Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to edit or delete old posts/ threads that have been locked.

I’m not sure how to contact razer support…but my family and I recently underwent a house fire due to arson causing us to lose everything and I had a few items from razer and I want to see what the chances of getting a discount/refund or any items back without having to spend a lot with everything else going on… plz let me know if there’s anything I can do or talk about to make that possibly happen…thanks!

Personally, I have been playing a ton on my old Xbox 360 Slim. Trying to get all the achievements in Forza Horizon 1 and 2 that don’t require me to be online.

I bought a Razer gold card from Walmart. I scratched the back not hard. No I didn't scratch off the numbers. The numbers are printed on the card and the scratch off sticker is on the top. So there's really no way to scratch off the numbers. Anyway I was missing the last three numbers of the 5 in the middle. I immediately took a picture of the receipt and card as they have instructed me previously on another card with the same incident. Now my IQ is 120 and I know I'm not dumb but they sent me back a email saying that the card had been redeemed. Logic dictates here that isn't possible because it's missing numbers. So how the hell can a card be redeemed when it's missing numbers you geniuses. This your way of saying that you won't compensate me or at least do some cross reference with the card and give me the missing numbers. I know you keep a log of every card printed. Hello there, everyone! So, uh, now that the Huntsman V3 line is out, with those fancy new Gen-2 Analog Optical switches, I’m wondering if Razer plans to release a new version of/upgrade to the Tartarus Pro with the aforementioned switches. I’d really love it if they did, but hey, can’t win ‘em all… Another question: are there schematics available for Razer’s keycaps? Asking because I plan to use some of those measurements to make a modified version of those keycaps. Last, but not least: what models from the regular line of keyboards and mice are the Pro Type and Pro Click based on? I’m quite curious. Thanks! :-)

Hi did you consider to make a real gaming chair, like flat seat with memory foam, lumbar support like in v2 and in with memory foam either, plus cushion with memory foam in additional inside chair put a haptic system in back and seat and maybe with fully breathable fabric and cooled seat? Hello. I was given headphones that were used at the cyber tournament. There is a box with headphones. How can I get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation key if the tournament organizer has already registered the headphones on the website razer.com ? The organizer cannot provide me with an activation key.

As this is about THX-related merchandise, I’m not sure if it would count as Razer Gear, so I’m putting this in off-topic.For a while, I’ve had this idea for a collection of THX-inspired gear: shirts with designs inspired by trailers like Cavalcade, Amazing Life, the Tex trailers, and, of course, the iconic GOATed legend that is Broadway; Funko POPs of Tex and other characters, wallpapers of scenery from Cavalcade, Amazing Life, and Genesis, and desk sculptures showing Tex interacting with the THX logo (for instance, fixing it like in the original Tex trailer, hooking a cable from a storage panel in the X into a moo-can toy from Tex 2, etc), among others.Of course, that’s probably my inner logo nerd talking, but still, I wanna see things like this.That said, I also want to hear your ideas. What do you think should be made into THX merchandise?
