Hello, @27awesome23! It's first time to see you in this thread.

In my opinion, your post isn't relative with Cortex Beta. But it should be nice if your post was a new thread of General Discussion or Razer Cortex forum.
I hope you post a new thread about this more.

Well, Razer Cortex is capable of closing all the processes...

It just can't run the damn game, yay.

I tried to run Dying Light (The first one) Through Razer Cortex (A Game that was on my steam account), it closes everything, says that it liberated almost 3gb of RAM, aaaaaaaaand nothing.

The same happens with my Uplay games and yada yada.

Edit: The game finally opened, it took so long that I actually forgot about it.

For the sake of explaining better, I tried to launch the game around 9pm (Lisbon time), the game only launched now, 12am (Lisbon time), so it has been 3 hours between trying to launch a game using the beta thing and the game actually opening.

Jesus.

How about turn off the auto boost?
That feature makes coretex to activate game booster automatically.

So, if you wanna play game without cortex, just turn off auto boost. It's on left side of "Boost now" button.

I'm sorry, but there's a problem with this. If we just kill onedrive processes, it could cause some error with online files. (I lost some of my files when I tried it.) So, I don't recommend that method.

Oh I see, sad to see how much microsoft likes to force some processes on users, thankss for the heads up!

Thank you for participating in our beta program. The FPS overlay will not show in games with anti-cheat software. CS: GO has anti-cheat software. The in-game features will be blocked by it.

Will there in the future be an option for more games in booster prime. It works really really well, i get major fps boosts when I use this on Valorant or Paladins. I would love to see it implemented in ubisoft games too (known for being badly optimized). Would also love to see it on COD and CSgo

CSGO doesn't show the fps frame from cortex.

FPS overlay might not work in game, but does it keep track of it?
A temporary solution would be to use the game's fps overlay.

That is actually pretty cool of you guys to let your fans try the beta version of the app and provide their unbiased feedback so that it can be further optimized and fixed after listening to the end user.

However as suggestion tho, maybe include a tiny little bit of Razer silver for participating may actually be good for marketing, gets more people to download and try it as well as could possibly receive huge variety of feedbacks too and get the word going. ;)

Now that v10 is live, I have issues getting Cortex to track my playtime in Diablo Immortal on PC. I've tried it 6-7 times and only once I got silver for the playtime. Is it a general PC issue or just with Diablo Immortal?

Wonderful new design. However, it does not open the FPS overlay in some games like Forza Horizon 5, and Red Dead 2 (Online) And kaspersky antivirus reported an adware and uninstalled

What Kaspersky are you using? I use Kaspersky too and it hasn't made any problems with the Cortex Beta so far...

tested the razer cortex beta for some days and i found that i get big FPS drop on Osu! i got 150+ avg when i was using the last cortex, and now i got 36 avg, didn't check for other games yet, I'll inform soon

Double fps in games

Got this ASAP and it takes a while to launch , arround 2 mins for my 2021 Blade 15. First time setup or really slow on launch??

I updated beta version of cortex today. When I run it, this error happens. I can't access to cortex, and it doesn't happen when I run the first available build of cortex beta.
Also, when I installed normal version of cortex, it works properly.
Is this the cortex beta error?
