Razer Support

I recently purchased the Wolverine V3 Pro controller, and it worked fine for just over a month. However, today it stopped connecting to my Xbox Series X via the wireless dongle.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Checked the dongle – It’s fully plugged in. Tested the USB port – The port is working correctly with other devices. Reset method – Turned off the controller, unplugged the dongle, and reset the Xbox. Then plugged everything back in. No luck. Wired connection – Tried connecting the controller directly to the Xbox using the provided Razer cable. Still didn’t work. Firmware update – Plugged the controller into my PC, but Razer Synapse doesn’t recognize the device, so I’m unable to update the firmware. The controller does power on and the Xbox button lights up red, which matches the profile I set in the Razer Xbox app.At this point, I’m reaching out for assistance.Thanks in advance!

Hello,I have a Razer Leviathan V2. I downloaded the installer for firmware 1.06.02 however it gets stuck on 99%… After restarting my PC the speaker now doesn’t turn on and when I try to run the installer again it still gets stuck on 99%. I’ve seen a couple threads with this issue so it seems like a common occurrence.Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much.

I brought this headset two months ago and since have noticed a constant static noise. It’s not just a background noise but fully overpowering all the audio in the headset. It also outputs itself from my microphone, meaning everyone in game can hear the static, even if my microphone is toggled off. The only minor fix I’ve found is to unplug the headset from my controller and plug it back in; which only provides a temporary fix as it happens again within 20 minutes. Any tips on how to fix this? Ideally I want to return the product and get a replacement, but the support chat is not working and there’s no alternative (phone number, email etc.)

As the title states I have recently lost the USB dongle for my Razer Nari Essential , where could I purchase it? I have tried to contact support but it has been of no help.

My left ear cushion got a problem, and I can’t seen to find any way to solve on the internet.Then i tried talking with the support, howerver I need the serial number, I don’t know if it is hidden under the ear cushion or anywere else, it says it is behind left ear cushion but cna;t seen to find it/Also I don’t want to remove the ear cushion without any unnecessery need.Thanks for the help.

Hello, where can I find support in Austria for support/replacement of the 01/25 bought earbuds (Amazon). I can't find it on internet. The left on plays not even an hour. I have bought a lot of Razer stuff in the last years, this one is disappointing. tia

Hello everybody,I have a pretty old but still functional Kraken TE. However I also have a small problem with it: the gel inside the cushion is starting to leak from both cushions (not very surprising after all those years of good service but still annoying). I saw on the replacement parts store there are 3 differents cushion model: Barracuda Pro, Barracuda X/Barracuda and Kraken V3 Pro/V3 Hypersense/V3 but no Kraken TE in sight. So my question is pretty simple: can any of these 3 cushion models can fit on my headset in order to replace the previous ones?Thank you in advance :)

My deathadder essential mouse has suddenly started zooming to the top left of the screen and will not shift from that position, making it unusable, I’ve tried to reinstall the drivers using device manager, and I’ve also reinstalled the drivers for my USB ports. Is there any other fixes for this issue? Cheers!

 I have the 17, but I barely tap something or scroll and the mouse flies all over the place, super sensitive, and sometimes I am typing and it clicks on its own a different location so my typing starts typing in a random location messing me up; I use it for software engineering which means this totally messes me up during my work, makes me work double.  Cant even work on my projects because most of the time I’m fixing the location of my cursor or selecting things I didn't want to select by accident. I try fixing the mouse options but couldn’t,  it’s so sensitive I hate my laptop. I want a refund  or a solution. what a terrible mouse pad.

hi i hope can understand me english not my home langue.win10 systemI listen to music on YouTube (Chrome) and watch a movie with VLC media player and every 10 minutes the sound goes away for 10 seconds and I hear a soft clicking. There is no problem when playing a movie on Windows Media Player but stop the movie for like 3sec. I searched and found no solution.

When I am on games using both of my wolverine v3 pros (not at the same time, just noting that both of the 2 have the exact same issue, they will become unresponsive and disconnect from synapse. Razer support keeps trying to replace the device despite me testing across 2 copies and them working fine until the synapse 4 update… when it happens im unable to reconnect immediately. controllers seem to just turn off as the logo LED doesnt turn on until I reseat the USB like 10 times and even then it wont show up in synapse again most of the time.

when I try to upload a custom gif i cant press apply… it just does nothing. Also the main page to upload is bugged with duplicate icons like the image below. have tried reinstalling synapse completely, driver cleaner, deleting in device manager and a factory reset. firmware is also up to date.

My camera wont auto focus anymore i clicked default settings in both synapse and windows settings. i tried a factory reset as well and it wont update to the latest format now. it just says contact windows support  

Like many before me, my Kiyo Pro doesn’t focus no matter what I do. I’ve tried enabling/disabling every single feature but no matter what I do, the camera refuses to move the focus. If I move the focus manually, nothing happens. Serial number: PM2118L03602897

Hi, I am posting this here because according to razers “support” I am not eligable for any support and I cant even seem to find an email address to contact. I bought a Razer Blade 17, early 2022. It was extremely expensive. It arrived with a cracked screen. After months of back and forth I finally received a new laptop.  A few months later, the motherboard died, which I believe is unnaceptable in any case, but particularly for such an expensive laptop. This was repaired by Razer but it took months again. It operated correctly for perhaps a year and then further problems began. It would only turn on occassionally, the screen would suddenly go completely blank etc.  Recently it died completely. As it is now out of warranty I took it to a third party for repairs.
