Hello, I bought the headset 1-2 months ago. At first I was able to use it without any problems, but since 3 weeks I can't run it with the dongle. When I plug the USB dongle into my computer I get the error “usb device not recognized”. There are many threads opened in the forum below, but people still haven't found a solution.
This headset is very expensive and it's really upsetting to have such a mistake. What do we need to do to make it work?
When did yours stop working, mine started to have connection problems about 15 hours ago and now the dongle doesn’t even light up when plugged in.
