BlackShark v2X I am about to go crazy

Yes. I am about to go crazy.

I live in Türkiye. Our economy is in ruins. During this difficult period, I went and bought Blackshark V2 X. I'm playing Steam Pubg. No matter what app I download, the sound is very, very bad. Thx I tried with 7.1, steelseries gg, everything but it doesn't work.
The gunshots are terrible. It is not clear where the sound came from. Everything is bad. There is no problem with the computer. Updated drivers installed.
 Please someone tell me how to solve this or I'm going crazy.
