Hello! I am wondering if there are any news on Razer Viper Ultimate Mercury to start allow purchases outside of America and if retails in other countries will start selling them soon? There doesnt seem to be many white wireless mouses, and would love a docking station. Grateful for any answers Greetings, from Sweden

Hello, just recently picked up the Razer Naga Pro Wireless Mouse and I am looking for some kind of HUD program similar to MSI Afterburner that can have in game HUDs for peripherals. If an in-game hud isn't possible then maybe a small peripheral OLED? Any suggestions?

Hello, I just got the Basilisk Ultimate plus Docking Station and I have two questions: - The Dongle won´t work with the Docking Station: I can plug the Dongle in every USB-Port on my PC, Monitor and keyboard and it works just fine. But if I plug the Dongle into the Docking Station, I get an error message that the device couldn´t be installed correctly and the mouse stops working. I thought the USB-Port on top of the Docking Station was meant to be used with the Dongle. Is this not correct? - I want to set the RGB effects of the mouse in another way than the Docking Station. The Docking Station should show the battery capacity and the mouse should show some rainbow flow on the left RGB stripe. But it´s either the Docking Station showing battery capacity and the whole mouse has the rainbow effect or the left RGB stripe of the mouse shows rainbow effect and Docking Station too. Can someone please tell me how to set seperate RGB effects on mouse and Docking Station? Thanks in advance.

Previously the connection is in good condition but now unable to connect to PC. The green light for power keeps blinking. Any solution for this?

Bonjour tout le monde, Je rencontre un problème qui me gâche complètement mes expériences de jeux. J'ai l'impression que quelque chose empêche les raccourcis de ma naga de bien fonctionner. quand je désactive tout les raccourci de la touche 1 par exemple sur synapse, quand je clique sur la souris en jeux ( WOW ) il m'affiche le raccourci 3. Comme si un autre logiciel ou service avait paramétrer le 3 sur la touche 1 de ma souris. Je ne sais pas comment faire et ou chercher pour résoudre ce problème, et je ne trouve rien sur internet... Est ce que quelqu'un pourrait m'aider s'il vous plait ? Pour etre précis je cherche simplement à mettre la touche CTRL sur le 1 de ma souris afin de pouvoir faire des raccourci CTRL+1 , CTRL+2 ... I'm using Razer Basilisk Ultimate and Razer Firefly v2 Mousepad. Yesterday I felt like the mouse was scratching on something. I cleaned both the mouse and the mouse pad. The feet look like they are scratched but I guess that would happen if its a hard mousepad and PTFE feet. Does anyone know what to do prevent scratching becouse I can feel and hear like something is stuck under the feet?

OMG I just saw this thread below from October 2018. /deathadder-chroma-not-being-recognized-by-synapse-3.32384/ I just purchased a razer deathadder chroma today (2nd October 2020) only to find out this mouse is not supported by Synapse 3 and reported as an issue on this forum 2 years ago. Can I get a refund for this mouse? Do you think you should stop retailers selling a mouse that you don't support?

That would be amazing, 2012 version I would also like to know, but mostly I'm interested in the 2009 version I've been searching all over the web to try and find out, but it's very hard to find.

Hey there, got this mouse yesterday and love it so far! Was wondering, that is there possibility to turn the mouse light off when it's in the razer mouse dock and the battery is full? I can choose "turn light off when display is off" in every razer piece that I have, but when the mouse is in the dock, it obviously shows the light according to the battery level and that light doesn't go off even if the display goes off. Is there a way to turn it off? Or is the only way to keep the mouse off the dock during the night for example.

Setup: I use a high quality Starlink KVM to switch between a Windows and Mac machine. I have Synapse V3 installed on my Windows PC and I use this to write configs to the mouse. Problem: When connected to to my Mac OS machine, the Razer Viper won't reconnect wirelessly when coming back from sleep mode. I have to unplug the USB dongle, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Is this a common problem? Does anyone else have issues with wireless connectivity after the mouse wakes up from sleep?

I recently got the Basilisk v2. Most of the time, I've been really enjoying it. However, many times when I start my computer, the mouse will remain dark, and not respond to inputs, no mouse movement on screen. Unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in, or restarting the computer, fixes the issue so the mouse works again. I've got to wonder, is this a normal thing? I've never had an issue like this with a mouse before, and it seems like it's some problem with the mouse and I should return it.

I have the basilisk ultimate chroma and when i charge it with the dock station it wants about 6 hours ( 0-100 ) when i charge it with cable it wants 3 hours to fully charge .Whats happening ?

So, dream coming true! After using DA for almost 10 years and DAv2 for 6 months it seems I will be switching again (: I have one question tho and I don't seem to find the answer - does DAv2 Pro support multiple Bluetooth devices? I have my personal desktop PC, I have my work PC(working from home stuff) and I sometimes use Samsung Dex. Can I use DAv2 Pro with all 3 by switching on the fly, having it paired to all 3 at the same time?

Typically the left back (mouse button 4) button does not work and now the front front right side button (mouse button 5) is not working. I can sometimes get the left back button to work if I keep pressing it usually about 10-15 times iv tired in wireless and wired mode and iv updated to the latest software version. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Was using my mamba wireless when out of nowhere the left click just stopped working. I tried plugging it in but it wont work wired or wireless. I bought the mouse less than a year ago around Christmas time. The mouse isn't even a year old. All other features on the mouse work right click, scolling, scroll click, dpi up and down, and the side buttons. I also set the mouse to reactive and the lighting turns on for every button except for the left click.

The new pro mice have both 2.4GHz and BlueTooth connectivity. I currently operate a 2 PC setup and frequently need to switch between the two systems. Which leads to a couple of questions I can't find answers to in the documentation: 1) Can you pair the mouse to PC1 via the 2.4ghz wireless connection and PC2 via Bluetooth? And switch between system by toggling which antenna the mouse is operating on? (This seems like it shouldn't be an issue at all just based on how the two technologies work. But I would like to have confirmation prior to making a potential purchase.) and 2) Is the physical antenna switch on the bottom of the mouse the only way to switch between modes? Can you bind one of the buttons in Synapse to switch between BT and 2.4ghz wireless? Or is this functionality pretty much only featured in the Pro Click mouse? Thanks.

Since I have been using this mouse (~3 months) I have been having a random power disconnects, I have checked my desk and the mousepad is not near anything metal on top or bottom of the desk, I originally thought that there was something interfering with the mouse, but I have re-arranged my entire desk and the issue still persists. I have the latest firmware installed, and the rest of the software is up to date. Is there anything else I can try to resolve this issue?

So i bought this mouse roughly 1 year ago and ever since last week, it's been starting to have issues. The issue that I am having is where the mouse automatically disconnects and reconnects for no reason, it can't be the USB port since my USB port is in full condition. Thanks.

After a gaming session my razer nari ultimates we’re low on battery so I turned them of set them down to charge only to find out that when I plugged the cord n to charge the led light would not turn on to indicate that they are charging and so I proceed to turn them on again only to find that they will not power on again

my Razer blade 13 crashed while I was doing a Recovery and now it won't reset no matter what I do. I've tried holding the power button for 8-10 seconds but it still doesn't restart. It takes me to a screen of options to continue or troubleshoot or shutdown and I've tried all 3 options and it still doesn't work.
