Wolverine V3 TE Edition has weird stutters while using sometimes when aiming in games, it will sorta freeze and hold the last input for a second more than intended, and sorta like input lag or freezing. This is happening on Xbox, and I've tested it on other devices with controller testers; it seems to happen most often with heavy vibration moments. The software is updated to the latest, and I've tried multiple cables as well; same issue. It's hard to explain, but freezing, input lag, or drag is probably the best way to put it.

Bought a huntsman v3 he magnetic 65% a week ago and after setting it up to how i liked with key actuation i noticed whilst playing  some games the a and d key would be pressed as well as escape and crtl and when typing letters would be pressed, After looking into it i changed the actuation to be 1.0mm and still was happening i have full reset the keyboard as well as made sure drivers and the keyboard are fully upto date.Unsure what else i can do to fix it or if i have to return it adn get a new one???  

I lost my razor viper v3 pro wirless dongle.I did some digging and I unfortunately bought the wrong dongle off of amazon.I later found out that I had to reach out to Razor suppourt to get a new one.Could you please help me.

I’m currently using both devices with macOS, but I noticed that the Razer Cobra Wired is not supported or detected in the macOS version of Razer Synapse 4.I would like to ask whether support for the Razer Cobra Wired will be added in a future Synapse update.I also have another question regarding the Razer Synapse web version: Will all Razer devices eventually be supported through the web version? Hi everyone,The problem: The left mouse button isn't behaving consistently.Most of the time, a left click is simply not recognized at all — and this isn't just a one-off miss, it can last for several seconds where no left-click input registers whatsoever, no matter how many times I click. Razer Naga v3 PRO has a bug where it can’t show real-time battery level! After connecting with Razer Synapse 4 and MouseDock Pro, the real-time battery level doesn’t display!  Last night I started charging from 60%, and during the charging process I noticed the battery level wasn’t increasing in real-time. I watched it for over 40 minutes, and it still showed 60% without going up, so I turned off the computer and continued charging!  Today when I turned it on, Razer Synapse 4 showed the battery at 100%, and after using it all evening for at least seven hours, the battery still showed 100% without going down!  How can I fix the bug in Razer Synapse 4 where it can’t display battery level updates in real-time?

I ordered my headphones from Best Buy through Insta Cart April 24th I came home to bite marks in the wire from my cat so i tried to register to see if i got warranty on them Ihave the S/N bc it’s on the headphones when I tried to put in the Model Number it said it wasn’t valid and it doesn’t look like the example shown online I only have the instructions paper and the headphones as well as a online receipt but I cannot register without the Product Number how can I find it or get it

All I want is the rainbow wave lighting effect to keep going no matter what I am doing, surfing the net, or going into any game.I have the latest update, I have everything else shut down, even in task manager and even then it was only MSI Center. Still whenever I go into a game, ALL my Razer products go black.  BUT, when I shut Synapse 4 right off, then when I go into any game it does a spectrum lighting effect, which is better then nothing, but not the effect I am looking for.  When I get out of the game of course it keeps the spectrum lighting, because I have the Razer software shut down.Help!!  I went through the virtual assistant and did everything it asked and now it’s gone to escalated help.

Hello, I need some help with my Razer Audio Mixer.In Razer Synapse 4, my Audio Mixer shows this message:“Unable to load Audio Drivers. We recommended removing and re-plugging the device.”I have already tried unplugging and reconnecting the device many times, but the problem still does not go away.At the moment, the Audio Mixer is detected in Synapse, but I cannot use it properly because of this driver error.Here is what I have already tried: Unplugging and reconnecting the Audio Mixer multiple times Restarting Synapse Restarting my PC Trying different USB ports Additional information: OS: Windows 11 Version 25H2 Razer Synapse 4 version: 4.0. I’ve tried it on both my laptop and my friends computer, but the problem still persists.Is there a definitive solution to fix this issue? I’ve read through the threads, but I haven’t found a solution.

idk if my pc have drivers issues but lately my pc just restarts for no reason, theres nothing on the event viewer just :The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load. Support staff,I recently missed my shipment of my Razer Leviathan V2 X.It was listed as arriving on August 17.I was out for a medical procedure and returned home on 8/15. In plenty of time to be home for the 8/17 date.When I get home there is a note on my door from FedEx saying they tried to deliver on 8/12, 13 and 14th and that the package is on it’s way back to the shipper.Well before the 8/17 date.How can I get this package turned back around to me?Had I known it would arrive so early I would have made arrangements with my neighbors. Is there anything you can do?-K

Looked everywhere with no luck for this so I apologize if its already been posted.But, I’ve had my Basilisk v3 pro for a while now and this has been happening for some time and cant seem to figure it out. It will randomly just stop responding for like 5-15 seconds where i cant click or move the cursor. It usually happens while gaming but it happens in every single game I play. Tried a fresh install of synapse, moving usb ports for the dongle, updating firmware etc. and it still happens all the time. Anyone else experience anything similar?  Been a long time Razer mouse user and this is definitely making me want to switch.
