Hi @homeSunsetsharp424,

As stated in Razer’s support website:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4708.

“This behavior is expected of devices with 2.4 GHz wireless connections. Wireless devices use channels in order to transmit data, thus, other connections with overlapping channels can cause interference when used all at the same time.

This is not a problem specifically with your Razer device, but this is controllable and can be resolved with the following suggestions:

  • Change your Wi-Fi connection’s channel. (Non-overlapping channels are commonly set to 1, 6, or 11)

  • Use a 5 GHz connection for your Wi-Fi.

  • Use wired connection via an Ethernet cable for your internet.”

Should you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to PM me anytime. Include the serial number of your device so I can verify its model. Thanks!

Just change to a different channel and try. Each environment is different, so there’s no ultimate “channel solution” for everyone.

In my case changing from channel 1 to channel 11 seems to resolve the issue.

In my case, changing the channel number of the router to random number other than 1,6,11 (i.e., 13) solved the problem. I live in the place of minimal network congestion (tp link wifi and razer mouse are only 2.4 ghz devices), so not a big problem.

Made an account just for this.

This is 100% on Razer. Logitech mice don’t have this issue. My g305 and superlight don’t interfere with my phone’s and PC’s wifi signal, but my Orochi V2 (great looking mouse, got the white one) does this consistently.

Fix this.
