Razer Naga X (multiple disconnecting/connecting)

My Razer Naga X started disconnecting/reconnecting repeatedly after I plugged it after not having an issue the entire morning.  I have swapped to different port, tried two different usb hubs.  I’ve even swapped other peripherals including a Razer Huntsman kb and headset to the same usb rejecting the mouse and none of them were having issues.  But whenever I plug in the Naga X it just self implode.  I tried this with 2 other Naga X and same issue.  All are less than a year old.

I’ve plugged in a different brand mouse into the usb hub as well as the usb port, have zero issue.

I’ve uninstalled synapse, restarted the computer, plugged the Naga X in and it continues to have this behavior.  I am now out of ideas on what could be causing this.

Try to update its driver and check if the Synapse 3 app is up to date as well. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check our options. Thanks!

Same happened to me, I wish I’d known this mouse was such a crap before purchasing it. I bought it in February 2023 and it stopped working now in July. Checking forums I have come to understand this happens quite frequently to a lot of customers. I happen to live in Brazil and Razer support has told me they cannot send a replacement to Brazil cause they do not have a shipping network here.
