Will the new 16" and 18" Razer Blades finally get a battery charge limit to preserve battery health?
Hi together, I'm considering upgrading to my 2019 Razer Blade to the new 18" model. My working habbits shifted over the years, so that my Blade was on cable for 90% of the time. So this is the last showstopper before placing the order as all competitors (MSI, Lenovo, Asus) nowdays have sliders to set the State of Charge between 50-100%. Will Razer finally implement this with 2023 models? Thanks josch
Hi, The 3 key on the top row no longer works because of a static shock the other day. The LED on that key is fine. All other keys are fine. From looking at old pictures, I notice that there is a resistor/diode of some sort for each key. I am wondering if the little resister/diode controls power to the key. I'd rather not replace a perfectly good keyboard because of 1 key.
Hello, I have a keyboard that the techs declared defective and that it needs an RMA. Im having issues with the next step and the support ticket is very circular in regards to it. In a nutshell, they keep saying they have sent an RMA email which I do not receive. They sent me a link to use instead which gave me a "HONK you cannot access another users RMA" message. Ive had 3 different techs claim to send 3 different RMA links since then. They are not in my spam folder let alone my email. I have provided an alternate email for them to use and a phone number to contact me with. The email in regard to the ticket is so long it is a pain to scroll through and it goes nowhere. How do I escalate? Ive tried through your twitter support account and this has just gotten me more techs saying they emailed me an RMA I never get.
When I disconnect any device in the usb c port of my laptop, the computer slows down to the point that I have to restart the pc to get it to work properly again. As long as the device is connected the computer works normally, the problem is after disconnecting the device. i have the updated drivers in my laptop 2019 base
Basically what a title says - it is extremely creaky on multiple spots, if I squeeze on the sides, on the bottom, on the back side - its creaks horribly and main creaking point is the area above scroll wheel, between main mouse buttons, the base and shell aren't stable and they rub each other which causes the loudest creaks, which is disgustingly annoying. Ive been trying to get used to it since I got it around 3-4 months ago but its unbearable already and i have no idea how it can be that creaky out of factory.
Hi, I have a question about my Razer Huntsman Mini Analog Fn button. When it's pressed the LEDs of the keys turn white to indicate which buttons have a function when Fn is pressed. All keys that don't have an Fn function stay dark. I'm a bit puzzled why the "compose" key (button right to the Fn button, box with three horizontal lines in it) light up when Fn is pressed, it doesn't seem to have a special function when Fn is pressed.
Hello community. We have the USB-C GaN Charger but have lost the international adaptor parts, and need them for an upcoming work trip. Not having much luck finding them for sale separately. Any tips? Does anyone have these adaptor pieces in a drawer and never expects to use them? :) https://www.razer.com/gaming/pc/accessories/razer-usb-c-gan-charger
Basically what the title says, I tried the following: - holding the power button for a few minutes several times - at one point battery was dead after leaving it on, so I charged it but proceeded to save the same problem - moving my mousepad in hopes of something to happen Is there any other solutions to help with this problem? thanks in advance!
This has been happening for a few days, occasionally if I open synapse nothing in the app loads. Profiles are blank, dpi settings, calibration, etc all blank. The only way to fix this is to right click on razer taskbar icon and click exit all apps but after some time everything goes blank again. I am running version 20230113 which is the newest.
I bought a Razer Edge through Verizon. When I pull up the processor information on the Edge (using the app CPU-Z) it shows it is a Snapdragon 888 and not a Snapdragon G3X. I am hoping this is just an error but I have concerns. Does anyone have any insight in to this?
I'm looking to buy a new mouse and was hoping someone might be able to give me a bit of guidance. I've had two mice in the past decade, the Razer Naga Molten Edition first, and then the Razer Naga Trinity. The Molten I used long enough for the serial number on the bottom to wear out almost beyond legibility before it started to fail on me (Middle mouse click and right click started to fail, otherwise it's still useable). The Trinity's left click started to fail recently after maybe three years of use which is a bit disappointing. I'm hoping to get a mouse similar to the Molten Naga, not just because of the longevity of it but also because it was easier to use; I bought the Trinity because I thought being also named 'Naga' it'd be the same size, shape, weight etc, but it's a lot bulkier, higher set and heavier than the ol' Molten. Are there any mice similarly designed to the Molten, or any factory new Moltens sitting around unused in a box somewhere? I'd love to straight up repurchas
Just received my blackshark v2 pro. I have sidetone turned up to 100 in synapse. The only way you can hear yourself is if the volume knob on the headset is between 75-100%. I shouldn't have to do that. This should be a simple software fix, there is nothing wrong with the hardware as far as I can tell. Sidetone surely should be implemented as a percentage relative the volume the knob is set to. If I set the sidetone volume to 100 and the knob is at 50, I should be hearing myself as loud as any other sources (games, music) being played at 100% the time. Instead, sidetone seems to be implemented as a fixed value relative to the maximum output of the headset.
Recently started noticing a very jarring high pitched noise coming from the computer/speaker area. The noise disappears as soon as I lift the mouse off of the pad. Can someone help me figure out how to get rid of this? I love the mouse, but this high pitched noise is giving me a headache any time I'm at the computer.
Had my Razer Nari for over 2 years now and for the past 6 months it would intermittently cut out and reconnect, however it's happening more and more now and I'm not sure what the problem is. I use the headset on my personal PC for gaming, but also on my work laptop for meetings/calls. Everyone so often the headset will disconnect and rapidly beep as it reconnects and then disconnects again. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Greetings, I recently purchased the Razer Huntsman V2 Analog Keyboard and I am hoping to make use of its analog controls in Minecraft version 1.0. However, I have discovered that the limitations of the game itself prevents me from achieving this goal by making use of only the settings in Synapse. I am therefore interested in modding Minecraft to incorporate these capabilities and I was wondering if there is a way to obtain the linear key press data, as displayed in Synapse. If I had access to these values I believe the implementation would be quite simplistic. I would initially be starting with Minecraft modding through Java, but would hope to expand this to other games that I play in the future. I have tried searching online and can't seem to find anything on this subject other than an implementation for Cyberpunk. Does a connection to the "raw" inputs exist and how would I go about obtaining it in a programming language? Thank you for your time and responses.
