It's a pretty slick looking update and I like the additional integration. Feels a lot like GOG Galaxy. I like being able to connect and show multiple platforms at the same time. The "My Rig" section is great. I really like the new hardware info.

Unfortunately I am also experiencing some major FPS fluctuation. The only game I have tried so far, Metro Exodus. I was playing earlier this evening with the non-beta cortex and getting a solid 90+ (lowest was 86 but it hovered higher) fps on ultra with rtx 3080 - 2021 blade advanced. When I installed the beta of the new cortex, the game barely hit 5 fps on launch. I closed and re-opened cortex and re-loaded the game and managed to get 68 fps consistently. Not really sure what it could be. I didn't change anything else other than turning off the on screen fps / time played overlays.

I haven't tried any other titles at the moment. Will report back once I've played some other games.

Hey there!

The double FPS issue has been fixed in the new version. Please update your Razer Cortex 10 beta to the latest version by clicking on the 'SETTINGS' icon > 'ABOUT' > 'CHECK FOR UPDATES'. After you update Cortex to the newest version, please launch the game again and let us know if this issue persists.

Portal Stories: Mel doesn't have a picture on grid mode but has one in list mode. Probably because of transparency.

I already have it installed. So far, there was problems trying to load Raid: Shadow Legends to play and I get an error. So, I had to load the game from the desktop app of Plarium Play. But remember folks, Cortex is in Beta.

Hi! when i installed the app beta. when i logged on i couldnt do anything because the app was laggy and slow. mind you this is when i installed the cortex 10 beta. so this is an app related bug. help me fix it pls i wanna use razer cortex 10 becuz its cool ;-;

I got an error with Chroma Connect after using system booster. Cortex stuck at restoring items for 5 minutes in same status. But those two happened only once and disappeared. What should be caused the problems?

Max FPS

Bit of a hitch, in some games the loading screens spike the FPS, ESO for instance while loading suddenly jumps to over 1600fps, so when I exit that's what the software reports as my max. Obviously no where near what I'm actually playing at (If it was, I'd be flying the alien mothership off this rock)

The new Cortex Beta has an Chroma Connect error with razer synapse. After Game Booster restoring memory it doesnt get back to the synapse studio chroma theme effect. Lights on whole set of Razer devices stay green or white - doesnt change to devices lightings I've set in Synapse.

Please FIX THIS :)

Second, a few days later, I run System Booster and Cortex died with Chroma Connect.
(At this case, Cortex revived by itself before restarts my PC, but chroma doesn't.)

there's a bug in digital vibrance
it work when I turn it on but when I try to turn it off and save it doesn't work
and same for "make adjustments" when I click it it does the opposite
like when I turn it off the screen will be so colorful
and I can't get it back and
my eyes are burning xD pls fix it ❤

Regarding your issue, please first check the below information:

  • Ensure that the username/profile link you input is correct.
  • Ensure that your profile on that platform is set public.
  • Ensure that there are games in the library of that platform.
  • Ensure that your user username/avatar/settings are syncing successfully to your Unibsoft account https://account.ubisoft.com/ if you update your username/avatar/settings in the Ubisoft client.

If the issue persists, please feel free to let us know. A screenshot and Cortex logs always help us a lot when investigating this issue.
