Ich habe eine falschen Land Karte gekauft und jetzt funktioniert sie nicht 

’m having trouble connecting my Razer BlackShark V2 Hyperspeed headset wirelessly. Although it in my PC’s audio settings, the LED on the headset does not show a solid green light. Additionally, there is no sound output from the headset.

So I bought a deathadder v3 hyperspeed and the dongle it came with is broken/doesn't work. I am trying somehow to contact support to ask if I can buy/get a replacement but I can't. Any idea how to contact support or get a replacement by myself? 

can anyone help me because my phone number no longer have access to. Now I am using a different phone number and still have access to primary gmail. 

Why when I topup steam wallet using Razer gold the pending is very long, I haven't gotten a steam wallet code. But strangely I already got Razer silver bonus because I topup steam wallet using Razer gold. So I got the bonus but the steam code is pending.  

After upgrading to Synapse 4, the audio visualizer in Chroma Studio does not work correctly. If you do not enable the "only for selected applications" function, then the visualizer is working properly. But if you turn it on, then problems begin. The visualizer either does not turn on at all, or it turns on even if the application is not running. However, even when it is started, the backlight still does not respond to sound. What could be the reason?

J'ai essayé d'éteindre mon ordinateur portable et de le rallumer, cela n'a pas fonctionné.Lorsque j'appuie sur le bouton d'alimentation, tout fonctionne : les touches s'allument, le son de lancement de Windows apparaît, lorsque je connecte le portable à un écran externe, je peux utiliser mon ordinateur comme avant, ... Les deux premiers conseils ne fonctionnent pas et je n'ai pas fait les deux derniers. Hi, as a student I am working with my Razer Blade 15 to prepare my exams. While I was studying and doing some MCQ’s, my screen just turned black. I tried to switch off my laptop and turned it back on, it didn’t work.When I put on the power button, everything works : keys are lighting up, the windows sounds appears, when I link the laptop to an external screen, I can use my computer as before, … SO EVERYTHING WORKS but the screen doesn’t. The two first tips don’t work and I haven’t done the last two. I don’t want to try the solution that proposes to reboot the computer because I am scared not to be able to succeed.Has anybody experienced the same issue ? Thanks for your help

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing an issue with my laptop where the blue color of the LED for the "L" letter is not functioning, leaving only the red and green colors operational. Hello together,I am using Windows 11 23h2 with 2 accounts, admin and standard user account. I am logged in in standard user and when installing applications it prompts for admin password. I am using Razer Synapse 3 at the moment for my Razer Deathadder v2.The synapse software now offers me to upgrade to Synapse 4. When trying to update over Synapse 3 the update does not start.Installation method 1: Then I downloaded the latest installer, installed it from a standard windows user account with no admin right and when prompted during installation I entered credentials for admin user account.The installation succeeded, but also failed, due to the fact, when it tries to start a file, that is located in admin user account directory, which cannot be accessed by standard user account. When trying to start Razer Synapse 4 it manually it always prompts for admin password and due to that, the application does not start automatically when booting windows. Installation method 2: I found out that th

I have to tell you this is the most trash company Ive ever had the pleasure of needing to rely on in order to do my job to put food on the table. this is the 2nd time this is happened and on a WHOLE NEW LAPTOP.I couldn't fix it last time it happened I’m running out of new computers.I effn hate these people. Can’t register a 150 dollar piece of tech because I can’t remember the EXACT TIME AND DATE of my purchase. God I really hate these ppl. Anyone know how to get it to detect? I can hear, it shows up in device manager, its not picking up audio, can’t record my voice, can not use mic. Does not detect device in synapse, no control over EQ except on the device itself. My razer blackshark v2 pro xbox were working just fine a couple of days ago and we’re perfectly fine. Yesterday it just stopped working and no longer connects to my xbox. If I put it in pairing mode and it connects to my phone and works fine. No matter what I try they just won’t connect to my Xbox anymore. When I try to contact razer support it never lets me chat with them it just continuously loads.

Hi …. before i buy: Does a Razer Stream Controller X work with Win and or Lwin or Rwin keys in a macro?Example Lwin+T? A Razer Tartarus does, alas with no editable display.I understand that the software is not Synapse 3 or 4, but from Loopdeck or Elgato Streamdeck. Streamdeck cannot handle Lwin in a macro.

Hej,untill yesterday my Kraken v3 pro worked fine without any issues, today, i wanted to start them and the green light lights up once long, then blinks once and turns off.I tried on a different machine, i tried charging it, but i cant even get it to start so i can turn it off again (in case it is actually on)...Anyone got any idea hwo to solve this? I only “recently” bought the headset (couple of months ago). Cant be that the battery is already dead?
