I think this is their server problem.

OMG
I literally nuked my PC because I thought this was a me issue. first I was getting a server error issue, then i changed the regedit to ipv4 priority over ipv6 and it finally installed. once i got to the login screen and tried to log in all i get is the loading screen. much like you guys I have tried EVERYTHING and still nothing.
i am a software developer and have been in IT for 15 years….razer has seriously got to step their game up. going back to corsair smh im tired of having patience for razr. i get off work and all i want to do is game. can’t even do that because my keyboard and headphones are razer and without the software I might as well be playing my games on cardboard box -_-
This is ridiculous, say what you will about Corsair, but I have never had issues like this with ICUE on my desktop PC (have razer mouse for laptop).
It seams the latest update messed up something, because their servers are up »

I think they will release an update, after they noticed the issue and they resolved it.

it still says razor id is operational did they not notice or something?
I think they still not noticed the issue.
If someone have a more direct connection to their support, then feel free to report them problem. ;)
Honestly, I’m pretty much done with Razer at this point. I can’t even have the lights on my stuff without it crashing razer all together. I’ve had nothing but issues with them...

Razer happens to work perfectly fine on my laptop actually… It’s my desktop that I got just today that has this problem, no guide online seems to even remotely fix the problem.

I never had this problem until an hour ago, and have had this mouse for around a year, so maybe you just bought it at an unlucky time. What kills me is the fact that Synapse requires you to be logged in by default, stuff like this seems inexcusable to me. What if my internet went out but I still wanted to play a game? I’m blocked from editing my profiles in that case, seriously? These companies have gotten really bold with their bullshit lately.

Super annoying, been like this the last ~20hours. Have restarted pc, forced end / restart program in task manager, uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired etc and just is “Loading”. On windows 10 PC.
Same issue for me, impossible to log in and make use of the software. Fix it i need my profiles set up right.

They haven’t even noticed the problem that makes all of their software unusable what is wrong with razor.

im done tired of continual buggy software or having to keep buying new things as they randomly drop support in versions only thing stopping me switching to corsair is no orbweaver equivalent

We are aware of the login issue that you may have experienced getting stuck on the login screen during authentication which has affected various Razer software.
We have deployed a fix for the issue. We highly recommend closing all the running Razer apps and restarting them as a recovery.

Absolute junk software.
Spent loads on keyboards, wireless headsets and mouse and it’s all let down by software that doesn’t load correctly and constantly gives me error messages.
All was fine a month ago, now it’s all broken and a very frustrating experience.
