I have tried reinstalling the app, I have tried to log out of all other devices on the RazerID website and I have tried to log in through Twitch but it just won’t work.
Does anybody know a fix?

Hello @Thunderiaz @ZleMorozuvo @StormKupo08 I finally found a fix)
1. Close all Razer processes via Task Manager
2. Go to Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall\Allowed apps
3. Change settings > Allow another app > go to location where 7.1 Surround Sound is installed (For me it was C:\Program Files\Razer\RzAppEngine)> Find rzappengine.exe, select and add it > then select ‘Ok’ on main window
4. Restart Windows
5. Launch the app

This still isn't working for me, it just stays stuck on the "Logging In" screen as if it's loading

I've done everything you said word by word but it still doesn't work. I'm making the same mistake as before.
