mac book air with the latest Mac OS the synapse App does not display any device please some one can help !!?? Thanks

Now firstly I’d like to say I don’t play online so I’m not abusing this option however I love the idea of a combo being just one button so I tried making a macro for a semi long, 34% combo and I manually recorded it but when i play it back it inputs incorrectly, i think timing wise, so maybe i have to put a delay on certain buttons? but im not sure how or which buttons do put delays on. Please help!!

I daily drive linear switches on a metal backplate. I've lubed the switches and stabilizers already, but when I bottom out, there's still this metal ping which I find annoying. Still, I like the hard feel of bottoming out and don't want to make my keyboard feel mushy. Should I get o-rings, and would razer o-rings be too mushy?

I am trying to setup my new Tartarus Pro for dual action. Its a HUGE disappointment. Its seems impossible to trigger the two actions in a reliable manner. It feels like buttons behave different too. The claim "Whether you prefer light taps or full, deliberate keystrokes that bottom out, tweak the gaming keypad’s actuation to be as hair-trigger sensitive or as solid and deliberate as you want." seems to be a jokers punch in the face of the one who bought the Tartarus Pro. The opposite is the case. Primary and secondary actions are very close together no matter what you do. When you triggered the secondary action, you can't go back to the primary without releasing the button fully. It seems impossible that Razer could have missed these issues.I feel like Razer lied to me to sell a very expensive, faulty product. Maybe I am wrong. I am glad if anybody tells me I am just to stupid to set up this 150€ nuisance correctly.

HI, I have this problem on Far Cry Primal where the scroll wheel isn't recognized by the game. I try to bind keyboard keys to it to no avail. I read on reddit a guy had the same problem with its Tartarus V2 on Munster Hunter. Is here a workaround ? Thanks

Hi, I just purchase 2 keyboards. -1 razer cynosa chroma in FR layout -1 razer cynosa chroma Pro in US layout I would like to know if i could open the 2 keyboards and switch the entire layout so i can have 1 razer cynosa chroma pro in FR layout. Thanks for your comments

Hi guys, i have a suggestion if you want to make a new model of keyboard that i will be more than glad to purchase. I have a problem with hitting my keyboard with my mouse because i play on low sensitivity so i need more space and i also want to be able to write. I will map the shortcut "CTRL + <" to a key on the Tartarus Pro. The problem is that Synapse records this keystroke as "CTRL + \\". It looks like Synapse record the keystrokes from a English keyboard, but in fact i work with a Swiss German keyboard. If I configure the shortcut with the manual configuration as a symbol "<" and "CTRL" modifier, Synampse maps "SHIFT + CTRL + <" to the key. If I switch my keyboard for recording the keystoke to an English version, the result is "SHIFT + CTRL + ,". Okay its the correct English keystroke. So, my questions are, how i can map the shortcut "CTRL + <" to a key on Tartarus Pro?

As we know there hasn't been a new Razer DeathStalker keyboard for a long time some people really miss them so i am suggesting a new model with the new optical switches like the in the Razer Blade 15. These switches get positive reviwes even from people that dont like low profile or chiclet keyboards. This keyboard would be most likley to be cheaper than the normal optical switches so it would be a nice cheaper optical keyboard and it if was priced the same as Razer mechanical keyboards would be realy good competitor for the price and many gamers would prefer it. It would be nice if it had a aluminum front plate so it would be light and stiff and instead of a ruber wristrest it would be like the Huntsman elite and of course we can't forget chroma. If you have any more ideas post them in the comments.

