anyone cau you help us please i brought a razer and plugged it in and nothing happened can i get some help please thanks heaps

    how do i get the razer to work

    Hi, it will be helpful if you can provide a little bit more information such as:
    1. What product? (Mouse / keyboard / speakers / headphones / earphones / controllers / Laptop / etc.)
    2. What are you trying to connect to? (PC / Mac / Android Device / Console / etc.)

    You can also post some photos with it.

    Try using a different USB port or plug your device directly to the USB port of your motherboard if you’re using a USB hub. I agree with @melvinsylar7. Provide more information about your Razer device so we can check our resources for steps to help you address the problem. Otherwise, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model on my end.     i just bought razer keyboard when i plug in to pc nothing happen until i noticed that im not plug usb c properly on the keyboard it self.  check your cable and try again.

    The item in question is a Razer X streaming/capture device and other details are windows 11 on a gaming laptop with HDMI camera. plugged the X into laptop then plugged the camera into X and turned the camera on with no result, no vision no status light nothing not even smoke so any help would be appreciated
