For the past two days I have been unable to claim my Paid to Play rewards. Clicking on the claim button doesn't do anything. I've tried both a repair and a complete uninstall and reinstall with no luck.

Apparently people had this same issue last season. My times and squad total times aren't updating properly. Launched my game exactly when the event started and somehow I'm only showing 10 minutes on personal time an hour into the event, my squad total time is still at zero. Talked to other members of my team and their times aren't updating either and their squad times are showing zero. We are only showing 10 minutes as well on the ranking board even though they day its showing their times on the ranking board. What gives?

Hey guys, I have been wondering if there are any plans to support the hooks for UWP / Windows store games? I know it's a very niche and small store in comparison to Steam, Epic, Gog, etc. But with the rise of xbox games becoming available day one for the PC as well and their live pass (or whatever they call it) it's becoming more enticing to grab up a game or two and perhaps even subscribe to the game service. The major issue is, these games are not showing up in cortex or synapse due the the DRM. Example: I just recently redeemed a giftcard that was given to me over the holidays for Rage 2 and Resident Evil VII on the windows store. I reluctantly purchased them lol (i prefer steam) - but anyways. Upon installing Rage 2, cortex picked it up at first, however it wasn't tracking fps or able to launch the game or even go into boost mode. I removed the game from cortex and tried to re-add it. I can't add it back to cortex because cortex doesn't support the UWP / Windows store drm or f

Hello , this is my first time posting this and im here to make a complain correct me if i'm the wrong one here but the FAQ silver squad rewards says after you claimed them "The credit will be rewarded in 5 minutes" but it's already been 2-3 weeks but nothing. I've have submit countless of ticket to the support none of them helpful all it's say long sentence that has nothing to do with the fixes or say "sorry" but still nothing fix. any admin or important people of the razer insider please take action on this cause i've been patience and if this doesn't fix or this post blind eyes then i won't be bothering the cortex or any sort of event it's either waste you're time or might just get real money to buy something just not from the company you trusted. Hey guys!! So after a day and a half of the real struggles in life i FINALLY got my vr headset to work properly with any Steam game. I was having a difficult time loading into VR chat and Phasmophobia. Problems i had with my VR So whenever i load into a game my VR headset will start to lag and loose its controllers motion and feedback. SIMPLE FIX IF you have a Razer device plugged in and you use Razer Cortex i recommend uninstalling that program. Razer Cortex exactly, other Razer programs do not affect the VR performance. Bought Brand new Nari Ultimate, went to pair with Xbox. Hit the pair button on Xbox and power Red on Nari Ultimate and just flashed. Read online multiple people have been having same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So I've been trying to install Razer Cortex for a bit now and I've download some versions of Net Frameworks to make the installer run. So it runs now but the problem is once it almost finished, it says that it doesn't support the Windows installed on my PC. When I press ok, the installer shows the error code:1. I'm trying to install it on a Windows 7 x64 os. Razer said it supports Windows 7. How do I fix this?

Hey y’all, I’m just here to ask about the mamba wireless dongle. I lost mine a while back and I want to regain the wireless functionality. I have been searching the internet far and wide but to no avail.
