We released 12 beta versions of Razer Cortex PC 10 in less than three months during the beta test. It was tough and challenging but more thrilling for everyone on the team. We want to thank all the users who took part in our beta program, especially those who provided valuable feedback and suggestions and helped us troubleshoot and resolve issues during the beta phase. We appreciate your support and are grateful for all you have done to help us improve our product.

Razer Cortex PC Paid to Play Games Raid: Shadow Legends Today has a Update at both Games Client Plarium Play 8.0 and the Games Raid: Shadow Legends 5.80, both has huge issue now cant even launch the games, and after Games Client Plarium Play 8.0 Auto-Update, the Games Raid: Shadow Legends 16GB was deleted by the Games Client Plarium Play 8.0 Update.

tried to Reinstall the Whole Games Raid: Shadow Legends 5.80 16GB after Games Client Plarium Play 8.0 Auto-Update Delete it, it cannot be done, there's error.

after uninstall the Games Client Plarium Play 8.0 Auto-Update, and tried to reinstall it, the new installer PlariumPlaySetup.exe Digital Signatures ‎Tuesday, ‎2 ‎August, ‎2022 7:13:16 PM and RaidSetup.exe Digital Signatures ‎Tuesday, ‎2 ‎August, ‎2022 7:12:57 PM Advanced Options always pop up Fatal error Code: and couldnt select another install Drive other than C:\\ , after fresh install the Games Client Plarium Play 8.0 , could select install Drive and Folder other than C:\\ but couldnt do it due to C:\\ has only around 7GB of Free Space while the selected D:\\ Drive has Plenty of Free Space.

Hi AlphaTay,

If you still have issues when claiming your Razer Silver after playing this game. Please follow the below steps:

1. Remove Raid: Shadow Legends from Razer Cortex.

  • Go to “LAUNCHER” > “MY LIBRARY”.
  • Go to the “INSTALLED” tab.
  • Click on a game.
  • Click on the “Settings” icon
  • On the dropdown menu, select “Remove”

2. Exit Razer Cortex.
3. Restart Razer Game Manager Service 3.

  • Go to ‘Task Manager’ > ‘Services’.
  • Right-click on ‘Razer Game Manager Service 3’ to Restart it.

4. Delete the file folder (C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager3\\Data\\rzr_userid).
5. Launch Razer Cortex and click the "Refresh" icon to scan the game Raid: Shadow Legends. Or you can launch the game with Razer Cortex running in the background. Razer Cortex will add the game automatically. Adding a game by clicking the "+" icon is not recommended since it may cause a detecting issue.
6. Start the game from Razer Cortex for several minutes. Then, go to Paid to Play to see whether you can claim your Razer Silver.

If you cannot claim your Razer Silver, please exit Razer Cortex and restart Razer Game Manager Service 3 to try again.

Let me know if this issue persists.

the new PlariumPlaySetup.exe with Digital Signature Date Wednesday, ‎3 ‎August, ‎2022 9:37:02 PM and RaidSetup.exe with Digital Signature Date ‎Wednesday, ‎3 ‎August, ‎2022 9:36:44 PM probably fix most if not all the current issue, but users still need to uninstall and reinstall both Plarium Play Client and Raid: Shadow Legends PC.

That is really not convenient. Since this issue has occurred this time, guess the game developer has noted this and will avoid such an issue happening again. We will also avoid putting up the game in Paid to Play during their update.

Still can't launch adult rated games from Cortex. If Razer has decided to gate keep and not allow games of any rating to be launched via Cortex, just let us know. Then I can stop looking forward to a fix and can move on to something else.

Also, if that was Razer's decision, and not a programming issue, can't you give us a setting that is defaulted to off if we want to launch games Razer doesn't want us to launch?

We sincerely apologize for the late response.

Razer Cortex did not block adult games or any other games in MY LIBRARY. But we indeed block adult games in DEALS.

To resolve this issue, could you please try to exit Razer Cortex, and clear the cache here
C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\RazerCortex\\GameLibCache, then, restart Razer Cortex to try again?

If an option is grayed out, it means that your graphics card or monitor doesn't support such adjustments. Please share the RIG info with us by taking a screenshot of the OVERVIEW page in Razer Cortex > SYSTEM BOOSTER > MY RIG.

Did you mean that you cannot visit their webpage to download the link? Or do you mean that you cannot launch this game from Cortex?

It's their website, no issues when running it from Cortex.

But hotkeys of Cortex is messed up. Why put hotkey CTRL + SHIFT + ARROW DOWN as a default?

After years of using Cortex I've removed it from my system. The update to the 10 series isn't working very good for me. Including the fact that I can't launch mature rated games because it just say's "Install" and won't install (even though the games ARE installed). I'll try it at a later date and see if it's working again.

the issue about Diablo Immortal Razer Cortex PC & even Mobile Paid to Play was, the Games was Region Locked and still unavailable at Certain Country yet.

some other Mobile Games including Diablo Immortal mobile was also Region Locked, but i would download apk from apkpure or other website to do Razer Cortex Mobile Paid to Play Daily.

I sort out all the details you mentioned above here, please let me know if something is missing:
1. Epic Store, XBOX, and Battlenet are not supported in Razer Cortex.
We have planned to add them in the future. Thank you for your patience.

2. Cannot connect the currently supported platforms successfully.
Could you please provide us with your Razer Cortex logs for us via PM to further investigate this issue?

3. In the earlier version, Fortnite can be scanned. But in the current version, it cannot. Even if you added it manually, the information such as Developer, cover art, media icon, background, etc is missing.
We can investigate it via your logs.

4. After Epic Games acquired Fall Guys, it messed up with Razer Cortex. It can not be added from Epic Games, not even manually, it just can be installed from Steam.
We will reproduce this issue on our side.
