I just downloaded razer synapse 4 and charged my basilisk ultimate, after that it just keeps turning off then on again for just 2-3 seconds. It works fine on wired but you still have to plug and unplug the usb every time the pc is turned off. The dongle is working, and it is detected on the device menu. I dont know if this is a software or hardware problem.

My mouse RAZER BASILISK V3 PRO is unable to CYCLE UP PROFILE on mouse board memory by the PROFILE button at the bottom of the mouse. But it can still be switched through Razer synapse v4.0.86.The confusing thing is that I can use PROFILE button normally by binding it to other functions (such as increasing volume or scroll mode toggle). So I confirm that the PROFILE button works normally.So I bind the CYCLE UP PROFILE to other buttons (such as the left or right mouse button), it will not work either.If I use the USB cable to connect the computer instead of 2.4 GHz mode, this problem will not occur.

I done did try everything such as: uninstall-reinstall driver blow under the wheel with my own mouth (without disassembling the mouse) cleaning the mouse (under NOT inside) sensor try on different pc and laptops DIRECTLY connected to PC’s motherboardBut hey, the problem persist and still goin strong.one scroll on the wheel took me either up or down RANDOMLY, there’s no in-between.the mouse wheel button is also malfunctioning slowly overtime, for example i use mouse wheel button when using gadget on rainbowsix X, but when i press it, i switch to secondary weapon instead.I try reaching/DM/PM the moderator (Aero) but no response for 24 hours, idk where to go or ask anymore.isnt razer supposed to be good quality product?Bought the mouse in Jan 24thRazer Basilisk v3 x HyperspeedHELP

this is not normal, i have tried everything well not literally, but a lot of things to fix but that doesnt mean i dont want to hear any ways to fix thisthe problem my mouse is only disconecting and reconnecting on my pc, when i try it on my friend pc it was working perfectly fine and i also borrow my friend mouse which is the same mouse as me viper mini and it seems to work finehow is that possible that my mouse only not working on my pc but others is fineis it windows problem??, bios??, software?? i mean if it is software or like the synapse why does my mouse works perfectly fine on other pc that also have synapse, firmware or drive?? this is also weird bcs my friend mouse is working in my pc and also mine is working on his pc i still does not know which is the exact or atleast in which category this problem in

I just bought the razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed and whenever i connect it by the dongle, it wont let me connect with wifi :( can anyone help me with this issue ?

I have issue regarding to my recently purchased replacement dongle for basilisk v3 x hyperspeed. I just bought it online from razer official website and receive it yesterday. when ever I try to pair it with the software ( razer usb hyperspeed dongle utility). I followed the on screen instruction but the result is always the same. pairing failed.

I have my mouse connected to the usb cord in the back of my PC, the synapse app says its charging but it is not charging. Would appreciate any help

Hi, This is my very first time purchasing and using a Razer product. I was trying to replace my old mouse, (4.46 in x 2.62 in x 1.4 in, 62g). I bought a basilisk as it was the smallest mouse on display at the local computer store, but found it was still too large for my hand. I use a fingertip grip mousing style, and my hands are 3” wide and 6.5” long. I’ve found the only mouse that Razer makes that works for my hands in the Basilisk mobile. I went to the computer store and exchanged the mouse I had bought for the mobile version. Anyways, the big Basilisk mouse supported three side mouse buttons, but the little one only supports two and this really annoying AI prompt thing that I can only remap to one of the other buttons on the mouse. I discovered this while streaming and now my friends won’t stop making fun of me for it. Anyways, how do I disable the AI MASTER button and get Mouse Button 3 back? Hello, I’m interested in the Viper Mini Signature Edition and wanna try getting one during the next drop. I noticed however there’s no “buy” option on the Canadian website whereas there is one on the American website (shows “Notify me” button). I have the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k and Dock Pro using Synapse 4 (windows 11 PC). At the moment in Synapse I can only see 1 device, the dock. In the settings for the dock you can see that the mouse is connected to the dock. This means I can’t access any setting on the mouse. Do others with tis combination have the same issue?

Asking this because my Viper V3 Pro, while otherwise fully functional, developed double clicking on the middle click at the scroll wheel. Considering it is used much less often, having this problem within 1 year of use is surprising.With the new DAV4Pro, I wonder if it has been upgraded to have optical switch there as well. The scrolling part is optical as advertized, but there was no mention for the scroll wheel clicking mechanism.

So my Viper 8 kHz has some button/scroll issues and I’m looking for a replacement.Thing is I’m interested in using it at the max polling rate and it better be 8000 Hz.My grip type is the palm one so I’m sensible to the size of a mouse being as close to my current one’s as possible.And my question is - what’s the max polling rate achievable with Viper V2 Pro and Viper V3 Pro when connected through the wire (USB)? So I bought this mouse like almost 3 years ago and barely use it, because of the job, I didn’t had the time to play something on my computer and suddenly for 2-3 weeks, the mouse started to lose battery in like 1h or something, when I bought it the battery lasts for almost 1 week and a half and that’s something.  Also the rubber on the sides started to peel off, looks like a cheap product to me, I know I don’t have warranty anymore for this mouse but the problems with this rubber started like after 2 months of barely usage of it. Can you give me some advice or what can I do with these 2 problems?

I’ve had this Razer Basilisk V3 mouse for almost 4 years now and have never had any issues until now. At first, it would just scroll up and down when I would lift it slightly off the mouse pad, but now it completely disconnects when raised off the surface. This only started recently when I got back from vacation after having my PC off for a week, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Is there any fix for this?

When I increase the hz of Viper V3 Pro and move the mouse cursor, the FPS drops.

I've had my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about 4 weeks now. I’ve spent some time adjusting the settings and noticed that there's an option for curves, which affects the mouse’s speed and responsiveness. After some successful testing, I decided I no longer wanted to use the curve setting and tried to turn it off. Unfortunately, the curve still seems to be active—my mouse behaves strangely when aiming.Deleting the setting or reinstalling the software hasn’t helped. I even tried downgrading the mouse firmware, but that didn’t work either. I also tried performing a factory reset through the app, which seemed to work, but the curve remains active. Disabling it in the software does nothing—it seems like it's still saved on the mouse somehow.It feels like some kind of "ghost curve"—that’s the only way I can describe it. For example, it's like setting the DPI to 1600 in the app, but in-game it still feels like 400 DPI. I need urgent help with this, as I was really looking forward to using this mouse

I have a 2-month-old Razer Viper V3 Pro that I’ve used multiple times with both a wired connection and a wireless dongle. However, this week, when connected via cable, my computer no longer recognizes the mouse, although it works fine with the wireless dongle. I’ve also tried connecting it to another device, and I’m experiencing the same issue. May I ask for opinions or help with this issue?

Before the new Synapse software, the mouse scroll button worked fine. After installing the new Synapse software, I pressed the scroll button and the connection kept dropping and never recovered. How can ı fix this?

After the installation of Synapse 4 my DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed cursor stopped working. Being it has been working without any issue with Synapse 3 for years, and stopped working exactly after updating to Synapse 4, I would say it’s not something related to the mice itself.I updated the driver just in case, but this did not solve the issue.I surfed the net and found out there have been several cases of mice malfunctioning after synapse 4 installation, therefore there could be some common root involved.Any insight by the support team would be greatly appreciated.  

So a few months ago my razer viper ultimate stopped working with the dongle or with the wireless usb port.Now it only works with the cable on it.Thats exactly why i bought this mouse so i dont have a cable with the mouse but i guess the mouse had other plans.Could anyone help me or know how to fix this issue?Thanks,
