I lost the code for it and dont have proof of purchase as it was given as a gift bought unopened from someone else. I have the serial number and other stuff, would I be allowed to buy a new code or am I stuck without 7.1 surround sound?

I have ran into this problem with Secure Boot.I have disabled Secure Boot and proceeded to do the following update:  Razer Blade Intel Firmware Updater: INTEL-SA-00459.Once it was complete, I went back to the BIOS to enable the function and once I exited the BIOS, I was prompted with the “Secure Boot Violation - Invalid Signature Detected. Check Security Boot Policy in Setup” error screen.Looking for Support on fixing this issue.

Hello,After a recent windows 11 update on my Razer Blade 15 (2018) - System SKU → RZ09-02386E92I get the error below unless I disable secure boot.I would prefer to run my laptop with secure boot enabled.How can I solve this problem?I see other people with the same problem but no solution:

I can't enable secure boot in my BIOS after the 1.8 firmware update. Any fix for this?

I bought Razer base station v2 in 2022 and was working fine until few weeks ago it keeps connecting and disconnecting, but at sometime it disconnected and i have to restart my computer to make it work. It is not in warranty anymore. Is there anything to do to fix this issue?

Hi i seemed to be having some keys that is randomly unresponsive - specifically, keys C, left arrow key, and y. I tried deleting my keyboard in device manager and restarting but the keys still dont work properly- i need to press multiple times. Any solutions for this please?

I have hammerhead hyperspeed for PS. Last night I went to update the firmware via https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/13180The firmware updater failed to complete, stopped at about 50% and showed me this error message (now this message appears whenever I open the updater):  and prompted me to replug the dongle and re-open the case, then remove the left earbud and leave the right one in. Then it completed (and now when I repeat the process it says the firmware is updated).My guess is that the first time something went wrong at around 50% right when the right earbud was about to be updated, and got bricked. Now only the left one (the one I was prompted to remove from the case)

However, I noticed that only the Huntsman V3 series is currently supported.I own the following Razer devices:Razer HuntsmanRazer Basilisk UltimateRazer Nari UltimateI would really appreciate it if support for these devices could be added to Razer Synapse Web in future updates. Being able to configure RGB, macros, and performance settings from the web version would be extremely convenient, especially in environments where installing the desktop Synapse software is not possible.Thank you for your continuous improvements and innovation. Hello, I’m looking for help with a HyperPolling Wireless Dongle that appears to have been bricked after a firmware update. Here is exactly what happened: I updated the firmware on my HyperPolling dongle through Razer Synapse. After the update completed, the dongle stopped showing any LED at all when plugged in. Razer Synapse still detects the dongle, but it will not pair or transmit wirelessly. When I attempt to pair, Synapse always returns “Pairing Failed.” My DeathAdder V3 Pro works perfectly when connected via USB (wired), so the mouse itself is not the issue. I have tried: Multiple USB ports (rear motherboard ports included) Power cycling my PC Unpairing and re-pairing Forcing pairing mode on the mouse Firmware recovery attempts   Nothing restores the dongle’s LED or wireless function.  At this point

Razer Synapse said that there was a firmware update available so I followed the steps on this website.Now, my mouse doesn’t work wirelessly anymore whether the dongle is plugged directly into my PC or plugged into the receiver.It only works in wired mode now.

My basilisk v3 pro mouse have broken scrool wheel even tho i didnt hit it trow it or nothing. I was playing Minecraft while all of a sudden it starrted stoping and not scrolling. I then opened it and found out that one side of plastic hook is broken what should i do? 

Hello,I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I am trying to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software.The card inside the box only contains a QR code, but I cannot find or obtain the activation code. Additionally, when I try to register the product using the serial number, it says that the product is already registered.Could you please help me retrieve or reissue the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code and confirm whether my headset is genuine?I can provide photos of the headset, packaging, QR card, and serial number if needed.Thank you for your assistance.

Good Day,I’m in need of assistance i recently bought a NEW Razer Kraken V4 Pro Headset from amazon however upon trying to register it keeps telling me the product is ineligible for registration and the entire serial and product code is showing in red. I have my proof of purchase as well documented. Any assistance given in helping to register the product will be appreciated greatly. 

Hello everyone !I bought a naga V2 hyperspeed mouse and I'd like to rebind my keys on the side panel. Except that the software considers that I'm using a qwerty keyboard and there's no setting where I can change it to azerty. And yet, my Windows keyboard settings indicate that I'm using an azerty keyboard, not a qwerty one.Thanks for your help !

After a recent windows update my Razer Blade 17 RZ09-0368B secure boot prevents windows opening whilst secure boot is enabled. If I disable the function in Bios this prevents certain games from launching.I have downloaded and installed the latest Razer firmware updates however these seem to be from 2021. Will Razer release a new firmware update for this model to clear this issue?

My Alienware M15 R4 shuts down whenever I place it on top of my new Razer cooling pad. I know it's not my laptop because it would work when it's on top of anything else (couch, bed, table, etc.). As soon as I place it on top of my Razer cooling pad, laptop shuts down. My laptop would work and turn back on after I pick up the rear of my laptop and raise it up a bit, breaking the foam seal between laptop and cooling pad. I've tried all of the adapters but I keep getting the same result.  I think it has something to do with the magnets on the Razer cooling pad. Has anybody had a similar experience?

I have a Razer Naga v2 Hyperspeed. As per other posts in this forum, the first profile is the onboard profile. However, this is not working correctly when Synapse is not running or when the mouse is used in another PC (e.g. work laptop) where Synapse is not installed.I have multiple profiles in Synapse linked to different games and I have remapped the keys in these profiles. For example, button 9 is remapped to Enter in a profile linked to RDR2. And middle mouse is remapped to G in another profile linked to Metro Exodus. The first profile does not contain any remapping and is not linked to any program.When I close Synapse or use the mouse in work laptop where Synapse is not installed, button 9 is still functioning as an Enter and middle mouse is G.I have updated the firmware for the USB dongle and the mouse. I have reinstalled Synapse. I even deleted all the profiles in Synapse expect the first Default profile where there is no remapping. But somehow the mapping

I purchased a new razer keyboard. I can safely say it is the worst keyboard I have used in 40+ years. Numpad not working, sometimes keys are interpreted as mouse clicks, terrible. I was stupid enough to not keep the box, so I am stuck with an expensive piece of plastic. I tried support. Got a chatbot that asked me to enter serial, model, video, purchase proof, you name it. Then without furter notice cut me off. Tried again. Now I made it to the ticket, but just as I wanted to confirm: Oops, something went wrong, try again later. All in all this has taken me 2 hours plus. After owning a good mouse from Razer for years I thought this was a safe bet, but apparently you can be a good mouse brand, and the worst keyboard brand at the same time. I'm gonna throw my week old 180$ keyboard in the trash, where it belongs. Never again.
