I want to know if anyone else that has made a profile with macro's and not just a few I mean more than 5+ on a profile and then while using that profile had any of the macro's simply just stop working and not even able to type a single letter with the key that is assigned for that macro. Now once this problem has occurred the only way to get the macro's that aren't working is to end all task with razer in task manager and then reopen razer synapse version 3.4.1024.102510. I need to know if there are more Razer Huntsman Elite keyboards that users have bought and experiencing the same problem with it.

I just bought this keyboard, how can you sell a keyboard today that requires your shitty Synapse 3.0 software to use lightning? I just want my keyboard to have a static Red and no software, NOPE, you gotta use Synapse 3.0 for that! How can you write on your website this has on-board profiles when it only stores macros and keybinds? Maybe put an asterix like "*Not for lightning", because that is what everyone thinks. I'll return this bs keyboard and buy a new k70 rgb instead, how can we not have the keyboard with a static color without your spyware lol at the very least you could've used static as default and not a damn christmas tree "HYBRID ON-BOARD MEMORY AND CLOUD STORAGE: Access personalized settings anywhere". Yeah right!

I have a question about the Tartarus Pro default keybinds (without using software). Since there is no onboard memory on the device, I assume it defaults back to default keybinds without Synapse 3 installed. If that is the case, does the button above the thumbstick default to 'Alt' like it does on the Orbweaver? Or does it default to a 'Cycle Down Keymaps' button as seen on some YouTube reviews?

Hi there, Does anyone know if there are alternative switches for the Razer Huntsman? The keyboard only comes with the one type (green I believe, off the top of my head). They are so loud I can't game with open mic, which is what I prefer. Can anyone recommend alternative switches I could install into the keyboard? Thanks in advance.

I have the Razer Huntsman elite keyboard and I have setup two profiles for CS GO and marco's to buy all the weapons and I am always having the macro to buy a gun on the (W) key and some times the (2) key just stop working and to get the macro to function again I have to keep closing Razer Synapse to get the macro's to work again. The (W) key is the main one that is constantly the problem, the (2) is rare when it stops. I have contacted Razer Support (AU) Online Chat about 4 times so far and they can't fix this issue with the marco's stop working.I'm at the point where is this is Razer Synapse (Beta) problem or is it a warranty job where I have to take it back to the retailer, where I bought it from and get a exchange for a new Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard. I'm asking the Razer Community if this is happening to them and if there is a solution to this annoying problem. I have about 30 Macro's on the profile and it takes up 30% of stored macro's. I hope someone here knows what I'm talkin

So I needed a backlit keyboard of ANY kind. Not even looking for fancy features. Choice fell on Razer Cynosa Chroma because price, and I could not find any simple keyboards with normal backlit keys. Upon the software/drivers, no less than 9!! background processes is started on my computer. I was hoping I could set a basic single color static backlight and close down the software and related background processes, but NO, then the keyboard defaults back to the ever color changing, breathing, obnoxious pattern! Please tell me there's a way to accomplish what I want. Can't the keyboard internally remember my set profile and I can shut down the software? I'm running a slick clean system here, and thats how I like it. If this is not possible I'm going to have to return it. :(

Hey guys I've been trying to get my hands on a tenkeyless keyboard rest but everywhere I look says out of stock or discontinued.. is this product getting an update? Would be good to know if I should just be patient and wait for the new ones to be released or keep trying to hunt one down.

I am sure this has been solved. I bought a Razer nostromo a wile back to replace my old belkin model. Anyway i just got it out of the closet to use it now i remember why i was not using it . The shift, caps and tab key when pressed stop the w,s,a,d, keys even if they are held down . I have not changed anything in synapse all default. I am sorry if i am asking about something that has been solved . just direct to that post if it has. thanks

In my Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2016, the fn key died. I tried to remap it but found out I have to press it to remap, but as it is dead, I can't do it. tried sending an email to support but I can't as I don't remember the date of purchase, which is required to send an email through razer support. does anyone know can I fix it? edit: and its past warranty. edit 2: It doesn't matter I found a workaround. Hello! First time poster on the forums, so please go easy on me if this has already been brought up and shot down (A quick search didn't yield anything on this subject.) I currently own a Tartarus and love the "shift" button being by the thumb. It's quick and easy access for another set of hotkeys. Would it be possible to add another key there? Like a ctrl, alt, or both? Sure, I could probably set one of the other keys as ctrl or alt, but I'm extremely clumsy with my pinky and end up fat fingering everything.

