Hey my name is Jered and this is all new to me but i love razer and everything they do so i decided to get involved and the whole silver concept in my opinion is amazing. Giving back to they're customers is straight up awesome!! Hope to see more of it.

so I activated two-factor authentication on my account and deleted the Google Authenticator app and I didn't save the backup codes because I thought I wouldn't need it now I don't know what to do because I can't buy anything without these codes

During the Valentine's promo season, I clicked an offer (Goli Gummies) that rewards you 5k+ zSilver when you purchase the product. I have not yet purchased the product up to this day. If ever, that I will be placing an order today, will I still be able to get the 5k+ zSilver reward even though I did not purchased it during the promo season? Or do have I to click the (new) offer today of the Goli Gummies (which only rewards you 2k+ zSilver)? Will I only be getting the 2k zSilver? Thank you to whoever will be answering this question.

just as the title says I got charged for my transaction however going back to my transaction history and it says under status "Failed"

Hello. I try to reload my "Razer" wallet, but after constantly choosing a payment method and successfully passing 2-step authentication, I get a "Failed to reload" message. After many, many attempts, I can barely do 1 to 2 recharges, then it fails again, no matter if the method is VISA, MASTERCARD, RIXTY PIN, RAZER GOLD PIN, PAYPAL, etc. THE PROBLEM IS NOT WITH THE BANK OR WITH THE CARD. Since it does not even load the following window where the card data is added. Regardless of the payment method I choose, the error is very serious, I checked with other friends to see if they had the same problem, and they said yes, and I tried a new Razer account. But the problem still exists. And someone deleted my previous post, it was about 8 hours ago.
