I dont know for sure but someone at CES 2018 say tyhat all chroma devices will get support but is this truth no one know at this point 😛
Starting to think they will never add the Kraken V2's to Synapse 3... I've been asking when for months now and all they respond with is "Soon".
I've given up hope that my mouse will ever get added though - 2014 Naga.
Razer do not care what you want, they only care about releasing more and more new hardware. The software is still an utter bag of shite years down the line.

I'm so happy I ditched them for Steelseries, not had a single issue since!
Definitely waiting on more devices to be added in Synapse 3. I currently have an Ornata and Naga trinity that are compatible with Synapse 3. I'm a big fan of the GUI upgrade from Synapse 2, but I currently have a Late 2017/Early 2018 Razer Blade stealth that still relies on Synapse 2. I'd like to see an upgrade for their systems because on their synapse 3 page, the only system that is shown to be compatible is their Blade 15, even though they just came out with a new Blade Stealth. So, I look forward to more updates on synapse come CES 2019!
希望雷云3的正式版快一点的到来,或者支持越来越多的雷蛇产品,因为很多朋友都是因为3不支持,2,3一起开着用。

I would be really surprised if the new stealth is not on Synapse 3, may just not be updated on the Synapse site since that normally takes a while to be updated after a new product comes out / is added to the program. I would say older models will end up being supported as well though after they straighten everything out.

Yeah definitely, I'm pretty sure the new stealth will support Synapse 3, and if not, it'll be one of the many systems/peripherals that are going to be added to the synapse 3 roster. From a developer perspective, it is definitely a lot to migrate a bunch of products from one software to another. The only razer device that I own that isn't Synapse 3 supported is my RBS 2017, but it's not a big deal to me. I rather Razer take the time to get all the bugs knicked out and deliver a cleaner Synapse experience than to release it saying older devices are "supported" but are riddled with bugs.

blade 15 is supported meanwhile rbs2018 isnt. its a laugh.
Here we are in 2019 and still awaiting device support, props to the developers seeing how they have taken on this task while juggling development of current and future devices. Hoping development finishes with the old in 2019 so they can focus on current and future in 2020.
Still no support for Kraken 7.1 v2?

I already had Razer Synapse 2.0 installed and I bought the Razer Mamba Wireless mouse and was offered "Download Synapse 3". So I downloaded it and registered my new mouse. My keyboard and mouse pad were already listed . Today I could not find my devices listed to adjust their settings in Razer Synapse 3.0. I need instructions on how to find the correct form of Synapse and restore it and get my settings back.

You mean the new Mamba Wireless, with optical sensor?
If yes, try to uninstall synapse, and then delete all devices from device manager (with drivers), then use CCleaner to clean your PC & registry, and after reboot install synapse again. In most cases it helps.

If you have wireless Mamba with laser sensor, then it's not compatible with Synapse 3.

Alright folks, I see a lot of speculation and anger in this thread, so I'll try pitching in.

Yes, we're working on adding support for more legacy devices. We added support for 3 older devices to Synapse 3 just this month.

As opposed to the popular belief, we're not holding devices hostage just for the sake of it or because our "1 intern that works on Synapse" is lazy. Synapse 3 requires development from ground up and that takes time. The new products had been in development on Synapse 3 for a few months leading up to their release, the same effort has to go into every single legacy device that we bring on Synapse 3.

The easiest way out for us would be to draw a line and leave all the Synapse 2 devices behind... a driver package already exists for them and no promises were made about Synapse 3 when they were released (Synapse 3 didn't even exist). But that wouldn't be the best experience for existing users who would have to use 2 software to control their devices. And what's not right for our users isn't right for us, full stop. So, we fully committed ourselves to bringing as many Synapse 2 devices to Synapse 3 as feasible (technically and logistically).

But as mentioned before, there is no magic stick that will make devices appear in Synapse 3. A lot of ground-up development and testing work has to go into adding support for legacy devices and it will be a slow process which will take months, but we'll continue working on it well into 2018.

May I have a dedicated driver for my Razer Seiren Pro Moicrophone. Synapse 2 does not work for me. I am currently on Synapse 3, but it has problems as well.

And Naga Epic Chroma still isn't supported either, so after 9+ months I'm still forced to use both V2 and V3. I've had several support cases opened but no answers.

Just sell your Razer products and buy another brand, don't look back.

@mltan : Listen, to what's going on in your company. If you are still interrested ?! Don't looks like !
definitely not the lancehead, which happens to be the device in the main page of synapse 3, it doesn't work with chroma studio (advanced light). Clap clap clap.

If you look here you'd see that the Razer Lancehead IS supported. If you're not getting the functionality that you think you should be getting, or that Razer has said that you should be getting, then please submit a support ticket.

Yeah lancehead was first mouse with have support on synapse 3. When device have support and on device page you have chroma logo then "studio" module must work becose it's supported by default 😛 I will recommend you to remove mouse from device menager and try again becose for sure you have some kind of issue.

Min announced at the keynote that they are also working on providing support for legacy devices. I say trust Min's words and wait, I'm sure that they are definitely working on it!

we are in 2019 still a lot of devices don't work on synapse 3.0
Its really bad because having 2 synapses somehow interfere with one another makes the old synapse 2.0 more buggy and crash.

i have to use both 😕 coz som of my devices work only on the old one and some only on the new one

I have old devices (2014 Naga, Blackwidow Chroma) and my devices all work fine! I use synapse 3, (yes they don't light up right now), but everything still works... so I agree with Chickdan here...

Hello,
How did you do ?

I tried to install Synapse 3 but the Naga 2014 is not detected 😞

Naga 2014 is not supported by Synapse 3. Install synapse 2 software.
okay, I can understand, but she have to run synapse 3 with the same mouse, so there are possibly some tricks
