LEVIATHAN v2x turns off by itself

Turn on razer synapse. The leviathan v2x will then turn itself off. Current firmware is 1.04.00

          im having the same issue, also if im watching a YouTube video, and close the window, the leviatan v2x turn off automatically. or if i exchange the audio source to my headphones also turn off the razer leviatan x.x 

          any solution
