Razer synapase says my razer kiyo V2 X has a update upon trying to update it it says its up to date how can i fix that

My account is associated with my old phone number that is no longer active. please help in changing to new number!!

I purchased my Razer Enki X chair 5+ years ago, and by now, its warranty has expired. [removed by moderator] (but I won’t divulge more than that in a public space).Recently, I noticed that the chair had begun to wobble and tilt uncomfortably.It also has a tendency to try and rotate into a “valley” when you sit in it.From my observations, I suspect that the gas cylinder has been damaged.I’ve tried to find out what kind of model the cylinder is so that I can purchase the right replacement,but I’ve been unable to find any information under the chair’s technical specifications beyond it being a “class 4 gas lift”.I’ve also not been able to find any official Razer shop where I can find/purchase any Enki X spare parts.Am I just forced to take a chance and buy a new cylinder from a third party, or just buy a new chair?

RZ09-0484UEH4-R3U1 is my model, 2023 razer blade 18. Always used with care other than a mishap damaging left shift key cap.Im having a awful time reaching any help whatsoever in support...I just want to get my expensive heater fixed so I am not in a complete anger over the amount of money i originally dumped into this..Anyway, problems as follows:-Classic hinge wobble, not stable anymore and getting worse. Thing flops around wildly with any movement. Crazy for a laptop this expensive, let alone it being the ONLY one ive ever owned that has done this..Need it fixed somehow or guidance.-Overheating constantly; embarassingly to admit I only play RSPS/runescape style 1995 era games lol nothing new; that being said this thing gets nuclear bonfire hot to burn skin for NO reason. Need help, or guidance on it. Already know the heat cooling on these things are poor beyond belief sadly.-Power port loose, newer issue and worsening fast. Hi everyone,I'm posting this because I believe this may not be an isolated issue, and I'd like to know if anyone else has experienced the same problem with the Basilisk V2 and others devices.My Razer Basilisk V2 was working perfectly normally until I changed its profile in Razer Synapse. Immediately afterwards, the mouse started repeatedly connecting and disconnecting around 5–6 times. Then it completely stopped working.Now:The mouse does not turn on. The RGB lights are completely off. Windows no longer detects it as a mouse. When I connect it to the PC, it appears as a removable device showing "CRP DISABLED". Inside it there is a firmware.bin file. I have tested it on multiple computers and the behavior is exactly the same. Reinstalling the mouse drivers does nothing.What is particularly frustrating is that this happened immediately after using Razer Synapse to change the mouse profile. After a recent Razer software update 8/24 my mouse (Razer viper v3 hyperspeed) stopped working.  Only works once I restart the mouse, and then too only for a few seconds. It shows low battery even with a new battery and I already tried to download the update for the mouse. Please help.

Hi there, i bought the Razer Huntsman V3 HE 65% and like many people here i’m facing the ghosting issue.Random keys are being pressed randomly, sometimes it gets stuck. If a close razer synapse the issue fade alot but not completly, so i belive it might be a firmware/driver issue.But having synapse closed means we don’t get the benefit of custom activation. i’ve already installed the latest firmware. Any news about update to completly fix this issue ?

just wondering if there if anyway to fix my sound bar it only does this while using the wired mode and this only started happening this morning after i turned it on it works fine in Bluetooth. and I've tried turning off the audio enhancements but that doesn't fix it so I'm just completely stumped at this point. so i don't know if this is a hardware issue or if its just some setting that is turned on that I don't know about.any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys ( :

Hi! Please tell me, I’m unable to create profiles and change settings in the Razer Controller Setup For Xbox app. I tried reinstalling and restarting, but the problem persists. I had many profiles for different games; even if I can’t get them back, I’d like to at least be able to set them up again. My serial number is [removed by moderator] . Hey everyone,I recently bought a Razer Huntsman V3 HE 8Khz but I am experiencing major key input issues:* Phantom/Self-Actuation: Keys activate on their own without being touched (like ESC, Tab, Caps Lock, or movement keys).* Double Pressing / Chattering: Single keypresses frequently register twice.* Dropped Inputs: Keys randomly fail to register or drop inputs while being held down during gameplay.I handed the physical keyboard back to the retailer so they could send/submit it to Razer for an inspection and warranty replacement.My questions for the community and Razer Support:1. Is this a known sensor/hardware defect that requires a full unit replacement (RMA), or has Razer released a firmware update that actually fixes this?2. For anyone who faced this issue, did getting a replacement unit solve the problem permanently, or did the issue remain the same?Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have basilisk ultimate. My dongle seems to be defective it keep deconnect and reconnect to my computer,  I also tried it on my laptop, but I’m experiencing the same problem. I can’t find any dongle on the websites or other online shops. It seems to be out of stock everyware. How can i fix this without having to buy a new mouse. Thank you!

My Razer blade 15 advanced 2021 (RZ09-0409B) has a battery that is swelling. The case is splitting at the seam and when I use the track pad it things I have already clicked once. I’d just like to buy an official battery for replacement if possible

HI Folks, I just got my Nommo V2 X’s. Installed and connected to a windows Laptop, so far all good.I do have a problem with the volume though. I have to reduce the volume to below 10% for it to be bareable and usually listen at 4 to 6% volume. That can’t be normal, is it?Thx for any help.

Hi. I have a problem with the black shark v2 pro. When I play music i hear crackling and sometimes it like lower the volume and then it became louder as before and this happens a lot when I’m gaming. I use my headphones on my laptop and before I was playing on my dads desktop and on the desktop and on another laptop they worked perfectly. What do I do?

I’m having a charging-related issue with my Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%.The keyboard does received power and the battery percentage can increase, at the beginning but the charging indicator no longer appears either on the keyboard’s OLED display or in Razer Synapse and now for the last 1 hour the percentage was %20 and it still is %20. The charging behavior also seems abnormally slow or inconsistent or non existing at all currently.I have already tested the keyboard in wired mode, connected directly to the PC without a USB hub, on another computer, in Power Saving Mode, and after updating the keyboard to the latest available firmware. The issue remains the same.The keyboard also recognizes when external power is connected, since the low battery warning stops appearing while the USB cable is plugged in. However, the charging indicator still does not appear and the battery level sometimes remains unchanged for a long period even while the keyboard is connected and not being used.I also u

Since last week, the dock stopped charging when i place the mouse on the dock. I have to unplug the USB cable and plug again to make it charging. Everthing else is fine, but this is very annoying. I already checked the BIOS setting to set it ErP ready disabled, USB power delivery in S5 enabled, USB power delivery in soft off state disabled. Firmware is alo update

My Basilisk v3 just started to blink the last couple of days. Today, no matter how many times I unplug it and plug it back in, it will not respond. I’ve had this mouse for about 4 years, it really shouldn’t be going out already. Does not matter which port I plug it into or which pc. I grabbed my 21 year old Logitech G5 and it literally works fine. Synapse does not recognize the mouse is even plugged in. Is there a fix for this issue or are you selling us junk?
