Activation Code for 7.1 Surround Sound Not Working

I recently purchased a Razer Barracuda X and registered my product to receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. However, when I enter the code, I get an “Invalid Code” error.

 

I contacted Razer support, and they sent me a new activation code, but it also doesn’t work. I’ve tried different devices and reinstalled the software, but the issue persists.

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue? How can I resolve it?

 

Any help would be appreciated!