Hi all, I recently purchased the Huntsman Mercury White Keyboard and the Basilisk Mercury White Mouse and was all excited until my brother in law commented that it would look gross and get so dirty so quickly - does anyone have any tips on how to keep them both clean and nice looking - I will be covering them with a sheet when not in use, but I'd love to know if there are any ways to clean them in case they do start to get dirty. I'm a total newbie when it comes to PC's, gaming and mechanical keyboards (I've had an old laptop for years that I couldn't do anything on and only just upgraded to a new PC so I can start gaming and other things) Thanks in advance, Ash

So i was seeing that the custom key functions did not work on the MacBooks, every time you went to assign a key it would just say "Right Command" not matter what. I thought to myself, okay I'll force it. Literally. 1. You hold down the custom key function you wish to assign it to and DO NOT LET OFF. 2. Then you take your mouse and click "Okay" (while still holding down the key function) Boom... key function assigned. Running the latest Macbook software btw. Idk if this helps with any other issues but for me the custom key function was a huge issue. Now I can do what I need to do with my Orbweaver, very happy. Hope this helps! ~ElfMusicOfficial~

A Mercury White edition of the Huntsman TE. Will this come anytime soon? I want the TKL variant, but it only comes in black. :frown_: Also don't know if it's on the roadmap, but I'd like to see a competition-focused wireless version as well. Just like how wireless mice have gotten as good/better performance than wired counterparts, I want to see the same happen for keyboards. Imagine having a full e-sports setup in your backpack with no wires, but all the performance. It'd be great. Also on the topic of keyboards... I'd like to see a simultaneous release of full-size and TKL layouts in the future. It just sucks that the full-size options always get priority for new releases and TKL is kind of like an afterthought. I figured the TKL is more "gamer" oriented, it should release at the same time, right?

can anyone help me in figuring out why my cynosa chromas keys are stuck in place. I took em off to clean the keyboard but after putting em back in i noticed that some of the keys were physically stuck in place and there was no key rebound. I tried to take em off and put em back but that didnt work either.

Can you put o'rings on it? I want to buy it, but I'm afraid it will be way to loud for my family. The plastic keys on plastic board seems to be where the noise is. Anyone try it?

I have a BlackWidow Ultimate 2016 Edition, and I want to change some of the movements. I downloaded the software to it. And I have downloaded the Customize app, but it says it's still not connected. But I don't understand why so?

Why won't my razer Blackwidow chroma X keyboard fit into my laptop USB port? I've tried Buying external USB Hub's tried connecting the razer USB to the Hub and it still will not fit. Any tips?

Hi, I've been using the orbweaver for that last couple of years with light usage. My general usage are some fps gaming maybe about a couple of hours a month and photo editing (using as shortcuts). The main problem I'm having is buttons in the 02 column and buttons 16 and 18. These buttons are not working all at the same time. Also they are not the most used buttons. Any suggestions on what I can do before opening up the keyboard and inspecting the PCB? Thanks in advance

I have a vision problem and have trouble when the backlighting goes off (except the F keys) when I press Fn. Is there a way to keep the lights on they way I have them setup when I press that key? Thanks, Brenda

Hello everyone,, new here, was fiddling around with settings cause well, part of the reason i got this keyboard is because of the great look and lighting that came with it. I play trove and i kept getting this weird camera spin around every few seconds while trying to play, found out it was only while pressing the keys on the keyboard and moving the mouse at the same time rta test. After tons of forum reading, everyone says turn the software off and it will work fine... nah, thats not gonna work for me. So after tons of trial and error, i believe i found out whats causing the issue. I went into the logging part of the synapse software, disabled it, then went back to playing and BAM, issue solved. well for me anyways. I dont have any more mouse issues. Sure i dont get my stats, but thats a small price to pay. Hopefully this will help razer pinpoint the issue in the software and they can come out with a newer version that resolves this, assuming im correct and this is in fact the part th
