just as the title says I got charged for my transaction however going back to my transaction history and it says under status "Failed"

Hello. I try to reload my "Razer" wallet, but after constantly choosing a payment method and successfully passing 2-step authentication, I get a "Failed to reload" message. After many, many attempts, I can barely do 1 to 2 recharges, then it fails again, no matter if the method is VISA, MASTERCARD, RIXTY PIN, RAZER GOLD PIN, PAYPAL, etc. THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE BANK OR WITH THE CARD. Since it does not even load the following window where the card data is added. Regardless of the payment method I choose, the error is very serious, I checked with other friends to see if they had the same problem, and they said yes, and I tried a new Razer account. But the problem still exists. And someone deleted my previous post, it was about 8 hours ago.

Could someone explain to me how the Razer Cortex Squad Rewards claiming time window / allocation works? This was our squad's first time participating, and looks like we've learnt some hard lessons when it comes to claiming. So for instance, we will meet the criteria to claim at let's say 8pm for the 300 Silver / 180 hours. But at exactly 8pm the calculation would show that not all team members have completed the specific hour's gameplay / window - even though games were running at the time that the reward allocation time started. Then a few seconds later (after multiple refreshes) the time allocation for the entire squad will show updated, but by then the Silver had already been claimed? Is it based on the ranking of the squads that it opens up for first place first and then filters down? Cause it's definitely been a case that some are displaying eligibility whilst others have a delay before registering thus I can only assume it's based on leaderboard position? Even the leaderb
