directLemonMeringue718Currently nope, Now I am working on to make it Async because in the next version of Visual Studio loading of Synchronize packages will be deprecated. I will keep in mind to change it. Soon it will have a repo too. Thanks for your feedback.

I just tried, and it works in VS 2017 Community Edition.
Just a one thing: that flashing is too intensive for my taste. Could you just make the color to appear, stay for two second, and than disappears with some transition? For both successful and failed build?
