This is a serious problem. There is no consumer protection. Game developer offered a recharge, I brought, dev then took back the item and changed to a much inferior item which I do not want. Players complained, dev apologises for the mistake but they did not issue refund and tell players to find payment provider. In a sense, running with the money. This is 100% like a scam. There are many more players using Google and Apple who experienced this problem and get refund quickly. I contacted Razer and they kept repeating transaction when through, so there is no refund according to their TnC. I am so disappointed in using Razer gold for this. Probably I will just find my bank for a chargeback instead for the reloading.

It seems so unfair to iOS users who can't login to the Cortex app to receive their daily Silver. I'm new to this whole Gold, Silver thing. I don't really know how all this works. It seems like you have to play a specific game to get Silver? In any case. Is there an iOS version of Cortex for iPhone in the works?

Recently I have noticed that the game "Caesars Slot Casino" has been removed from the Paid to Play section of Razer Cortex app. Playing this game was the fastest way of earning zSilver for me. Is there any update or announcement regarding this matter? I'm hoping that they will be bringing back this offer soon. I have been looking forward on redeeming a Razer Kraken from the store, but unfortunately I am still 5,000 zSilver short from redeeming the item. I had my hopes up during the first week of February, thinking that I might be able to get the headsets by the end of the month since I have 70k zSilver during that time. Now, I have only earned 5k+ zSilver, but my 1.8k zSilver will be expiring by the end of the month. I might not be able to redeem the Razer Kraken. I don't buy and spend zGold since I am aiming to not spend any money whilsy saving for the headset. It is sad :(

If ever, that I will be placing an order today, will I still be able to get the 5k+ zSilver reward even though I did not purchased it during the promo season? just as the title says I got charged for my transaction however going back to my transaction history and it says under status "Failed"

Hello. I try to reload my "Razer" wallet, but after constantly choosing a payment method and successfully passing 2-step authentication, I get a "Failed to reload" message. After many, many attempts, I can barely do 1 to 2 recharges, then it fails again, no matter if the method is VISA, MASTERCARD, RIXTY PIN, RAZER GOLD PIN, PAYPAL, etc. THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE BANK OR WITH THE CARD. Since it does not even load the following window where the card data is added. Regardless of the payment method I choose, the error is very serious, I checked with other friends to see if they had the same problem, and they said yes, and I tried a new Razer account. But the problem still exists. And someone deleted my previous post, it was about 8 hours ago.
