Razer Cortex

Hi, My HDD seems to be constantly being accessed when Cortex is running. I can hear it make a very faint click sound every 10 seconds or so. Shutting down Cortex makes it stop. Why would Cortex need to be keeping my HDD live all the time? How can I stop this from happening, aside from uninstalling Cortex? 

I installed Mirror's Edge 1 on EA APP but the Razer Cortex program has a problem with this game. It sees it installed, but tries to start the game not from the startup exe, but points to an ICO image. In fact on the game properties in START IN there is: H:\EaApp\Mirrors Edge\ME_Icon.ico and not H:\EaApp\Mirrors Edge\Binaries\MirrorsEdge.exe Is there no option to change and have the program detect the correct file?I think it's a BUG...

Dear Razer Community, I have inadvertently deleted the Razer Cortex Power Plan. How can I restore it?As a side effect, for example, the Enable CPU Core option under Game Boost no longer functions and is greyed out. I would also like to reset the Razer Cortex Game Boost & System Boost to their Default Settings. Repairing the installation or performing a complete Uninstall & Install for Razer Cortex did not solve any of these issues. Thank you in advance for your help. Cheers,Great_Iskander

Hi Folks,     I have 2 monitors and play my games on the primary monitor and have a second monitor for other things as need be. I was wondering if there was a way to display the cortex performance information on my second monitor while I am playing the game on my primary monitor.thanks!

The razer cortex FPS counter works in steam games, but when I play Diablo 4 or Roblox, the overlay does not work. The overlay use to work in Diablo 4 and Roblox, but it no longer does and does not currently. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? 

I was wondering, is it possible to delete games from the my library section as I have some things there I do not need like two versions of Minecraft and Microsoft solitaire

Where do I report problems with Corex now?They're not charging me SILVERS for "play to earn" again. The Finals game, it worked for a few days, I collected SILVERS, then it broke. Deleting the game didn't help, resetting Razer Game Manager Service 3 didn't help either. Recently there was also a problem with WOT, no one helped me then.

As the title says i need help removing ALL changes razor cortex made. And getting my pc back to what it was prior. Its breaking my games and crashing the,.

Where are all the games gone ? I even reinstalled the app and the list is still empty, 3 months ago there were a lot of games available. 

What's the best recommended game or way to earn razer silver on razer cortex?

I am trying to use the razor booster prime for valorant but it gives me the message “Unable to retrieve your game's current settings”I have tried doing everything and it doesn’t work. Im on the latest version of cortex too. 

Hi all, this happens just recently, in Razer Cortex, the game library keeps refreshing and won’t be able to detect any installed games. This is very annoying as the auto booster won’t launch if there is no installed games.Last year, I remember I can see there are installed games detected and the auto booster will launch automatically when game launches. FYI, I am in China, not sure if this has something to do with the problem since there are some regulations on China’s network.Any help will be appreicated! P.S.: I have tried to repair/reinstall the cortex, but it won’t help.

Hell’o There, After the last Cortex update that everytime i play a game (it works fine), and then exit it that my PC won’t respond and not even restart. I have to restart it by “force” pressing the reset button from my computer. Last update have the In-Game “thing” new, but i disabled it and it’s still the same.I need help.Thanks,Mário

Razer Cortex PLAY TO EARN does not work. I have World Of Tanks this week. PLAY TO EARN does not work with the Steam version. It starts, then resets and does not count points. Today I installed the version from Wargaming Game Center and this version counts points correctly. Unfortunately I lost one day and 25 points

razer should buy or whrite something like powder or outplayed asoon u die it can open it selve for u to cut the clip /in comp games cuz deth ppl dont distract

What the **** is the point in installing Razer Cortex to optimize the computer when you run several MS Edge Web2 services that takes up way more resources than it can provide?? My system runs BETTER without Razor now!!!

I download razer cortex for valorant to make it for vibrant but when i went to optimize and tried to turn it up Digital vibrance it says that my graphics card is not available for that option can anyone help . I have a intel i5 and a RTX 3050 . 

Hi,I’m using Razer Cortex as a default option for my PC. However, with the latest Starfield release I found that Cortex is detrimental to entire game. With Cortex up and running the game performance is <30FPS and more importantly most of the UI elements are not actually drawn.The moment I quit Cortex and restart the game it runs smoothly with 60+ FPS.Let me know if there are any logs or anything to share to investigate?
