Hello, I just bought the headphones kaira pro wireless for xbox  and I want the latest version available for them so I can update them. 

I just bought Razer Hammerhead V3 HyperSpeed earphones. I am able to connect them via bluetooth and the dongle but when checking on razer audio app. It just does not connect or isn't able to find it on the app. I am able to use the device without any issue but the razer app. " Can you tell me if there's a way to fix this?I reinstalled the appI rebooted the phoneI have a google pixel 11 

Hi all, Recently im having 2.4ghz connection issue on the Deathstalker V2 Pro Keyboard. I have tried moving the 2.4ghz dongle to other usb ports, and also plugging it into the provided razer hub, and placed it next to the keyboard to no avail. I have updated to the latest firmware and still facing issue of it not registering pressed keys. Sometimes it register a key or two, sometimes there are delays and at times doesn't register at all. I also noticed the light at "1" LED indicator loses light then comes back on. While on wired mode, it works flawlessly. Please advise Thanks!

Charged my mouse came back 2 hours later and it just died i guess🤷‍♂️no led wont charge doesnt work when connected to the pc directly either what can i do?

I try everything to connect Razer audio it can’t be detected, reboot , reinstall, reset , restart everything you think I done already. Even manual search ,take out the dongle also not work ,please help 

This headset works on my pc really good but does not work on my xbox one s at all. My controllers all updated and the port where you plug your headset I think is fine. When I plug my headset in it does make a little sound same sound when I take it out. When I say the headset sound doesnt work I dont mean just in the game it doesnt work when I do something on my xbox.

Hey everyone, I have the 2025 Blade 16 (Ryzen AI 9, RTX 5070 Ti). When I turn the dGPU off and only use the integrated AMD graphics, I get a mild flickering on the screen. it happens on low brightness without me touching anything.Is this just how the panel behaves, or is there a fix? I'm thinking about sending it in for warranty, but I don't want to if a BIOS or driver update will fix it.

The standalone updater (v1.5.6_r1, Oct 21, 2026) confirms: "You already have the latest firmware and no update required".Purchased: October 18, 2026.Issue timeline:- Oct 22: the "1" key stopped responding. A hard reset (Esc + Caps + Space while plugging in) restored it, but wiped my onboard settings.- Oct 23: the failure returned.- Oct 24: the "1" key died again, and pressing "3" typed "31". Minutes later the keyboard recovered on its own, with no changes made.Troubleshooting already done: full hard reset, Synapse 4 reconfigured (actuation 0.3 mm, Rapid Trigger 0.3 with Continuous on, Snap Tap on, 8000 Hz wired), and firmware verified as the latest with the official updater. The failure is intermittent and happens during normal use and gaming.This looks similar to other reports of freezing/input loss on this line after recent firmware updates, except this unit is already on the

My Tartus v2 wont let me use my custom key maps after the latest update. It says I need Synapse 4 running, which it is. I tried the repair options, I also tried a clean re-install. But nothing. I use this for both work and gamming, so this really has me in a bind as it was apart of my workflow. Any help would be appreciated. Im on windows 10 but with the most updated security features.

Recently lost my detachable mic for my Blackshark v3 X and just cannot find it no matter where I look.Looking to replace it if at all possible.

I have already tried to get out of demo mode but it doesn’t work as well as factory resetting in synapse.

up until a few days ago the scroll mode button worked.(i had it mapped to different key) now it will work occasionally if not ever. anyone else having this issue. it needs fixed asap 

My 2.4GHz dongle has stopped working. It’s detected by the computer but the mouse drops out after a few seconds, if it even works for a second at all, on multiple ports and hubs. Bluetooth works perfectly, so the mouse is fine. I’m on macOS so I can’t run the Windows pairing utility. Open to any solutions or tests to confirm. When plugged in the light mostly stays green but occasionally flashes blue. Is it possible I can get a replacement dongle if that’s the only solution? Happy to PM my serial number.
