Razer Cortex

I've downloaded both apps for the Razer devices and neither will open on my pc. Any ideas to rectify?

Hi razor I uninstall and reinstalled razor cortex even after that I can't open the it. I can see it down over there when I click on it it says razor cortex not running. When I searched this I say someone had the same problem in 2017 please fix this

Razor cortex wont let me change the color back when on the making adjustment. if anyone can help please let me know

Hey, I have Razer Cortex along with Minecraft. I usually play Minecraft using this client called Lunar Client. It seems as though I can't get Razer Cortex to detect Lunar Client when using it even though it is still Minecraft. I've tried this by trying to add another game that Razer Cortex can detect but Lunar Client doesn't show. If it did show, it would only work for the launcher and not the actual open game. Is there any way I can make it so it detects it? Thanks!

Dear Razer Cortex Team Razer Cortex PC daily logging should make a comeback. It is the Cortex historic Signature for every pc on earth. Without the daily logging points how long do you think Razer Cortex will stay inside every Pc's on earth ?? With the heavy usages of system resources the only reason Cortex Pc are still alive the Paid to Play features which is not every pc's have the rewarded games. do you think they will download the whole 30 to 100 Gb's of files and paid 50 to 100 dollars for the sake of 100 points for a week,, keep on wishing and kindly do your statistic research. We say because we appreciated the Cortex but the wrong policy kept us apart. We have to look a the bigger picture and greater good for both. azls73

Both connected to Pc by USB. Earphones work ok but I can’t get microphone to work on Kraken Ultimate when Raiju connected. Can’t plug the Ultimate obviously into the Raiju. Any suggestions?

I recently purchased Razer Kraken X headphones for $50 last January, and I noticed that if I look a certain way in VALORANT, I do not hear footsteps or the spike being defused. I noticed that it's only when something is behind or in front of me. This is devastating to my gameplay, as sound cues are essential and I can't hear people flanking. I made sure to get the 7.1 surround sound software, and tested it out. Everything works very well, just not in the front and back. How do I resolve this issue?

hey, I don't know if I can wash the ear pads from my razer kraken 'cause it has the cooling-gel and I don't want to, I don't know, ruin it (? So I wanted to know if it's okay to wash them, still not quite sure how it works.

I like the razer naga and I would like to use it for my razed turret if possible. I’m just not sure if you can connect other mouses to the razer turret other then the one it comes with.

Many people like me have Apple products like a Ipad or a IPhone but i can't earn any Razer Silver on it. Is there going to be a release date for it? If so I would be really hyped!

I found out razer squad rewards always late update in our squad team, despite we open the game run at 7am where it automatically run at 8PM sharp, however it always takes like delay 2 minutes to update squad time which caused I always miss the chance to redeem to rewards where absolutely NO way i can redeem ANY of the rewards due to 2 minutes DELAY.

I have been playing apex since 12 pm Yet the one that shows my recent gameplay is tf2 why is that? plus my time in razer cortex squad is not recorded. I even waked up early today just for that 4 hrs of gameplay. I have been playing supported games since early please help me. I want to earn silver too.

If me and my squad where already playing a game before the Timer Reset, Will our Playtime Automatically start counting up the moment Timer Reset? Or will we have to Restart the game after the Timer Reset?

Hello Since yesterday I played at least 6h and joined to squad, tried 3 different games (WoW, ETS 2 and Overwatch) and Cortex still doesn't count my games time. Although my games are supported and I was launched through Cortex client and it was up when I was playing. Any ideas why thats happen?

Hello, I have been playing the Black Desert Online and noticed that the Cortex do not counting the time. I tried restart the app and whole PC, update apps, and start the Game via Cortex, nothing helped. Also i noticed that even the Games i have installed are supported, the cortex do not counting the time for each steam games. But it works well for other games, for example World Of Warcraft. Can you please advice me?
