Razer Mamba Wireless lighting effects

I got mine 2 days ago and synapse 3 recognized it with no problem. Does your computer recognize it and not synapse or not even the computer??

My computer recognizes the mouse, but every time I take it off of the charging dock all the lights go away. I have no way to customize the lights.

Can you upload a couple of pictures of the mouse when its working properly and when its not??

Thats just the thing, it hasn't worked properly since I bought it. The only time it lights up is when its docked, other than that, I cant get it to light up, or be detected by synapse 3 or 2.

thats odd, bought mine in a similar time frame as you two and I'm having no issues whatsoever, are you sure its the latest version of synapse?

I've just read on another thread that the latest update might be what's screwing it up, they are suggesting a fresh install and a full uninstall of anything razer on your computer.

First of all synapse is not support mamba wirless :P only synapse 3. Second thing make sure your mouse is fully chargged then connect cable to adapter and toggle buton on back of mouse to turn on mouse :P If still mouse dont work as sould be next thing will be uninstall everything. So uninstall every razer softwere from your pc go to programfiles and appdata folders and delete folders that stay there go to windows device menager and remove mouse from the list unplug it and reboot pc. When pc boot connect mouse driver will install download new synapse from razer website and install just it and cheack if everything work. Give us know if this help.

So, I got it to work using synapse 2. Its really weird, worked this time around but not yesterday at all.
