Works fine on my end. But Raid of Plarium is kinda broken.

Tried accessing their website and it's all messed up, any news about it?


I take this back! Spent a couple of hours troubleshooting on why my SHIFT + CTRL + ARROW DOWN suddenly does not work!

To find out that this new version added new hotkeys.

What a bummer...

@Michelle-RazerCortex I noticed you were active in the thread and I wanted to provide feedback and ask if you could pass this on, or if I should open an official support case or feedback via the in-app option.

But it doesn't look like light mode was taken into consideration and there are very bad UX rendering issues as a result. I know light mode users are probably in the minority but my gf and a few of our orgs players use light themes and they came to me with this and asked I report it.

I'm also the one that buys all the Razer products and pushes everyone to use the Razer services on our staff and players so I want to ensure they have the best experience possible 💚

Razer Cortex 10 does not have a light theme, the first image you shared with us should not be right. There may be something wrong. We will try to reproduce it.

the issue about Diablo Immortal Razer Cortex PC & even Mobile Paid to Play was, the Games was Region Locked and still unavailable at Certain Country yet.

some other Mobile Games including Diablo Immortal mobile was also Region Locked, but i would download apk from apkpure or other website to do Razer Cortex Mobile Paid to Play Daily.

Good job, mates!
But I have noticed that the Epic Games Store, Xbox and BattleNet are missing from the Razer Cortex / Launcher / Platforms tab, Connected Platforms section and man can not connect them there and list all the owned games on these platforms.
It is interesting, that they are present in all 3 of the Managed Platforms section, but man can not connect them.
I remember that, earlier versions were able to scan and find (but not connect) the Epic Games Store games, like Fortntie, but now it can't be scanned, just manually added. In this case all its info (like Developer), media (Icon, Cover Art, Background) and link are missing or very outdated.
After Epic Games acquired Fall Guys, it messed up really hard with Razer Cortex.
It can not be added from Epic Games, not even manually, it just can be installed from Steam.
I do not know, that is a common issue with games, that man owns on multiple platforms, because I faced it just now with Fall Guys, but it need to be fixed.
I hope, with the following updates, you will fix all or some of these issues.

Those "game booster" programs are a scam

Then you should explain why adobe background services can't be restored. They closed due to error(It says that the processes - or the programs - were not able to run.) If game booster is scam, this error can't be happened.
Razer gives me the best performance!

That didn't work. It didn't work the other 2 times I tried either. I've also uninstalled Cortex numerous times and reinstalled. Cortex before 10 released worked without issue. Also, I worked with support before I ever posted in the forums, and nothing they had me do worked either.

You say your adult games are showing.. which would indicated some problem on my system. Can you buy the Steam game "Leap of Faith" for testing purposes and tell me if it shows up? I'll even buy the game and gift it to you if you'd like. I just want to see if it's truly working on your system by testing a game we have in common.

We tested some mature games from Steam last time. But we did not reproduce it on our side of this issue. This game Leap of Faith is not on our Master Game List. The buying process would be long.

Before we finish the buying process, could you please disconnect your steam with Razer Cortex in LAUNCHER > PLATFORM > STEAM USERNAME > DISCONNECT, then, click the '+' icon > Add game to add this game manually？

To make sure that we are on the same page after you disconnect Razer Cortex with steam, you still cannot launch the game "Leap of Faith" from Razer Cortex even though you have added it to MY LIBRARY manually?

The former conversations showed that the game "Leap of Faith" cannot be added to Razer Cortex manually. You said "I can add games manually" in your last reply. Did this mean "Leap of Faith" was added to Razer Cortex successfully?

Well Leap of Faith was just an example. I guess this MGL is new as of version 10 because it was working before. That's too bad. Not going to have some games be auto added while others Razer doesn't see as fit to be on their list. Sucks because Cortex was the only launcher I thought didn't suck. I do appreciate the help Michelle.

I appreciate your understanding. What we can confirm is that Razer Cortex does not block any mature games on Steam. I was also told that we cannot add any mature games to our MGL according to our company rules. So, we are sorry that we cannot test any mature games by adding them to our MGL.

Please add these games manually to MY LIBRARY.
