Hello,I have a Razer Viper V2 Pro that I have been using for about a year. Suddenly, Windows stopped recognizing the mouse wirelessly. After troubleshooting, I believe the wireless dongle may have stopped working.The mouse still works when connected via USB, but I can no longer use it wirelessly.I would like to know if there are any possible solutions I can try to get the wireless connection working again. Also, does Razer provide replacement dongles for the Viper V2 Pro? If so, how can I request or purchase a replacement?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

Hi there, my razer blade 15 battery is quite swollen and I don’t want to keep using it as I understand it’s a fire risk. Would be grateful if I can get some help to get a replacement from Razer directly, I have tried to look online but not sure if the ones I can find are trustworthy enough.Thank you!

I’m experiencing the same thing that many others are experiencing with this keyboard as seen below.I am experiencing what appears to be the same issue reported by other Huntsman V3 HE users after the latest firmware update.Device: Razer Huntsman V3 HE Magnetic Tenkeyless 8KHzSerial: SI2615G17701545Issue: keyboard intermittently stops sending input. RGB lightingcontinues working normally. Occurs in any application.Troubleshooting already performed (issue persists in all cases):- Firmware confirmed at latest version: the RZ03-0592x standaloneupdater reports "You already have the latest firmware and noupdate required". Fault occurs on current firmware.- Device remains fully enumerated in Windows during failure(all 23 device nodes report status OK, no error codes).- No USB/HID events logged in Windows System log during failure.- Reproduced with ALL Razer software uninstalled (Synapse 4 andChroma removed, zero Razer processes or services running).- Not recovered by cold reboot (Fast Startup

Randomly when playing counter strike 2, my keyboard will not accept any inputs although rgb lights stay on. It’ll either just freeze up, or it’ll accept my last input and hold it down.  This has been happening since the latest update. I’ve tried a bunch of different methods of trouble shooting. I don’t play with snap top/ socd on. I play with rapid trigger on. I’ve tried changing actuation points and even disability rapid trigger. It didn’t fix it. I’ve tried completely uninstalling/ reinstalling. This is incredibly frustrating considering the cost of the keyboard, and the cost of processing synapse uses on our PCs. The only thing that works in unplugging and plugging it back in. This isn’t an acceptable fix. Please fix this, or if anyone has any fixes/ work around I’d appreciate it.

I have previously used the Razor Blackshark V2 on my PC without issue. I upgraded to windows 11 and the latest version of synapse and now I can't get my headset to work. I get no audio and the microphone volume is so low it is useless. Anyone else figure out a solution to this?

Hi team,I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my Razer Blade laptop, which I originally purchased when I was a student in Toronto, Canada. I am currently experiencing a couple of hardware issues: color distortion/discoloration on the screen and rapid battery drain.I am presently working in Turkey, but I will be traveling back to Toronto in the couple of months. I believe I will need a replacement LCD screen and a new battery. Could you please let me know if international shipping for these parts is an option? I am having an issue upgrading to windows 11 Pro from the included Home edition. My license is valid however upon installation the Windows drive disappears. Once I get this solved I am able to boot into Windows. However the latest updates from Microsoft cause the hard drive to again become unreadable. I have tried disabling secure boot and VBS. Apparently there is a conflict with TPM certificates renewing with the latest Windows patch. This laptop has not had a firmware or bios update since last year. Anyone had any luck getting this to upgrade to windows 11 pro without breaking the OS?

Hi, My WiFi has stopped working after I updated my Windows to Windows 11 25H2 and put a new batter inside my Razer Blade 15 computer.I get this error on the network adapter Intel(R) WiFi- 6 AX201 160Mz: "This device cannot start. (Code 10) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful.”I can’t run Troubleshooter on Windows since I have no internet. I had this same problem a few days ago, and then I fixed it by temporaily by downloading latest Intel drivers for that WiFi adapter from their website and installed it. But today a few days later when I boot up my computer, the problem seems to persistent and I have no working network adapter on it.. My specs on the computer are:Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 model with model number: RZ09-03305N53Windows 11 Pro 25h2 (installed o n2026-09-16 so latest Windows updates on it)OS build: 26200.9457 Hoping to get some help on it to resolve this issue.

I have had the Basilisk X Hyperspeed a long time and have had no issues before, I just factory reset my laptop and now the left click will not work, first I had issues getting the mouse to even register on my bluetooth. I had to hold the left, right, and middle scroll wheel buttons to get it to show up. The mouse is now connected but the left click is just greyed out, it works, because when I left click, it right clicks, and right click works like left click now. When I go to synapse to change the bindings, it shows the right binds except left click which is greyed out. Now I have looked at every forum on this topic on this website, no solution has worked, I have tried swapping the bindings around, I have tried updating the firmware of the mouse, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers on the mouse, and basically anything else suggested on this website please help!!!

When I go to listent to music or audio for videos through bluetooth it continaully pauses at like 3 seconds of video played you go and start it up again and pauses again. If i listen with it attached via usb c it does not do this please help!

After looking into the available replacement options, I understand that the standard replacement wireless dongles sold through the Razer Replacement Parts Store and other retailers are not compatible with the Razer Viper V3 Pro, and that this model requires its specific HyperPolling dongle. I would like to ask whether it is possible to purchase the correct replacement dongle directly from Razer. I recently purchased the razer thunderbolt 5 dock mainly for the ssd option. As far as I can tell every port works including the headphone jack. For some reason it won’t detect an installed ssd. I’ve tried 2 different western digital 4tb drives and ordered a Samsung 990 2 tb ssd that also does not work. Nothing shows up in disk management besides the hard drives that are installed inside the laptop

I’ve been using Dynamic Sensitivity since buying my Razer mouse and had it calibrated perfectly for almost a year.I play FPS games at 1600 DPI with low in-game sensitivity. Dynamic Sensitivity lets me keep the slow, accurate sensitivity I want for normal aiming, while increasing to 2.15x when I make a very fast flick, allowing me to quickly turn 180° without having to move my mouse repeatedly across the pad.This worked perfectly for months.This was my original curve. 44 counts/ms was enough to keep normal mouse movements below the threshold, so 2.15x would only activate when I made a genuinely fast flick.Today, something suddenly changed. My normal mouse movements are now reaching ~120 counts/ms. This means my normal aiming movements are now triggering 2.15x.I’ve had to move the threshold to around 120 counts/ms just to get back to how it behaved before. I’ve only tested this new setting for one match, before I quit.My main question is: what the **** has changed?Before today, having my

Hello,Recently some keys (random) are double typing, which is very frustrating.I already did a firmware update, reset my keyboard to the default settings, check Windows keyboard settings, cleaned the keyboard.Nothing seems to work.Is there any solution to fix this? Thank you in advance.
