Razer Cortex

Recently, The CEO of Razer posted a photo of a screenshot of the rankings in the mini game of Razer Cortex. And I'm in it, does it count as meeting him/talking to him achievement?

Is there a way to revert this option? I've looked around under that tab and could not find a "Revert" or going back to the original settings before Cortex changed the internet settings. I'm wanting to give this computer to my friend and want everything back to the original so they can edit/mess around with the settings. I've attached a picture to show y'all what I'm seeing.

I like Cortex for some of my games, as it does sometimes provide a noticeable performance boost. The problem I have with it is that it sometimes unloads game add-ons from memory, causing them to malfunction or crash, sometimes even causing the games themselves to crash. It seems to me that this problem could be solved by adding an "exclude" feature to Cortex. It would be handy to assign a folder, app, or dll to an exclusion list for Cortex, such that it would never unload any of the things in the exclude list from memory as part of it's optimization process.

I'm running Windows 10 pro Build 21390.co_release_210521-1658 with all the Razer Apps installed and it seems Cortex is cashing my Games a few sec after it launches. But when close all the Razer Apps, i'm able to play all my games just fine. How do i troubleshoot this?

On the squad rewards, if the silver coins are fully redeemed, does it mean, no one else can redeem anymore?

Hi there, At start of the season I've played a couple hours of Minecraft and it was perfectly registered. Somehow now it doesn't detect as a supported game for couting hours when I did not change anything. I tried to reinstall it and sometimes it detect the game for improve FPS but not for counting which I think is weird. I have a totally legal version of Minecraft (Java Edition). To be honest what I don't get is why it count before and not now.

I'm taking part in this season's squad rewards, and the system isn't picking up my hours. I've played well over four hours of Genshin Impact every day of the season so far, though I only have 5 hours and 54 minutes. I don't know how to fix this, as I keep launching the game from Razer Cortex itself and tried playing different games, but it still doesn't pick up hours, or it picks it up really late and only counts a few minutes. It's frustrating me as it's the first time I've participated, and I cant even do anything for my team.

well, I already been used for several days feel nice except 16g on board and can razer add the fanspeed control option on custom mode because when I maximize the performance of blade 14 the cpu temperature was too high because the fanspeed was auto control .

I've been playing Minecraft for about 2 hours and then left Minecraft running for about another 5 hours but it didn't track it as hours or even minutes at all. It shows up as a supported game and even tried games like Fortnite and ROBLOX but it didn't log the playtime. I started today so that way the information and playtime is fresh.
