Razer has disappointed me again and again. Their equipment always falls apart in less than a year, synapse has had many issues for years with no fix, and their customer service never helps. Deleting the synapse app is the one thing that resolves its issues. It is ridiculous. Recently bought a Logitech headset after the pain that were the Krakens and wow it is a night and day difference between these companies.

Will the signature edition viper have another run?

Hi, I have bought this gamepad: Razer Raion Fightpad for PS4 - EU PackagingSerial number: PM1950C05500057 Let's start by saying that Razer support tells me that the product is no longer covered by warranty, although in reality it is brand new, since it was ordered from Razer's European site not even 10 days ago...Do you know what the reason is?Having said that, I saw in this thread, a video on how to modify the Dpad to make it more precise and to avoid false inputs of the Dpad itself:https://www.reddit.com/r/Fighters/comments/s9u5eg/how_to_fix_the_razer_raions_dpad/ What do you think about it ? I’m trying to register all of my Razer products online and as i’m going through I could see the product number, but I couldn’t find the serial number anywhere on the product or the box. I tried looking it up for some help, but there was no information that I could find on this product, so if someone could help me out that would be great! Thanks in advance!

Can someone explain to me the display settings of my blade 16 4080? WHen I got into my display settings I saw two displays (1 and 2), and I click the identify then it shows the screen identify as 2. However, when I change the display setting from "show only on 2" to "show only on 1", the display 1 and 2 just disappears (see picture 2). This really confused me, and the 2 displays option will automatically be back after I restart the laptop or leave it there for a long period of time.

Razor Opus midnight Blue Headset not connecting to my laptop bluetooth. 

So i dont know what happened, but my controller dosent wanna work anymore, it blinks twice when i press the power button but it never actually does anything, wont power the xbox, wont flash amything else, im not sure what happened, uve tried to look around a little more but all i saw was videos about just unplugging the xbox for a while then turning it back on (i tried it but nothing really changed) am i doing something wrong? I have trust that it still works i just don't know what it wants

Hello, i was moved from HS65 from Corsair to Razer Barracuda X (BLACK EDITION) 2022 after an defect headband from Corsair. When i plugged my dongle and install Razer software like 7.1 and THX, all other peripherals was crashing for not explainations and Windows himself pop-up in events system the Win32K has warning each time. My peripherals reboot in every 30 minutes for no reason. Someone have encounter the issue before and if yes, please tell your experience and if you found an fix or temporary fix to share it.  Im using Windows 11 22h2 with a build over full AMD Setup. Your experience you share could help me to find some tracks and maybe help others. Soo thanks! 

where can i find the Razer Nabu App for iOS? I can’t find it on the app store (iOS 16.4.1)

I got a new PC last week, and after installing Synapse both my headset and my Viper Ultimate showed up and worked fine. However, the charging dock didn’t and it wont charge. I’ve plugged it in and out countless times as well as made sure Synapse is up to date. My mouse works when I plug it in with the cable, but the dock gives no response what so ever. I’ve tried plugging it into the wall outlet as well just to see if the lights would turn on and it would charge the mouse, but I still got no response

I need to repair my headset because it can't be charged, what should I do?

Just switched to 8k polling rate and when I tried the tester app it shows that I cap at 1k, am I actually at 1k or is it just a thing with the app? Using viper v2 pro.

Hello, I have Razer Barracuda x 2022, it was completely functional untill it just started not producing sound, its turned un, the light is blue, the dongle is connected i can see the headset in PC, the volume scroll is on max, but no sound, i tried with 3.5 cable too, still no sound, it has a full battery, i tried updating firmware gave me an error "couldn't pair".Also when i leave it turned on and disconnect the dongle , the blue light doesn't atart blinking or turning off, it just stays...for DAYSPlease help 🥺
