After a recent Windows 11 update (and with the latest version of Razer Synapse 4), my Razer Tartarus Pro started having a serious issue with the analog stick.Symptoms: The analog stick directions are mapped incorrectly regardless of how they are assigned in Synapse: Right input registers as Up Left registers as Down Up registers as Left Down registers as Right This misalignment happens consistently when I remap any of the main keys on the device. If I create a fresh profile and only map the stick directions, it works initially — but the moment I assign or change other keys, the stick mapping breaks again. Dear Razer Team,   Hello, I am a loyal user from China. I absolutely love your Razer Naga Trinity with the 7-button circular side panel.     I have been using this mouse continuously for 4 years. Recently, the side panel started having connection issues — it occasionally disconnects during use, and I have to remove and reattach it to make it work again. This has been really frustrating.   I searched online recently and discovered that the Naga Trinity has been discontinued. Moreover, the new Naga V2 series you released one or two years ago does not offer the 7-button circular side panel that I need. This has left me feeling very distressed and helpless. Hi everyoneIam a bit technologically  stupid. My kids say iam to old for technology. I have the kraken v4 pro headsets and I have followed directions to setup Spatial audio. When I go to synapse 4 it continues to ask me to make the kraken v4 pro as default device and i cant do anything else until I do. How do I stop this?Thanks

I have set up two keymaps.One is for active gameplay and the second is for other controls, like MAP or MENU (Esc)Razer is wiping my second keymap each time it tries to sync in it somewhere, and my 2nd keymap becomes a copy of the first one (where ESC is not mapped) I made a backup so every time I load it back - it works fine with both keymaps until it starts to sync again, and I lose an ability to enter the game menu during gameplay. Later I was able to reproduce this out of the game by just switching profiles.UPD: Q for supportIs there an ability to completely BLOCK or DISABLE cloud functions?I don’t need them, and I don’t want to rely on YOUR network for my local activity and profiles switching. 

I’ve only noticed this recently, but switching keymapping takes almost a half second when it used to be near instant. That delay makes the feature basically unusable :(I’m using Synapse 4.Issue persists if I use “next Keymap” or “specific Keymap” and check or don’t check the “switch back to previous Keymap...” option. 

Hi, I own 2 headsets, both Barracuda X 2022. One of them is in perfect condition, but I lost its USB-C dongle. Second one has technical issues (terrible sound quality independent of source - probably hardware problem in headset), but its dongle works. So I wanted to pair dongle from headset 2 to headset 1, but after trying for hours, it cannot be done. I followed guides, workarounds, everything. The dongle is just not recognized by either of Razer software - pairing utility or firmware updater. But the dongle works - gets recognized by Windows and audio is transferred to the (faulty) headset. Please how can I force the utility to let me pair the dongle with new headset?Thanks in advance.JP

Hello, the seat plate on my Iskur Chair (RZ38-02770300-R3U1) broke (I’m like 100lb below the limit so idk why!), causing the seat to lean forward and dump me out if I try to sit in it. I got it in 2022 so I’m outside warranty, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to buy a replacement part so that I can try to fix it myself. Thank you. 

Hello, I've been loving the blackshark v3 pro. But it has some issues, And I dont expect a 300$ headset to have these many issues. So first, when I plug it in, It shows the wireless headset and the wired headset as different devices which is annoying. second thing is when I turn on my headset the lights flash in a very unpleasant way, and after a while it turns off, and by lights I mean the indicator. Please Fix this ASAP, Its really annoying, My friends also have this issue. Best Regards, Ryan

Hi everyone,I am trying to pair my Razer Orochi V2 mouse to my BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile Tenkeyless (TKL) HyperSpeed keyboard dongle to free up a USB port using the Multi-Device Pairing utility in Razer Synapse. I've been using my headset to a wired connection for about 6 months now; after attempting to switch back to dongle mode my headset anytime the power button is pressed will say “power off” over and over again, I've tried to factory reset the headset and connect to razor synapse, but since the headset is unable to turn on I'm unable to. I dont know how to add comment to existing thread with folks that have the same issue. I can tell you it's not "drift", the gamepad has barely been used over the years and is like new. I started using it with an N64 emulator (thats when the issue began after hours and days of repeated use, but the stuck is constant no matter the usage now), and after repeated uses in a short time it suddenly starting behaving as if the left stick is stuck down. Nothing we try can effect the behavior,  tried plugging it while holding the stick in "up" position, tried downloading the razr app but no software updates seem available,  although not sure if i could install because the issue prevents navigation. Could you make it so the app disables the inputs from the kishi while still able to use touch screen, then we could install any update you might have for a fix. I hope someone sees this, im on galaxy s22+ btw. Hello, I recently purchased the Blackshark v3 Pro PS5 version, but I'm having trouble getting it to function with my PS5. I've successfully updated the firmware on my PC, and it works correctly there, as well as via Bluetooth with my phone. However, simply cannot get it to operate on my PS5. Although the PS5 recognizes the headset and the dongle indicates a connection, no audio is being produced.Both headset and dongle are on firmware 1.3.3I tried the repairing utility, witch paired fine.I reset the ps5 and rebuild the databaseI tried different USB ports on the back of the PS5.I also tried the microphone and it's also not working on PS5.The PS5 sees the headset as a USB blackshark v3 pro and the dongle is solid green, witch shows connectedI was using the pulse explore earbuds before with a dongle, that worked fineIt's driving me nuts, I got the PS5 version so I don't run into issues.Can anyone recommend anything?Could it be that the USB dongle likely has a defective 2.4GHz radio chip t

My Razer laptop Blade (RZ09-0423  2022) is overheating immediately upon start up. It is out of warranty. I cleaned and changed the thermal paste using PTM 7950. The laptop is clean. The fans work. It is used in a cool dry space. My best diagnostic is that the vapor chamber is broken. So many questions Is Razer vapor chamber breaks as common as I read in chats?This is still a good laptop otherwise hardly used memory. Is this a Razer problem? Is this recall worthy?How long should a vapor chamber last?I have kept the fans clean. What causes a vapor chamber to break?This appears common for these computers.The fix costs as much as a new computer. What do I do? Is there any support?

Hello,I own a Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller, model RZ06-0225. The controller works perfectly, but the female connector of the original detachable USB breakaway cable is physically damaged.The controller is out of warranty, and I am not requesting a free warranty replacement. I would like to purchase an original Razer replacement cable.Could a Razer Support representative please confirm whether the original cable is still available, provide its exact part number, or help me open a private support case? Confirmed the D-Pad / joystick works just fine w/o the software running. With it, no inputs go through whatsoever (defaults, other macros, etc.)Curious if anyone else has seen this issue and if Razer team are able to put out a hotfix.Windows 11Synapse Version 4.0. [removed by moderator]

Hello Today my razer Blackshark v2 pro startet doing weird things i normally bootet up my pc and the headset just wont switch to THX its the sama damp/metallic sounding audio even if i try to switch from stereo to thx nothing happens, the sound setting dont work aswell i can switch to everything but nothing happens please help me.

Good evening I have a DeathAdder mouse and using synapse 3(i like it more) and i use a macro at 0.001 RR(button) at continiously toggle and i crash screen freeze at MMORPG i play and i x1000 check that when i press side button to run Macro the Razer Synapse Central hit to the top at Energy Task MAnager and its obvious from that also causes to the client of game to full usage energy too only when  use my macro ,so is there any solution?
