help

Just bought my razer deathadder essential white now when I am connecting it with my Iqoo 7 (it's not a bad phone can run 120 fps smoothly), it doesn't work when I use it with my keyboard I have used many mouses but this is the only one which doesn't work with my phone, is it because of high polling rate since it causes a lot of power consumption, I have tried using it in my mom's phone and it works perfectly (both keyboard and mouse were working together), is it because of drivers, my phone is not damaged and updated, please help since it's my first Razer mouse.
