Anyone know if there is an option to get the ring volume slider to show on the Razer Phone 2 home screen? When on the home screen, pressing the physical up/down side buttons only shows and adjusts media volume because that's the only sound slider that shows on the right side. Also it would be nice to have the alarm volume slider option on the home screen since that doesn't show either.

Hi guys my RP2 fingerprint option has been missing for about a month now anyone knows how to solve it?

My partner and I both have Razer phones. We have upgraded to the latest software. They both randomly open apps, have dead spots when typing. Issuing the shortest of texts is an ordeal. The experience is the worst with any mobile ever. Is there anything we can do or is this just how it is with Razer phones? It's like they are possessed. Do a soft reboot every day several times. Any advice would be gratefully received before both are scrapped. Took 10 minutes to type this.

Ok, so I got my RP2 about two weeks ago and since I got it It seems like my phone always get disconected from my wifi and when I turn wifi off and on again it seems to work also sometimes it seems that I dont get mobile data, sometime entering the phone to flight mode helps sometimes my only option is A restart (that not always helps) I never really got to use the 8.1 android, As i recived the phone the 9.0 pie update were waiting for me so I dont know if that kind of problems came with the update or not Guys some 1 please help me Thanks

Anybody tried these two together? Curious if the high refresh benefits the drone flying experience. My main holdup is the security patches though. Really a bummer and makes me hesitant to buy a mobile device from Razer now and in the future.

I've had my Razer 2 for about 2 months now and recently I've had a number of instances where my music stops playing randomly. I noticed that this happens mostly when the audio adapter shifts and seemingly disconnects, however when i check my notifications I have one saying "Android device is charging connected device via USB" it seems to me like my phone is recognizing the audio adapter as the charger. It has reached a point where i basically can't listen to music unless my phone is lying perfectly still and the adapter cant move. Walking around causes disconnects constantly. I haven't seen anyone else reporting a similar problem as far as i could find.

When are we going to get Android 10 update?

Razer, it's been weeks since the pie update for rp1 was released and promptly taken back due to the Game Booster bug. To be frank, android 10 is being announced for many phones already, yet we are still stuck at Oreo. Not sure how many people care about the Game Booster functionality at all, I definitely do not. It would be cool if we could get any update at all at this point, even at the cost of killing razer software. Alternatively, could you just update us what are you planning? Have you given up on pie update and are we going straight to 10? Or is the Game booster bug so difficult to fix? Either way, we want to be more informed about what is going on.

Why after last update to android 9 the sound is soo low.And work only 1 speaker. Top one. Can't even hear the music when get a call.... Used to be soo loud...anything what i can do?

I have never had corrupted sd cards in any device until 2 now in 6 months of using them in a Razer Phone 2. Is anyone else having a similar experience? As well as 2 total failures leaving the sd card unusable (at least one not even formatable though I've not yet tried the second), I've also had a few times the card disappears though reappears on reboot. All problems occur during regular use while the phone is active and sd mounted.

Hi everybody! I cannot change the default ringtone or the default notification sound. In both options this is written "unkn ringtone". When I try to set up a new one, it doesn't save. Moreover I cannot see my ringtone saved in the "ringtone folder" of the SD card. I also tried a third-party application and why I try to change I get the "something is wrong" error message. After being on iPhone for years I've never had a problem taking videos of live music where it totally messes up the audio. Currently own a Razer Phone 2 and any band I go see and record a small video, even when it's not particularly loud, I go to watch the video after and the audio is clipping everywhere and completely unlistenable. Is this a common issue with the Razer Phone 2? Is there anyway around it or am I stuck with it being unlistenable when I take a video?

Hi there! As the title suggests, I need some help with a micro SD card issue for the Razer Phone 1. Okay, so I bought myself a 256GB card from Amazon, from Integral's own store. It arrived unformatted, so I formatted it and copied some files over. I put the micro SD card into my phone, and it said it was an incorrect format. Oh heck. Annoying. Ah well. I can copy stuff over again, so I tell it to format for media storage. Now the capacity is listing as 32GB. Now this would make sense if the card was one of those floating around which says a high capacity but is actually 4 or something, except for the fact that it came from Integral's own Amazon store, and before I copied my files over initially, I ran some SD card verification tools to verify its capacity and it was 256 (well, 239 technically). So my big questions are how do I get my full 256 back, and how do I format it so the Razer 1 can actually use the 256? Issue occurred on version Android 8.1, though I have since updated to

My RP2 is giving me sd card ejected when I try to take a picture and a couldn't save screenshot due to limited space. I have tried formatting the card for phone storage and portable storage and get the same errors. Anybody else have this issue or know a way to fix it? The card is a brand new 200 gb SanDisk micro SDXC. I had to do a factory reset on the phone once when certain areas on the touch screen would not be recognized but that was before this problem popped up.

I have noticed I get bad lag using apps like Instagram, facebook, and lightroom saving pictures take a long time. I contacted support and they said it needs to be Class 10 SD cards, which I'd assume this Samsung EVO PLUS SD card is class 10. I just took out the SD card and currently testing without the SD card and no lag or delay yet, are and Razer Phone 2 users out here using a different SD card? let me know I would like to add more space without hindering ther peformance when using apps.

I have already bought (NOT original) 5 adapters, but they do not work with my phone. What could be the problem? But with other phones works fine. My original one, also works fine.
