I got a new PC last week, and after installing Synapse both my headset and my Viper Ultimate showed up and worked fine. However, the charging dock didn’t and it wont charge. I’ve plugged it in and out countless times as well as made sure Synapse is up to date. My mouse works when I plug it in with the cable, but the dock gives no response what so ever. I’ve tried plugging it into the wall outlet as well just to see if the lights would turn on and it would charge the mouse, but I still got no response

I need to repair my headset because it can't be charged, what should I do?

Just switched to 8k polling rate and when I tried the tester app it shows that I cap at 1k, am I actually at 1k or is it just a thing with the app? Using viper v2 pro.

I cant loggin in the razer nabu apps. for my razer nabu watch.

Does anyone know if the chun li and cammy skins will be sold separately after they get released because I rather buy the all black version rn and wait till the skins come out if they do.

Hello, I have Razer Barracuda x 2022, it was completely functional untill it just started not producing sound, its turned un, the light is blue, the dongle is connected i can see the headset in PC, the volume scroll is on max, but no sound, i tried with 3.5 cable too, still no sound, it has a full battery, i tried updating firmware gave me an error "couldn't pair".Also when i leave it turned on and disconnect the dongle , the blue light doesn't atart blinking or turning off, it just stays...for DAYSPlease help 🥺

Hi ! I have a razer raiju ultimate controller for ps4 ,ive been away for 2 years and when i came back it wont charge won't even show a light what should i do?

Wondering if it's possible to order a Razer Rouge 13' bag from the main store or a different region entirely because the bag is completely sold out in my region, and I have no idea when It'll ever restock if it'll restock, and if it IS possible would there be any additional fees? 

 It seems to be there on the 17-inch backpack, but it doesn't seem to be visible on the 15-inch, so I posted this. Do you know anyone?

Hello guys. I bought my first ever headset yesterday, the razer Blackshark V2 X .I ve tried to register them but when i try to put in the product number it says that it isnt available or that i should check similar characters such as I and 1 or O and 0 . I ve tried everything but it still doesnt work. Does anyone have any ideas what i should do?(my english might not be good because it isnt my native language)

 Recently Razer came out with a new series of apparels called Razer Xanthus collections. The products are all looking good and I noticed that there is one product called Razer Xanthus Shirt Jacket which can be found in the lookbook. Sadly, it cant be found in the razer website currently and I feel like this product is worth buying. Do anyone knows that will this shirt jacket come out in the future?

I’ve been having issues plugging in a normal ps4 controller and using the dpad on it ever since I had one of these controllers. I opened up steam earlier to troubleshoot, and by switching the Raion’s left stick to the Dpad, and the input shows. I unplug it, plug in my ps4 controller and the dpad for it doesn’t show any inputs. What do I do to use other controllers since I don’t always want to use this controller for games.

I'm trying to get my Razer Emote chat message to work on streamlabs for YouTube streaming, but it looks like this feature is only for Twich. Pretty gutting really as it seriously limits what this mic can do. Is there any way to use this feature with streamlabs? Thanks!
