Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma does not always reconnect to my monitor.

I have a 2021 MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon connected to the Thunderbolt 4 Dock Chroma which connects to my second monitor an LG UltraFine.  Often times, it fails to reconnect to the monitor when I disconnect the laptop and reconnect it.  Any solves?