Dear All, I am new to Razer, but got a Blackwidow Chroma v1... I did notice though there is also the Blackwidow X TE, I do want to get one as long as I can get it with UK layout and ideally with orange switches; however I've been unable to find answers to the configurations released or available, as all I can find is US layout and green switches only, maybe your insider knowledge can help me, so here it is: 1) Has the Blackwidow X (normal and TE editions) EVER been released with orange switches? 2) Has it ever been released with UK layout, or at least with US ISO (not ANSI !!)? 3) Is it in production or has it been discontinued? I am asking for all this as it seems that I am unable to find one with UK layout, can't find one with orange switches, and Razer online shows it as "out of stock". I install Windows 10 Versión 1909 (the last one) but I even tried with older versions of windows and directly the touchscreen does not work, as well as the youtube app does not work either, I read in the forum that there is no longer support in the apps keyboard. Another symptom that I verify is that I have the lancehead tournamente edition and it stops working directly when I installed it, I even tried to change the usb (all behind the mother, NO HUB ANYTHING). I hope you can give me some help, contact other friends who have the same keyboard working in windows 10 and they tell me that it works perfectly. So yesterday i was looking at my phone and drinking sprite. I accidentally hit my sprite and it fell on my keyboard. So i dried it and everything and today my arrow key is quiet and when i press it it comes back slowly. I tried to dry it with the hairdryer and it fixes for hour and again the same. What can i do to fix it please tell me.

Today I got my new Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set, and I wanted to use it on my Blackwidow Chroma, but the bigger keys, which require stabilizers are stuck. This keyboard uses a different kind of stabilizers, and these new ones are not compatible with it. Razer says on its website, that these keycaps are compatible with any of the Razer keyboards. Please somebody help me! How can I use my new keycap set for my keyboard properly? I attached some pictures of the problem.

So, I want to buy myself a keypad. I noticed that their prices are pretty similar, but there are some big differences, like the Tartarus Pro being opto-mechanical, while the Orbweaver is just mechanical. So, what features does the Orbweaver Chroma have that justify a price similar to the Tartarus Pro? Just the adjustable parts? Or am I missing something? I am thankful in advance for any answers.

I bought a BlackWidow Lite and I am quite happy with the keyboard so far. The only annoying thing is that the secondary keys are not illuminated and it's a pain to write code in low light conditions. I had the HUNTSMAN TOURNAMENT EDITION for a while and that came with PBT keys where the second keys were illuminated. I did compare the keycaps between Huntsman and BW Lite and the Huntsman keys were about 50% taller. But I like the lower profile of the BW Lite Since there is not PBT keycap set available for the BW Lite is there any chance I can just buy the PBT set for the regular BlackWidow ?

Through my college years, I had nothing but MacBooks, and I even gamed on them, which got me really used to the "chiclet" style keys. When I was finally settled and ready to build a desktop gaming rig, I paired my first one (in a decade or so) with the Razer DeathStalker Elite, since it seemed like the premier chiclet-style keyboard for gaming at the time. I loved that thing - the nice big chiclets, the wrist rest that was nearly level with the flat keys. It all just felt right. Over the next couple of years, I built several more rigs, and paired them with two more DeathStalkers. Well, after heavy use for several years, the DeathStalker on my main rig started to show its age; keys would get stuck, or just not register... just stuff that I'd expect after a few years of hard use (I'm a software developer and I also game plenty). I popped on Amazon to buy the latest (I thought it'd be the "Chroma" version) and was DEVASTATED to find that not only are these no longer available in 2020,

I was once the person that would say "why would I spend $100 on a keyboard" I wanted a backlit keyboard with cherry MX brown switches, I like the tactile but not necessarily clicky, yea so it turns out they aren't cheap as I thought, then I saw Dynamic lighting and on board macros, so now I am like, it's worth spending more to get. I wasn't thrilled not being able to get my cherry MX brown switches tho. So my husband got the Razer Huntsmen Elite / (Purple key switches) (he wanted the volume controls) and I got the Huntsmen TE (only comes with red key switches), I wanted more room for my mouse and a separate numpad I can move around as needed. My first impression and experience with the Huntsmen is nice but it's too sensitive, or maybe had a defective key switch on the J, I keep triggering the J when ever I feel for the home key bumps, just the J and not the F. I am unaware of putting to much pressure on it. I kinda got used to it but I am still getting a lot of typos. So I hea
