I think they will release an update, after they noticed the issue and they resolved it.
Be patient, mates! ;)

As you can read on the status page, they had the same issue on

Resolved - This incident is resolved. The service has been fully restored back to availability.

Same trouble. This is really ridiculous….. I have to change back my Genius tools. Great work Razer.

i got my razer keyboard today and i’ve been trying to fix it for the last like 3 hours thank god its a server problem if not i was gonna go insane  why does their softwqare have so many problems?

I’m unable to open any Razer software due to this problem, Razer Central shows me the screen above, razer synapse and razer cortex don’t open.

Same issue here. :(
I think this is their server problem.
It may solved soon. Be patient, mates! ;)

This is ridiculous, say what you will about Corsair, but I have never had issues like this with ICUE on my desktop PC (have razer mouse for laptop).

Razer happens to work perfectly fine on my laptop actually… It’s my desktop that I got just today that has this problem, no guide online seems to even remotely fix the problem.

I never had this problem until an hour ago, and have had this mouse for around a year, so maybe you just bought it at an unlucky time. What kills me is the fact that Synapse requires you to be logged in by default, stuff like this seems inexcusable to me. What if my internet went out but I still wanted to play a game? I’m blocked from editing my profiles in that case, seriously? These companies have gotten really bold with their bullshit lately.

I’m currently facing the same  thing. I’ve been trying to figure out how to fix it by using various “fixes” online and nothing seems to work for me.
