so this RAZER OTP PROBLEM HAS BEEN AN ON GOING PROBLEM that has never been RESOLVED for months…..😩

What is this razor company doing? Still having this issue. No code is sent to mobile. Seems no resolution from the past as well. This has been ignored. Then this is a scam, can’t use the topup razor gold and this should be reported to higher ups and police, senate, government.

I have been able to change my 2FA to an Authenticator App as well thanks to Razer Support.

 

just create a support ticket to Reset 2FA of your account then set it up now to app authentication like microsoft authentication. They response after a day.
