Razer Cortex

Razer Cortex cannot detect any of the games that I have in the Rewards/Paid-to-Play tab even though the games I play are already added in "My Library" as a result I'm unable to earn zSilver. When I checked my last zSilver activity - the last time I received some from playing games was back in April of this year, since then Cortex isn't recognising any of my games. It will optimise my pc & deal with unnecessary processes - but will not reward me with any zSilver. I've logged out and in and even gone so far as to reinstalling razer cortex. In My Library, I've added no only the games, but their own launchers too, but I can't seem get it to detect the games upon launch. It only detects my total time played, the time I last played it and a chart of my FPS. But it doesn't reflect on Rewards tab. Is there anything I can do? I can't seem to fix it. Thanks,

is anyone else having issues with Cortex loading their games? it was working fine last night when i used it, shut my PC down as normal and when i started it up today Cortex is just not loading my games. i've restarted my PC, rebooted my router, i even uninstalled cortex and reinstalled it but nothing, that majority of my games sit in Steam or Orign, i have tried to manually add them but keeps telling my that it failed. any help would be great. thanks

After install Robot Operating System (ROS), something cause a issue with the razer cortex system cleaner. Every time I try and do a system clean, the scan stops at exactly 20% on the file HTML help. I searched some help for mi problem but found nothing. Can someone please help if they have any knowledge of my potential issue and its solution?! Thanks

I can only add games from Steam. Not manually other games i have that i bought in other stores.

I had no issue with the applications yesterday, and shut down my system for the night. Today however I am prompted to log in to the Cortex, but I am stuck on the profile edit screen and unable to open synapse. After about a minute Cortex returns to the log-in screen. I am unable to stay logged in or open any of the razer applications.

hi everyone, i'm new here. when i open cortex to launch overwatch, booster starts and battle.net auto start, but overwatch does not playing. I have to start it in battle.net and after 1 hour playing i do not recive silvers...it's all ok or i have to do something? tnx and forgive my rusty english

Hey there I downloaded Cortex by my friend's recommendation today. Cortex did help for FPS and loading speed for textures in GTA V, however I have high input lag playing with my Dualshock 3 (SCP Toolkit) controller. (High as in +1 second latency.) Made a check through my gamepad viewer, it looks alright. The issue occured at all games at first, somehow I got it fixed in Rocket League, but in GTA V latency increased. (GTA V got a defrag too.) What causes this? Are there any way to fix it? Thanks for your help.

Roblox is the main game i play on my pc. Roblox was auto added to my games library so i was sure it would work. I opened the game and it boosted it, but when i closed it, it didnt restore/unboost. The only time it restored was when i opened it again. And because thats the only time it restores, the booster only works every other time. Please help with this issue!

Razer cortex does not install, when try to install in folder where is cortex installer appear a text document with this message "Failed to write installer file (No such file or directory)". My PC have 3 disks "F" "E" "X", the directory disk with windows (10 64bit) is disk "F". What i need to do for do for installing without change disk name or maybe the problem is not the name of disk?

Cant open cortex may be a problem with my PC or I just installed it incorrectly?

Hi, last night I tried to install razer cortex but each time the download is 68% a message of error appears `` This program does not support the version of windows your computer is running '', But however my pc is a windows 7 and its written on the site that windows 7 is compatible, before it worked on my pc and suddenly it stopped, I would be really happy if someone succeeds in finding the problem, Thank you!

With auto boost selected and enabled, there is a weird mouse behaviour with only infinite warfare when the game is launched-likely a bug related to changing the process priority from 'normal' to 'high'. So far the only workable solution is either to remove the game manually from the list of games in cortex, or disable auto boost. Removing the game from the auto boost list also removes the game from razer synapse,which is a problem because the mouse doesnt switch to the call of duty profile automatically. There's no workaround to removing the game only from razer cortex and still having it linked in synapse to my call of duty profile ! when I remove the game in cortex,it disappears from synpase as well. 2nd option to disable auto boost means you lose the convenience and will have to remember to manually boost via some keyboard shortcut. sometimes manually boosting in-game can lead to random app crashes and I have even had BSOD so have to remember to boost manually before I start any gam

I have a deathadder elite problem and it’s about synapse making the mouse cursor bug and lag. If synapse is not running then it works fine without bugging. Can someone tell me what to do?
