Mice and Surfaces

Anyone here who has expirience lag while playing  osu with the viper 8khz? I’ve tried updating the mice, updated racer synapse and doing a full reinstall. Osu is not the problem since it’s working with any other mice. Any advice? 

I had a mamba elite prior to this mouse and I always kept it on 1800 DPI, but I got this mouse and when i put it on 1800 dpi it feels insanely fast, I play lots of competitive shooters and deranked twice in the past 2 days, help!

Hello, i dont know exactly what model is, but a lot of years. And the synapse 2 , dont recognize it. I used an app for this orochi, only for the mouse, but now i dont see it here in the razer’s web. ANd i know i have seen it and use it before.

Mouse works didn’t drop or do anything to break the mouse but when it’s plugged in via usb the rear side button doesn’t work while every other part of the mouse does.

I understand the default for switching between paird devices is on the bottom of the mouse. Top botton near the wheel is for cycle DPI. Can the cycle DPI button be assigned to switching between devices?I just use both a PC and a laptop and dont want to flip my mouse every time i want to switch

i just want to get in touch with razer the number doesnt work TF i just want some multi function paddles for my basilisk ultimate no wonder people dont buy things from this company anymore its super concomitant and you cant get in touch with them

I lost my mouse button (the little plastic piece you attach) to my Basilisk Ultimate, and I was wondering if I can get a few of those. How do I change color on razed balisik v3 mouse on ps5

I literally cannot find information on this anywhere. The Basilisk is supposed to be able to charge with any Qi charger alongside the wireless puck. I have the puck, and the MagSafe charger is Qi compatible. I can get the magsafe charger to magnetize to the puck in my mouse, but it doesn't actually seem to be charging at all. Would appreciate if anyone could give me some insight on this

Title says it all. Add 4k polling rate to Razer Naga V2 Pro. It doesn't make sense only to make the Basilisk have it; they use the same accessories.

I have an old Razer SWTOR Mouse. It stopped working years ago and I stored it away. I wanted to know if it should work without a battery if its plugged into a pc with the wire, or does it require the battery? I had to forcibly remove the current battery as it swelled up.

I have lost my basilisk ultimate chroma 3rd button extension and I would like to get a replacement part for it. Any idea how can I get a replacement?

my viper won’t turn on or connect to my pc I tried connecting to a different pc and still nothing I tried using a different cable and still nothing I tried letting it charge overnight and still nothing 

Mouse rgb would no longer be in sync and I am no longer able to control my cursor or click, after some time the mouse completely disconnects and the rgb switches off. Whenever i try plugging it in again it loops

Hi, iam having an issue were my da v2 is only reading 600-20hz on polling rate although its set to 1000 i can feel the input lag and recoil push in games which is not comfortable how can i fix it? 

I’m switching over from another mouse and I’ve always bound my scroll wheel middle click in MMOs to my movement ability.  I’ve been trying to rebind the mouse-wheel mappings using Synapse, but they don’t seem to register on the mouse, but only the mouse wheel/DPI buttons - side panels bind fine.I’m sure I’m missing something, but the forums mostly focus on left clicking issues or keypad issues. I didn’t see anything about remapping the scroll click function to a key press not working.   Anyone able to help me out?  

Recently bought this Deathadder and worked perfectly for about a month and a half. The problem is I can no longer use the wireless modes since the switch to activate them is not working. How can I possibly solve this? 

Razer Abyssus 1800 USB (RZ01-0036) absolutely stop working after firmware update (1.01), not even by windows it is being recognized, it was totally unusable any solution?

I used the mouse for 2 days everything was fine, just inserting the transmitter into the laptop, the last time I used the mouse without a wire at the airport but when I arrived home, I found that the cursor was not responding. Having connected the mouse by wire, it works well, I thought it might be discharged, but Synapse shows 100%, I turn it off and when I move it, the white indicator only flashes.I changed the placement of the transmitter to another USB-A connector, nothing helped, to update the firmware it will require the connection of a 2.4 GHz transmitter, although it is turned on.....

Hi all, is there a way to change the default buttons from 4-5 on left and 4-5 on right? I wish the right ones were 6-7 or just different from the left. I tried to assign the buttons in a game but when 4 and 5 are assigned the other 2 become already used since they are both labelled the same numbers, so essentially I only have 2 buttons available instead of 4. Am using a viper 8k - have tried in synapse but can’t seem to accomplish what I want. Is there a solution? Thanks for any and all help.

Any chances that we will get New Razer Viper Mini or Razer Imperator this year?I just wanna Razer Viper Mini without issues like high lod, switches problem etc. I don’t wanna pa.y so much for Signature Edition with magnesium alloy. I need just viper mini version without technical issuesI would also like to see new version of Razer Imperator. It was my 1st razer mouse that I have bought and it had really good shape but also faulty broken sensor.Does anybody know if Razer plan to release any of them this year?
